1 Chapter 1: I am Nie li.

Death.

A single word that is connected to everything and everyone. Whether it's living or nonliving things, no one can escape death!

Humans, animals, rocks, planets, universe. Everything dies without exception. Because in the endless cycle of time, nothing can escape death.

Death, symbolizes end of existence. At least, that's the most reasonable explanation o can think of.

But... what happens after death? Will it really be the end?

That's the question that surely or mostly comes to someone's mind even just once in their entire lifetime right? So let's set aside other things and creatures for now and just focus on us humans instead.

What happens after you die?

If you'll asked a religious person about this, they will sure answer.... heaven, hell, purgatory.. etc.

If you'll asked some random people on the streets, they might also return the question back at you.

If you'll asked a professor, they might answer you about tons of stories and theories you might not even understand.

If you asked a rock, it will not answer you idiot!!!!

But what if you'll asked an Otaku?

You try to find someone like that and asked him.... " What happens to a person after death? "

What do you think he/she will answer?

Xen. A 21 years old young man whom just died a few seconds ago and was currently inside an empty dark place. Aside from some dark fog that prevents him from seeing what's there beyond 5 meters away from him.

Beyond the fog was a very majestic temple like hall. In front was a 10 meter high throne and a petite and gentle looking young lady or better call her young girl because of her size. She comfortably sat there with a big lollipop on her hand. She's staring at the young man below with a curious expression on her face.

After staring at him for awhile, the gentle looking girl wave her hand and all of the fog inside the hall dispersed.

Xen can now finally see everything around him.

Runic like inscriptions, cool looking carvings on walls, golden pavements, a super high throne and.... and.... a gentle looking, cute and adorable girl sitting on it?

' Who is she? ' thought Xen after a bit of paused. For some reason, his body and mind became completely relaxed after the fog disappeared. Aside from great curiosity and intrigued, he felt nothing more at this moment.

Taking a few steps forward, Xen did a formal bow before saying, " Excuse me miss but can you please tell me where I am? "

The girl sitting on the throne didn't answer immediately but instead continue staring at him.

Xen also didn't say anything as he patiently waited for her to answer his question.

" Not bad young man. But it's troublesome to explain so here it is. " said the petite girl sitting on the throne as she wave her right hand and a sliver of light appeared and with a great speed, it went inside Xen's head.

Xen was first confused what she's talking about and was trying to do but soon, a small amount of information suddenly appeared on his head which made him fell into silence and closed his eyes as he slowly digested that information.

After awhile, Xen opened his eyes and looked at the girl in front of him.

" I'm sorry for being rude Goddess, I didn't know who you are before. "

" It's fine it's fine. That is how you mortals are made of so I understand. Now, can you tell me what your wishes are? "

" Mn. I still can't believe this is happening but my first wish will be.... To reincarnate as Nie li in Tales of Demons and gods world with all of his memories, knowledge and experiences in his past life. I'm talking about him after fighting the sage emperor. "

" Mn. I understand that, don't worry. Now, tell me your second wish? "

So it's like this, I'm sure some of you want this to happen but most of you perhaps was disappointed but I decided to do this for so many reasons.

I'm officially rewriting this fan fiction.

I really don't plan to do this yet because I'm still busy with my other original novel but there's two person that made me do this.

There's plenty of people actually but these two guys ... I don't know what to say to them.

Oh, by the way, for all of my readers here. I don't know if you are angry, disappointed etc. but if you are still planning to send power stones to this book, I appreciate it more if you'll put it on my original novel instead. On Re : Child Again.

It's optional of course. You still have the final decision. I don't want this fan fiction to become popular or to appear on the top rankings of fan fictions just like before. I currently have more than 5k loyal readers here so that's enough for me. Those are the people whom didn't remove this book from their libraries despite me not publishing any chapters for almost a month now.

I don't know if it's because they are still waiting or just too lazy too removed it but either way will be fine.
