28 Chapter 27: Unstoppable!

For the third day of the event, Lola announced to the audience as participants one by one walked in.

"Men~ A true man always the first one to show up!" As the person declared that, he leaped up to the stage and landed in the middle. After that, he performed his manly techniques which caused most of the audience to puke.

"--Blue Pegasus, Ichiya! Burr*" When Lola announced his name, he also puked too.

Slowly, a beautiful lady in white walked in. The crowds were cheering really intensely especially with a beautiful smile on her face.

"--Fairy Tail B, Strauss Mirajane! Beautiful!" Lola called out with a dreaming expression on his face.

"Indeed!"2x both Yajima and Lachar agreed.

"Next, it's what most of us had been waiting for!!!... One of the twin dragons of SaberTooth, Cheney Rogue!!!" Lola announced really loud.

Rogue didn't say anything and walked toward the stage with a solemn expression. Even though most of the crowds change sides during the first two days, they still have high expectations for Saber Tooth. When Rogue walked toward the stage, the crowds were cheering intensely for him too.

Right after him, a beautiful knight-woman with red hair and armor covering her upper body showed up.

"--Fairy Tail A, Scarlet Erza!!! Also known as one of the strongest members of Fairy Tail!!!" Lola announced. The audience cheered loudly again.

"You forgot to say that to Mirajane too..." Yajima commented.

"She seemed like an angel, so I forgot how strong she was! hahaha!" Lola laughed as he tried to touch his head, but he didn't have any hair above his head.

"Where is my wig!" He called out through the speaker and the whole audience laughing at him.

This time, a man with a rockstar get-up entered the stage. Lola had no choice but to abandon his wig as he continued his announcement.

"Let's welcome the man who likes to rock, Quatro Cerberus, Rocker!!!! Let's have him rock the stage this time!!!"

Quatro Cerberus did well at the beginning and had been gaining a lot of attention. The crowds were heated up as they expected something from him.

The next person was a bald head man who slowly walked in with his arms folded and a smile on his face.

"What do we see here! It's Lamia Scale, Neekis Jura!!! One of the Ten Wizard Sage!!!! What a show we'll see!!!!" Lola sounded really enthusiastic as he was almost out of breath from all the announcements. Jura was famous for his title, all the audience know him. When he heard people cheering for him, he just laughed.

From the Raven Tail side, a small animal feature of monkey-like showed up.

"un... According to our source, this thin-- I mean, this individual is from Raven Tail, Obra!!! Lola corrected himself in his introduction. Raven Tail had also been gaining popularity even though they were weird. Then, the next person on the list made his eyes wide open.

"Th-This, This is- This is what we all had been looking forward to!!! Let's welcome the boy, who everyone considered as the strongest in the Grand Magic Games of X791...Mermaid Heel, Mikazuchi Lee!!!"

When people heard that, all the audience stood up from their seats while shouting his name...

"LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... LEE!... "

Every step Lee, who walked toward the stage, his name was heard shouting. Lee didn't expect his name to be resounded throughout the whole stadium like that. He was amazed at what he saw.

Instead of moving forward, he was stuck in place. He looked around the arena. He saw people in Mermaid Heel shouting his name, including Ceto, who was their guild master. From one corner to another, he also saw Wendy and Sherria, who was supposed to be his competitor shouting at his name.

After a while, he finally calmed down and pushed his way toward his opponents on the stage.

In the Fairy Tail seating area, Vermillion Mavis was in wonder.

"mmm... " she hummed as she turned her head from left to right and back again.

"Marvis-Sama, what are you thinking about?" Makarov asked respectfully. He had never seen Marvis being confused by something before.

"I can't figure out the boy!" She said, instead of waiting for Makarov to reply, she continued,

"Before, I could determine the result of the whole Grand Magic Games, but when the boy showed up, it altered my calculation upside down... " She answered with confusion on her face.

"I see, " Makarov responded with despondent.

"Don't worry, the outcome I was able to determine so far, the chance is 50 to 50 for both the Fairy Tail A, 70 to 50 for Fairy Tail B with them beating us on that one," Marvis said with a smile.

"I see, we still have a chance of winning!" Makarov started with more expectant this time.

Inside, the Royal Palace of Veronica, Mato, who disappeared from the arena earlier, appeared on the throne. He was watching the live show that happened in the stadium.

"Your Majesty, you called?" A knight in shiny armor entered the room and kneed in front of Mato. Mato removed his pumpkin's head, within, revealed a middle-aged man with white hair inside.

He was Toma E. Fiore, the current King of Fiore.

"With the boy joining the event today, to satisfy our audience, make a change to the current event that was planned." He commanded.

"Yes, your majesty." The knight replied and took his leave.

Back in the stadium, Lola received a letter for today's event, and when he saw that, he was astonished as it is different from any events hosted at GMG before.

"Alright! For today's event, it will be 'Bird Cage'!" Lola announced.

As soon as he did, a large cage, which had chains binding around it appeared in the sky. It's similar to Sky Labyrinth during the elimination round, but the cage had the shape of a sphere and slowly rotated.

"In this event, the rule is simple. Instead of escaping the cage, the participant needed to push others out of the cage. The moment the participant leaves the cage, they are out of the game. The last one standing will be the winner of this event!" Lola made a long announcement.

"This is an interesting way to hold the event... Even though it looked like a battle royal, the person with the biggest threat will be taken out by others first..." Lahar commented.

"Indeed... It doesn't seem favorable for the boy." Yajima agreed.

Back on the stage, Lee and others spontaneously teleported to different areas within the cage. Since the chains were large enough, they were able to put their foothold there easily.

"Men~ Erza-Kun, and everyone... " When Ichiya was about to say something, Lee already knew what they were thinking.

"I wouldn't call it unfair!... You guys can come together... If I lose, let's just call it my fate!" Lee answered their thoughts.

"My... What a brave boy... " Mirajane commented.

"As a knight, I can't accept this unfairness!" Erza stated seriously.

"Erza-Chan is right. It's unfair for him, but if we don't work together, it will be over for us instantly!" Jura presented his viewpoint.

"If you guys don't come, I'm coming now!" As soon as Lee's voice was heard, he was already within the person who was 20 meters closet to him.

It was a Rocker. Before he knew it, he was already half-way toward the ground.

"AAAAAAAaaaa!!!" He screamed out really loud as he tried his best to prepare for the impact. But, luckily for him, he was caught by a magic circle similar to the elimination round.

"Heaven's Wheel Armor!" Erza called out.

The moment she did, plated armor covers her chest, with a large metal flower over it, and she wears a large billowing skirt that has metal plating in the upper area. Her stomach and neck are uncovered, and she has large metal wings that appear to be made of individual blades, as well as a wing-like headpiece.

Even though she knew it was unfair, she still needs to fight him, or else she will be the next one to be out of the cage.

"Satan Soul" Mirajane also called out.

She used her *Takeover* magic to transform herself. In this state, her eyes, eyelashes, ears, and hair all change drastically, and dark, thin markings appear all over her body. Her forearms and hands became covered in scales, and each sprouts a fin-like protrusion on its outer side. She also grew a large, stocky tail, seemingly made of metal plates or scales. Her clothing also changed, with any attire she might be wearing being replaced by a dark, skimpy one-piece suit revealing her arms and legs, which was open on the front and the back.

While they were ready for Lee to attack them, the next thing they saw was Obra, who appeared on Lee's sword as it pierced through him on his forehead. After that, Lee threw Obra out of the cage.

Everyone who was about to attack him was suspended on their track.

"He didn't die..." Lee replied to their shock.

"What?... " Jura asked. Everyone also had the same reaction too.

"It was an illusion created by him. I only send him out of the cage..." Lee replied. Ever since he 'can' remember, he hadn't killed anyone yet, so it was right for him to clear their misunderstanding of him.

When they looked down, they saw Obra still able to move when he was caught by a magic circle.

Instead of waiting for others to attack Lee, who was explaining the situation to them, Rogue took that chance and used *Shadow Dragon's Waxwing Flash*.

The moment he did, his body turned into a shadow, instantly appeared behind Lee as he wrapped the shadow around him.

When others saw that, even though it was dirty, Ichiya who powered himself up sent a fist straight at Lee's face. Lee dodged it with Rogue still attached to him, but he can't move far.

Jura also took the chance to use *Supreme King Rock Crush*. Rocks formed from the air and crushed toward Lee to hold him in his place. After that, Mirajane employed *Soul Extinctor* by sending a large beam of darkness at Lee and Rogue Location.

"Piiiiiiiiizzz-BOOOOm!!!!" there was a loud explosion. Half of the cage was destroyed, but it still outlines the bordering between the cage.

"LEE!!!" Kagura shouted when she saw that her brother was ganged up by a lot of people.

When the smoke was clear, there was nothing left in the place. Rogue who bound Lee into place ran away the moment he saw the beam, so he was saved.

That was the thought. The next thing Rogue noticed was a sword-cut on his stomach forcing him to fall toward the ground. As he fell, the blood was bleeding a lot.

The other four who had thought Lee was defeated was surprised to see he was alright. There was barely any damage done to him as only half of his black sweater was burned.

Lee didn't continue to attack this time. He stood there waiting for his opponent to make the next move.

"That was intense!!!" Lola shouted as he still tried to feel the hair on his head, but he is now bald.

"The boy did well to dodge that attack, when he was bound in place by both Rogue's shadow and Jura's rock," Lahar commented.

"The moment the beam hit the rock, the boy from within instantly pulled himself to a different location which caused his opponent to fail to discover him," Yajima explained.

When the audience heard that, they started chanting his name again.

"LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE, LEE!!!!!" his name was resounded through the whole stadium again. Even the people who were watching the battle through the screen were also shouting for his name.

"Boy, you are the strongest person I ever met... You are a true gentleman! Men~To be surrounded by Four S-Ranked Mages and you still intact just show that you were the most handsome man, besides m..." As he was about to complete his sentence, he didn't expect to be attacked by his temporary teammate.

"Shut up!!!" Erza shouted as she kicked him out of the cage.

"Men~!!!" Ichiya called out for his injustice as he fell toward the ground. He was glittering as always.

"I'm also joining in this time!" Erza said as he flew up and rushed toward Lee. Mirajane and Jura are also the same. Both of them prepared their strongest ability to deal with Lee.

The moment they were within ten meters of him,

"*Zero Gravity!*" Lee murmured as his eyes turned even more serious.

Note: This will be the last time I change the cover for this Fan-Fic. I know that there might be some plotholes or rushed, but I wrote this according to what I believed it's best. Please leave a review or comments, I will try to fix some of them, but I wouldn't make a change to the whole story through... haha.
