10 The beginning 3
(3rd POV)
"Its was you wrench! It was all along you!" A sickly looking old man wearing a priest's outfit shouted out his anger.
His face was flushed red, "how dare you curse me!"
Just before few days he was alright, hearty, but suddenly his health started to get worse! He was in pain, food seems nonpalatable, his body started deteriorate! He even had convulsions!
As a magic user and a knowledgeable Priest himself, he knew it wasn't a disease… it must be some type of curse!
So he hired a witcher to know who or what cursed him! But the witcher was a greedy fellow, he demanded a hefty sum! but as his conditions were worsening, he agreed the witchers demand.
Later, the witcher came with the news and some nondecisive proof that the court sorcerer was the one that cursed him!
At this stage, he was already angry and believed the witcher, as the court sorcerer was always against him in the Royal court!
"Are you out of your mind priest!" the lady who was cussed shouted back, "And mind you words priest, there's a child present here!"
A little girl could be seen behind the Sorcerer clutching sorcerer's dress, as she was terrified by the Priest and the witcher standing behind him!
"mother!" the little girl panicked. She was the Madam sorcerer's child, Tetra Gilcrest!
"Its alright tetra, let mother handle it." the Madam sorcerer said.
"remove the curse wrench! or I'll have you and your evil fowl be slain!" the Priest shouted.
"You… Priest! it's enough!" the sorcerer pointed her finger to priest.", Do you have any proof that I cursed you?!"
"Then what it this! It was found in my bedroom!" the Priest showed a locket which contained a magical energy in it!
Madam sorcerer frowned upon seeing the locket. It was hers, which she thought got stolen, "it is my locket which was stolen, but I didn't curse you, priest!"
The priest trembled, his face turned ruthless, as he said, "you leave me no choice witch!"
"witcher! slay her! End my curse!", the priest shouted.
"As you wish, lord priest," the witcher behind the priest showed an evil grin, before he pulled his iron sword out.
The witcher ran toward the sorcerer.
"You went mad, priest!" the Madam sorcerer shouted as she conjured an enormous ball of silver-coloured chaos and fired it at the witcher!
The witcher sneered as he dodged it!
But the thing that the witcher didn't know was….
BOOM!
The chaos ball busted out!
The shockwave was large enough as it threw the witcher and priest far away, and when the shockwave reached the lady sorcerer, she had already conjured a magic shield blocking it!
Madam sorcerer knew it wasn't good fighting a witcher and a Priest a magic user at the same time. And she even has to protect tetra during the whole fight!
So her first choice was to run!
When the shock wave calmed a little, she conjured a random teleportation, which was the fastest way out here, as it takes time for a specific site teleportation!
"lets go, tetra!", she pulled tetra along herself into the teleportation circle.
The shockwave completely calmed down, the witcher and priest came to their sense.
"That wrench could use a two-step spell!", the priest's face darkened.
"She isn't a court sorcerer for nothing," the witcher murmured.
The priest lifted his hand channeled the chose as he screamed in pain, "AAAAAAAAAH!"
His weak condition made it worse for him to channel chaos. Blood vessels ticked on his head, but he barely managed to create a portal!
"go after her witcher and take this!" the priest threw a round ball to witcher.
"Dimeritium bomb!" the witcher got surprised… this priest was quite generous!

on the other side.
The Madam sorcerer came to a greeny area! she didn't know where it was but knew it was a forest.
She and her daughter were safe for a while.
The stunt she pulled, a two-step magic, because of it the amount of chaos now she can channel, was just enough for another single teleportation!
"Are you alright, Tetra?" the lady sorcerer said as she checked her child!
Tetra nodded her head, "I am fine, mother."
But she was still terrified.
The Madam sorcerer's face suddenly changed, as she noticed the change in chaos!
Someone was creating a teleporting portal to here! She guessed who it was, but she couldn't understand how the priest tracked her!
She lifted her hands, created another teleportation before she gave tetra a golden brooch, "Tetra go into portal and try to find sorcerer named Tissaia de Vries."
Tetra felt something wrong and shouted, "NO! I won't leave, mother!"
Tears formed in her eyes.
"mother will come and find you, Tetra.", Lady sorcerer felt distressed, and hardened her heart and pushed Tetra into the portal, "live well child."
"mooother!" tetra shouted as the portal closed.
"It good now, tetra will be safe!" Lady sorcerer murmured herself as she ran deep into the forest.
Though she didn't know how she got tracked, but she threw all the jewellery and clothes before conjuring the new dress as she ran.
Just a minute after the madam sorcerer left, the witcher appeared here from the teleportation portal.
"she threw her clothes and ran into the forest? ", the witcher used his tracking skills and followed the madam sorcerers trail.

It's been two weeks since Tetra found the sorcerer named Tissaia de Vries, but she had got no news of her mother!
Fear was gnawing at her heart, she feared something happened to her mother!
And Tissaia seems to hide something from her, so she hid herself in Tissaia's cupboard to eavesdrop on her.
It took a long, but she finally heard about her mother.
"Have you informed the girl about her mother?" Tetra heard a man's voice.
"No, the girl's not ready at." Now Tetra heard Tissaia's voice. And she got a horrible foreboding.
"delaying isn't the best option, Tissaia." the man said.
"I know, but I am not ready to inform the child of her mother's death," Tissaia said.
It was as if thunder out of blue to Tetra. She felt the entire world lost its meaning to her!
Her eyes dimmed.
Tissaia and the male mage, who still didn't find Tetra hiding in the cupboard, continued their talk.
"The court priest alleged Gilcrest using curse magic on him seems to recover, further confirming that Gilcrest might have really cursed him," the man said.
"But the strange thing is the witcher that killed Gilcrest found poisoned, and the gem he was rewarded with was found on the cook of the court priest."
"The witcher killed my mother?," it was a feeble murmur but the Tissaia and man heard it.
"Who?!" Tissaia shouted before she opened the cupboard only to find tear filled tetra.
But what Tissaia couldn't see was, there was another thing besides tears and sadness…. it was hatred!
The hatred against the witcher who killed her mother!
