2 Chapter 2

I turned on a movie.i also made some warm and yummy chocolate chip cookies. I was still thinking about my mom being all wierd before she left to go to the grocery store.

I started to forget all about it while I eased into the movie. the main character of the movie climbed onto a flout with music playing and four to six girls on it too. " GO FERIS!" I cheered at the movie with pride for ferris in my heart and mind. i steeled down and started to sink into the couch. I was calm, happy, and about to fall asleep. my eyes got droopy and i started to drift off.

then "BANG!" the noise came from the attic. I jumped in fear and shock. I had goose bumps. i was alert. I clicked the pause botten on the remote.

I slowly crept into the kitchen and swiped a frying pan from the cabinet. I went back into the living room with my hair standing up not knowing what it might be and if it was behind me, or in the living room. I just had to take my chances.

I heard another two bangs, but this time they were closer to me like above me upstairs. I was horrified and ready to run.
