25 Veldora, the Storm Dragon
A massive wave of magicules erupted in the cave. A giant shadow appeared in front of me and I saw the dragon that had been in my stomach since before I left this cave.
"Bwuahahahahahahahahaha, You thought you were summoning a normal dragon. But it was I Veldora, the venerable storm dragon, bringer of chaos. Bwuahahahahahhaha."

Thanks to the use of Bros Teamwork it wasn't long before he was able to control his aura to a good enough degree to be able to leave outside.

Creating the very first to what would be a new best selling item on Tempest I created a necklace that had a dragon claw holding a blue orb. The secret to this necklace was that the orb contained a very small Clone of mine which would be able to absorb the magicules released by Veldora and give them to me. Since the whole function of the clones was basically to just create a bridge between the wearer and me it didn't really cause any strain on either Rapahel's processing power or in my own Magicule count.
My plan was to give this to the strongest people in my city for the upcoming wars. After all, any death benefited me now as long as I was nearby. And even if it is just a clone it still constitutes as me being nearby. With that, every fight would benefit me directly even if I was on the other side of the planet.

Arriving at Tempest I could see that the people had already awoken and it looked like they were awaiting my return. Once they spotted me they all faced my direction. With Benimaru stepping forward he spoke for the crowd.
"Lord Rimuru, with your success in the fight against Falmtuh and your revolution into a Demon Lord we have also grown stronger. From the bottom of our hearts, we want to thank you for allowing us to follow you and for allowing us to be part of this great city."
The whole city as far as I could see with my eyes knelt down at the same time and bowed their heads. It was a really moving scene. To see all of these people giving their most sincere thanks. I had truly grown fond of them. I could feel their devotion and loyalty through Uriel and it felt like a warm blanket on a cold day. Extremely comforting. I had to make sure that they will stay safe even if I am not there to protect them.
"Alright everyone, stand up!" I said with a bright smile. "I want you all to remember to treat even those who come from outside our cities as equals as our city will grow soon and many people from different nations will become regulars in our city. Look at everyone around you. They are all people from this city who originally came from different locations. You might even have been enemies. But now we are all members of the same nation. And for that reason we all need to grow stronger to protect them.
The fight is not over yet. The army may have been defeated but the kingdom of Falmuth still stands ready to attack us if we get carried away now by calling out to other countries for support. We do not need to destroy it as most of its citizens are innocent with no say in this fight. However if we truly want to be the winners of this fight we have to make sure that Falmuth will no longer stand against us, but rather that they are defeated and taken under our control.
And even after defeating Falmuth there are still many who will attack us in the future. So until we finish this fight we have to be prepared. But once we are done, let the whole city celebrate. To Tempest!"
"To Tempest!" the crowd shouted.
Standing to the side of Rimuru, Veldora had a smile on his face.
'Who would have thought that the small slime I had met that day would grow so much…'
