4 Plants
Time passes and with it the amount increases fron 0.1 to 0.5. As he inserted his Qi relentlessly, he started absorbing the qi from his surroundings to refill his Qi sea, one thing that went unnoticed is that everytime he filled his Qi sea, the amount of Qi in his sea increased a bit, and so time passed. Without his notice his level started increasing from stage 1 qi sea realm to 2...then 3...5th stage....8th stage.... 9th stage..... And the amount just kept increasing. One must know that the Qi sea realm doesn't have a limit, and so there really isn't anyway to tell which level a person is, so normally it's marked by how big it is, although it can be as huge as you want it to be, it gets harder to break through the next level the bigger your Qi sea is, but the bigger it is the more the improvement when you progress to the next level. After a seemingly long time he finally managed to fill the button.

"Yes!" he said before falling asleep. He was exhausted, both mentally and physically, and so he slept.

Right i should probably start adding plants and all that to my planets." as he said that another problem came to mind, he doesn't know that many types of plants, and he can't just keep imagining them. After a while he came with the perfect solution. So he started imaging a store from the system that contains all the different stuff found in his previous world on earth and off earth.

"store" he said in his mind excitedly, and immediately a holographic screen appeared in front of him with all the items in the world. "plants" he said again, and directly another list appeared in front of him going all the way from immortal plants to plants that have not the slight wisp of Qi. Then he chose another option "mortal plants" these were the plants that have not the slightest bit of Qi, but they can still become immortal plants someday in the future. As Ash was looking through all the list he got confused on what to put and what not so he asked the system. "can you recommend some plants for me." after he said another list appeared on the hologram.

"Yes" he said half-heartedly thinking it will take a long time. Immediately a black button appeared in front of him, and so he sent half his Qi to it, to surprisingly find the number increase from 0% to 50% directly meaning that he had finished half of it just like that. And so he recovered to full then sent another half.

"Yes" he said still confused on how it took so little to summon around 90,000,000 plants.
[*ding* answer to your dilemma, these were plants that have zero Qi, so naturally summoning them doesn't take that much, also your current Qi resarvation is huge so i recommend breaking through the foundation establishment realm soon]
"eh...but dont i need to be at the 9th stage of the Qi sea realm to break through" as he said that he checked his Qi sea only to find that it had become atleast 50 times bigger than what a normal Qi sea realm person would have. "ehhhhh..... System please explain this, and so the system proceeded to explain what happened to him.
