This ninjutsu suits me perfectly. Fugaku thought as he smiled. He had a larger chakra reserve and control than most people. He uses his Sharingan and remembers the seal signs and release method.
The Sharingan has its own advantage: the possessor never forgets what it sees. He realized that Uchiha Madara was not so bad after all. He had left a legacy for the Uchiha clan. He smiled again: "This trip was worth it."
He spent half the night and finally chose a wind release ninjutsu. Wind release: the wind cutter technique was his last choice. He left only when he couldn't find any other useful ninjutsu.
He left and went to the training ground. He practiced chakra control by fixing the ground with earth release.
Then he started to learn other ninjutsu. Rasengan? This ninjutsu was very good. It could increase firepower by adding a chakra attribute. It did not require seals or a lot of chakra. It only needed good control and the chakra rotation method. He had to train with a rubberball first. But he did not have a ball with him, and he did not remember the training method well. He decided to leave it for later.
Fugaku wondered if he could try some kekkei genkai jutsu. How about wood release, which is a combination of earth and water release? Or ice release that combination of waterand wind? Or perhaps boil release? They seemed useful in combat.
He decided to give it a try without any thought. He was not sure what his physique was capable of, though. He spotted a small sapling and put his hands together. He was shocked to see the sapling grow bigger. He tried again. This time, he controlled his chakra better, and the sapling turned into a small tree.
Fugaku was amazed. It seemed that he could do it with some more practice. He was thrilled. His intuition was right. His physique was incredible. He was puzzled by his physique's compatibility with nature's transformation. It seemed that the kekkei genkai ninjutsu were natural for him.
Half a year ago, he focused on testing his physique and mastering lightning releases. He never considered developing kekkei genkai ninjutsu. But now he wondered if he had any attributes in his physique that were not compatible. Could he perform natural transformations at will?
He tried to find out. He held out his hand and formed a small ice crystal. Then he made it vanish. He created a white flame, a red magma, a white mist, and a green liquid. He spent three hours experimenting with these attributes.
"I think I can now have the title of the Third Hokage." This discovery made Fugaku practice until the next morning.

After sending reinforcements to the border, Konoha was peaceful. The people on the street had smiles on their faces.
The Third Hokage sat in his office, looking at a document in front of him, and smiled: "This Uchiha Fugaku is really interesting."
The document was sent by Akihiko, and it contained Uchiha's reform plan. It outlined the steps for the Uchiha clan and Konoha to coexist, and it required his approval.
"To add a new course in school, what is the moral standard? How come I have never heard of it? Is it a new vocabulary?" The Third Hokage smoked a pipe and smiled helplessly.
Hokage's Anbu appeared in Hokage's office in a flash, carrying a sword on his back and wearing a mask.
The Third Hokage spat out a smoke ring and said, "Didn't I tell you to bring Fugaku here? Where is he?"
"Report to Hokage-sama, Fugaku-sama said he stayed up all night yesterday and wants to sleep now. He doesn't want me to disturb him."
The Anbu said it very tactfully and aggrievedly. He saw for the first time that the clan leader ignored the hokage's summons. He just went to deliver the order, but he didn't even see Uchiha Fugaku's face.
It was Mikoto, who was pregnant, who sent him away directly. "Fugaku said he stayed up all night last night, and he won't see anyone today. If it's not an urgent matter, please tell Hokage-sama for me." These were Mikoto's words.
"Stayed up all night?" The Third Hokage was surprised at first, then waved his hand: "Forget it, since that's the case, let him rest." The Anbu nodded and left in a flash.
"I just heard this news when I came here. It really annoys me." Danzo said, pushed the door in, and looked angry.
The Third Hokage took another puff of smoke and waved his hand: "Since he has made things clear, let him go. You don't have to be too aggressive."
"Sarutobi, you are too kind. Your kindness will sooner or later cause a disaster."
The Third Hokage smiled helplessly and said, "I don't think so. This Fugaku has changed since getting married. It is indeed impressive. People sometimes change their perspective and see different things."
Danzo said coldly, "Hmph, in Konoha, you are light and I am darkness. I won't think about things from the light side."
