8 Four Years Old
According to my plans, I wanted to bring as many loyal shinobi as I could into my personal fold. I wanted to enable the Kekkai Genkai users to flourish and gain proficiency against Zetsu clones and Chakra absorbing Otsutsuki parasites.
I had also set my eyes on Ame, where I knew a lot of good shinobi could be convinced to leave the war-torn region, where Hanzo is uncaring of the devastation caused by the war, and simply cares to gain wealth and power at the cost of the lives of his people.
I was deadset on Konan, because I knew she could be considered a lynchpin in my plans. She was the most OP character from Akatsuki arc who received limited screen time and seemed Nerfed. Someone who can create an entire lake of hundreds of billions of Exploding Tags and detonate it for 10 minutes while cloaking them so expertly, that even Sharingan, and even Mangekyo Sharingan of Obito was unable to discern the truth was an utterly ridiculously OVERPOWERED Kunoichi to ever exist. And add to that, her mastery over papers and control over her jutsu made her a ridiculously competent opponent who should be not only Kage level, but as dangerous as Tsunade and Terumi Mei combined, if not more.
I had a few others whom I could sway my way, and convince to establish themselves within this village.
By the time I was four years old, my status looked something like this:

You were capable of evading your strong Jounin Mother, who is a strong veteran member of the Seven Ninja Swordmen of the Mist, and your babysitter, who is a retired Jounin Kunoichi, not to memtion her genin daughter. This has made your stealth capabilities a talent truly forged in fire.
Gain +60% chance to sneak past border outposts, bandit hideouts or enemy bases. -1% chance per level of sneaking past someone higher leveled than you.

Your obsession with information and knowledge has made you well versed in reading and comprehending information from written material. Your ability to skim past words and compile the jist of information and remember it has made you a superhuman Data Analyst.

Your rigorous physical activity since the day you were born has made your body capable of enduring strenuous work and recovering faster than possible for even chakra enhanced average human. Add to that the power of gamer, has made your Stamina level exceed what should be remotely possible for your current level.
Recover Stamina at fifteen times the average norm. A good night's rest should replenish your stamina completely. This is not only reflected in your combat capabilities, or in your dungeon crawling, but also in bedroom activities.

I was happy with my level, as I knew, once I begin going dungeon crawling, I would gain levels rapidly.
When I turned three years old, my mother would bring home scrolls with Shinobi History, Information on clans and other ranks. My mother wanted me to be street smart, and she taught me to sneak and go around the shops and glean information on the regular merchants around the market.
Not only those who sell foodstuffs, groceries, clothes, and other civilian equipments, but also the shinobi merchants who sell shinobi gears, weapons and accesories. Since my mother belonged to the Founding Shinobi Clans of the Village, we were amongst the upper class of the village.
My mother is rich to boot, and my great-grandmother is one of the Elders of the Elders Council. She met me on my second birthday and gifted me an inch-wide Silver Coin which had the Village Symbol engraved on one side, and the clan symbols of the founding clans embedded on the other side, where there was a single sapphire gemstone embedded into the symbol for water.
She told me, every promising member of the Founding family gains a coin, just like this, to denote their potential, their standings amongst their peers, and to remind them of the legacy of that coin. Every single Kiri shinobi who ever made it into the history books from the First Mizukage to the current, and all the great war heroes from the founding clans, have held this coin or one just like this, at one point of time or another.
And once I grow up, nurture other promising talents in the village, and find someone worth passing my legacy to, I must pass on this coin to keep the legacy alive. I was told to never let go of this coin, and to never show it to anyone out of this village, as it is a Village's Secret.
Needless to say, this coin allowed me to roam around the village freely and go to places I should not be allowed to, simply because I was now "Arashi-sama". I visited the Civilian Shinobi Academy, and their library, and also witnessed a Graduation Exam, where 15 students were cut down by their peers to bolster our shinobi forces.
