"... where am I?" After looking around the white room, a young man couldn't help but say something. he was scared, did they put him in those white rooms for crazy people? He was not crazy, he just worked a lot.
"Oh, you arrived sooner than expected." a door suddenly opened, and out walked a goddess... well, if someone who was this beautiful wasn't a goddess, then who was? She had long smooth blonde hair which glowed with a golden light. she had an outstanding figure that could make anyone unable to look away after seeing her, but not dare hold any lust towards her.
"I'm the goddess Asteri. You have died due to a high level of stress, for over 40 years you have collected a lot of good karma from your work. meeting amount needed to give your 2 wishes. you need not worry about the type of wishes, this is a gift from the gods to the mortals. who knows, maybe one day you could also become a god thanks to these two wishes." She said to which I was left stunned for some time,
"oh, there are some things you should know about your wishes.
1. your wish can be anything from abilities, bloodlines, or systems, or you could even create your own thing.
2. if you don't use a wish to pick where you want to be reborn, then it would be random.
3. we can't just make you a god, thats up to you to do for yourself. you would be reincarnated into another world, and start from nothing.
4. we don't care what you do, you can be a demon lord, a saint, a hero, a villain, and so on. thats all up to you, and we don't care. you're free." She said calmly,
"Well, then I wish to have a mix of..." So although I was stunned, I told her my wish. She nodded slightly at the wish, although her pupils shrank slightly.
"as for my second wish... I wish to reincarnate within the Naruto verse but with the power to travel to other verses as well. I don't want to be limited to just one verse." I said to which she shook her head slightly.
"thats two wishes." She said to which I thought for a moment.
"Than the power to travel the many verses out there of my wishes, starting with the Naruto verse," I said to which she nodded slightly,
"Well, to make sure you have the power to travel between verses, there is something I have to do. there are many others also traveling the verse out there, so you would go to many verses, and each verse you enter would be like a parallel world. this is only limited to some verses, verses like Marvel where there are an infinite number of parallel worlds we can just send you to, we will." She said to which I nodded
"I will give you something like a system, it's not a system, but more like something that would help you in reaching other verses. it's not easy to reach another verse, so you would need to reach a said level of strength within a verse before thinking of doing such a thing." She said to which I nodded in understanding...

Night time
On top of a small mountain surrounded by trees and a beautiful lake, a wooden house could be seen. there one could find a young man sleeping outside, completely relaxed
This was peaceful, although all alone and away from anyone else, he took peace in the fact he was all to himself, relaxing and enjoying himself.
"Oh, they seem to be here." He said softly while looking up far away. This was of course our MC, he had reincarnated into this world 19 years ago. but why skip over everything and jump to this spot now? well, that was because nothing eventful happened.
After reincarnation, he had no memory of his meeting with the goddess, so he lived thinking he found himself in some random world in an era of war. There he was born to the head of a tribe which he went on to help out by showing off his skills in medicine, his dream was to make the tribe the strongest so that he could sit back without worry.
but many tribe were scared of the capability of their tribes, so they joined hands to destroy the tribe. when it was time for his death, he exploded in rage, awakening his powers and memories, and slaughtered everyone with great ease as they were all just normal humans. Afterward, he left and went to find a place to sit back and call home.
I didn't care for living amongst people. back in my past life, I was known as the number one doctor, the leading researcher in finding a cure for cancer and Alzheimer's Disease. he was the type who couldn't stand still, so when he hit a bottleneck in a field, he went to others before coming back with a fresh mind.
he worked himself so hard that when he made great breakthroughs in both fields, his relief led to his body going to sleep to relax... which happened to be how he died.
the relief he felt there wasn't something noble, he was just happy at the fact for the past dozens of years he didn't waste his life for nothing. at some point, he realized he was being pressured into continuing with his research more than doing something he loved.
He realized that from a young age, he lived for others instead of himself. he never did what he wanted. he didn't want to be a doctor, but his parents wanted him to, so he did so. he wanted to live, but the world wanted him to work, so he worked... but now, he did his job and wanted to sit back and relax.
As for where he was reincarnated into? this was the Naruto world, 1,000 years before the plot of the story. and those who had just arrived were Kaguya and Isshiki. they were here to cultivate a God Tree on the planet Earth and harvest its Chakra Fruit,
Growing up, me and my father were anime fans. and yes, in my free time even as a doctor I would take the time to do the few things I love and relax somewhat. but at some point, I even stopped doing this. but as I have been reincarnated and I had the thing I asked for, my memory was sharper and I could recall so many things with great ease.
With a thought, my eyes grew sharper, before it went on to see far away. so far that I should have been looking past planet Earth, but instead, my vision curved with the Earth, allowing me to see the scene of two people floating above a huge tree. these two were Kaguya and Isshiki.
the two were not humans and were instead pale white skin humanoids. Kaguya was the woman, and Isshiki was the male. Kaguya was a low-ranking member of the clan chosen as a sacrifice to the God Tree, which would nurture the development of the God Tree.
As I watched, as Kaguya went on to backstab Isshiki. but something happened, something that shouldn't have happened took place. Isshiki at the last moment reacted fast enough, dodging Kaguya's attack and launching a counter-attack, sending Kaguya falling to the ground while coughing up a mouthful of blood.
"I didn't expect you to have the courage to backstab me," Isshiki said angrily. how couldn't he be enraged? if he didn't feel like something was watching him, leading to him going on guard, Kaguya would have succeeded.
"..." Kaguya said nothing, helpless that her sneak attack failed. Low-ranking clansmen like herself never enjoy the benefits of eating a chakra fruit. but if she ate one, then she could become a Mid or higher clansman, this was her chance to make it higher within the clan. But she failed, now she would return home and face punishment
Isshiki snorted while picking her up, but as he was about to have the god tree absorb her, he frowned when he felt someone behind him. he turned around, and far far away, he saw me taking one step forward and instantly appearing before him.
"Sorry, but I rather Kaguya win," I said calmly, although I had told myself I didn't want to bother myself with the outside world, this world would be destroyed if Isshiki won. That would force me to look for a new planet, and I didn't throw away my humanity,
"Who are you?" Isshiki asked with a deep frown, he felt no chakra or anything of the like of this person. so he guessed he must be some powerful lifeform who was so powerful, that he was too weak to sense him.
"I'm just a nobody," I said while my eyes glowed, Isshiki suddenly coughed up a mouthful of blood. he looked down and found that Kaguya's attack had hit him... but she was still in his arms and she didn't attack. His upper body fell, leaving his upper body standing while letting go of the confused Kaguya.
"W-what did you do?" Isshiki asked, horrified and confused by what just happened,
"I just destroyed the fact you dodged her attack, therefore making sure you never dodged in the first place," I said calmly while turning around and disappearing. Kaguya was stunned for a moment. but she quickly moved to capture Isshiki, but Isshiki disappeared, forcing her to use her eyes to try and find him.
She had the Byakugan, which can be seen as her pupils were not the same as a human but a pale light blue. When users activate their Byakugan, the pupils become more distinct and the increased blood flow to their eyes causes the veins near their temples to bulge.
But Isshiki was gone, leaving behind his lower body. she picked up the body while looking towards where I had left.
"how did he know my name?" She asked softly, but she didn't think twice and went on to have the god tree absorb Isshiki's body. in a few years, she shall eat the chakra fruit... but what if that human wanted it?
She hesitated for some time but decided she needed to find him and get to know what he wanted and why he saved her. She couldn't return home now since... well, she had just betrayed the clan by attacking Isshiki. it would have been okay if she fed all of Isshiki's body to the tree, but since he was out there, he would most likely return to the clan and report everything that happened.
She had to get ready for the clan's anger, she should try and get that human on her side... that would work for the best. with her and the human working together, then her chances would be higher.
"Who goes there!" a group of people gathered, gathering around Kaguya. Kaguya looked at them for a moment, before she used the Byakugan to look into their minds. she wanted to find that strange person within their mind, and also understand this world better... but she was disappointed. but it's cool, she shall take over these tribes and use them to help her find him.
"now things should be back on track... although I don't know why I did so much talking." Back to my simple small home, I sat back in peace. the whole thing about me speaking more than I needed was interesting, maybe there was a reason villains always talk too much,
