3 Believe or Not

Bodies wiggled, every infected seen were still adapting to their bodies.

As they closed in, the first one tried to swift its run as which it stumbled down a little. Its head fell down to its lower abdomen, his arms were lifted up into the air. Its posture was weird yet it further added the eerieness of the situation.

Yuehan took advantage its misbalance and dodged to its left. Passing him, it toppled itself down directly in the floor.

At this moment, another rotting face greeted him. As he was only a student who lived a carefree and peaceful life, he was pounced and pushed down forthwith.

Fortunately, grabbing its head before it bit him, the sounds of teeth clashing teeth resounded to his ears thoroughly. His schoolmate which he often seen during his schooling days and who was still laughing earlier at their show, was now furiously trying to bite him infront of his face. Yuehan struggled fiercely out of terror as his life was now depending on his actions.

'Bang' A big leg hit its clinging body.

As it was removed from its furious biting and was pushed a little by the leg who walloped it, Yuehan didn't waste the chance to push it away with his arms and he then kicked it by his ferocious right leg. The power of his potent kick dragged it away significantly.

Without wasting a moment, Yuehan immediately stood up. What he encountered next was his friend Jhundy who just saved him, was now propelled and slammed into the wall by the third infected.

He immediately grabbed both sides of its head and pulled it fro strongly while it resisted. However, Jhundy didn't just observe. Instantly shoving the arms clinging to him, pressing his big hands to its abdomen, he pushed it fiercely. Attacked by the force, the infected was thrown out and tripped down of its stability.

Afterwards, they rushed into the outside with Jhundy now infront. But as this moment....

'Scratch' followed by a grunt.

"Ugh" Yuehan looked at his shoulder which he found out a girl behind him with its sharp nails and blood on it. The nails were pink which were clearly manicured and was very familiar.

As he looked clearly, it was Lex with a whole of infected people behind her and among them, there was Kyle, his teacher, Aloha and Euphy. Clearly, after the time they struggled desperately earlier, they caught up to them.

Wearing a plain white shirt as his role of a head scientist, Lex pulled it harshly. Yuehan struggled to get away while Jhundy helped him to remove his shirt in a swift motion. Fully removed, new hands and a couple of them at that, were trying to glom him and some had already grabbed at him. Only his bare skin and without their sharp nails, they just fortunately slipped by.

The sensation of deadly crisis was very alarming. Without wasting a moment, he pushed Jhundy and they swiftly ran outside. After they came out of the door succesfully, they didnt stop and continued to run into the hallway.

Afterwards, the door pooled out lot of the infected people like a flood, chasing both of them. They did not treshed too much like the last time but occasionally, as they could now balance their bodies a little well. Clearly, it was now moments before they could fully adjust.

Behind them, their neighboring rooms were also filled with grievous chaos.

"Ahhhh!!" A pain-filled woman's high shrill piercing cry sounded out from inside Yuehan's classroom.

Aldee rushed out of it. He immediately sprang out in terror. He did not turn back as he only ran for his life. He was in a great panic, the likes which would feel as if the world was ending, and repeatedly and loudly shouted about the emergency in his way.

After the smoke was erupted in Yuehan's classroom, the smoke did not linger for very long in the 3rd floor because during that time, a strong wind came and immediately carried the smoke to somewhere else. As such, only the neighboring classrooms were affected. In fact, if a strong wind did not come, most of the 3rd floor will be.

Although they were not influenced, the floor was still subjected in chaos. Because of the bloodcurdling screams that filled the whole floor, a lot of them were horrified.

And during this time, Aldee kept shouting out loud, "Get out of here!! Out of here fast!!"

Hearing those, the students started to panic. Stirring their emotions and filling them with urgency, they all threw what they were holding or something and shoved all obstacles including their fellow students just to break out. It was now an emergency, a great havoc filled the whole floor.

"T--they were ...'pant'... they are all infected. They became ZOMBIES!!!"

When they heard that something was going on, they were all panicking as if some bomb were planted or something like that. But when they heard the term zombies, most of them became dumbstruck.

"Are you crazy?" Someone blurted out.

"What the hell?"

"Are you joking or something?"

"F**k, my nose is bleeding"

"..."

All kinds of angry voices could be heard.

Someone punched Aldee on his stomach, grabbed at his collar and cussed at him, "You bitch, all that screaming and just a prank! This is not funny at all"

Aldee vision swam and blanked a bit as he was grabbed by a hunk person, Daryl. Regaining his senses, he struggled, and punched back to him intrepidly. But Daryl was already prepared. Removing his hand at his collar, he stepped back as he evade his moderate punch. Afterwards, he pound again at his stomach which made him grunt and hold it intensely; he watched him in repressed pain.

Then at this moment, a loud pitch scream sounded out again as which all the students looked out at the source of the sound. They could see nothing because all the infected people were already inside the classroom, eating and enjoying their own delicacy.

Waiting for 3 breaths of time looking at the hallway, nothing was there.

Daryl thought it was still a prank and his anger immediately boiled. He immediately said out aloud, "What are you all doi--"

But before he could finish his words, "Hiro" with his bloody right leg came out and shouted out blaringly than Daryl as if his life was depending on his voice.

"HELP!!"

Afterwards, a group of the infected came out dynamically in pursuit to him. When students saw the bloodstained leg and the so called 'zombies' which Aldee spoken of along their wriggling rotten bodies, they all gasped as it was too realistic.

They had probed the situation earlier as a prank. And with the weird mask worn by Aldee on his face, it further added that their speculation was indeed right.

In their entire life, they had never seen that mask which was designed to be exquisite in form and the kind that should supposed to be out in movies because of its hi-tech features. Because it was too good for the current modern technology, they thought it was just a mask bought by the stores in the street for entertainment purposes and Aldee was just wearing it for just a hilarious prank.

But now they were all uneasy. All the screams that happened earlier was in verismo. They wanted to run but because they were already mature high schoolers who would not stoop too low as to be scared by something out of little and because they noticed that the person who shouted recently had also the same mask Aldee wore and whom they thought was also a prankster, they were all hesitating. But there were some of them were already backing up especially the girls but they did not run, only ready at a moment's notice.

Keen of their observations as adroit teachers, they also started to get frightened by the unusual situation. They felt that it was real but their logic was telling them, it was fake.

One of the teachers, a guy, Joel, couldn't hold up any longer by the pent-up pressure, started to get irritated. As he watched the person who was running comically due to his bitten right leg and kept pleading and shouting "Help" into their direction, he reprimanded that person infuriatingly.

"By doing this, you are gravely interrupting our class. We will repor--"

"SHUT UP!! If you all dont want to get out of here, then do not! Dont drag me in!!" Aldee whom was lying down earlier cut offed the teacher's words even by disrespecting him. Now survival was that only mattered for him, pointless moral conduct were useless. He stood up and then swiftly ran. Taking measure to avoid the hunk person, he succesfully slipped and passed him.

"You--" The hunk person was incensed to the point he was preparing to nobble and beat him.

"Leave him alone. You should just think to catch that person!" Joel pointed at the guy infront, Hiro.

"Yes sir." He then spurred into action to once and for all let this nonsense stop. Taking a step for momentum, he accelerated to run.

At this point, everyone was anxious and nervous for what will happen.

"HELP, guys help, YES Help!!" Hiro was in despair when he despondently found out that the students including the teachers were just only watching him. When he finally saw someone was making a gallant move to save him, he jubilated seeing the glimpse of hope.

"Please save me!" He cried out.

Being enraged when Aldee escaped earlier, he effloresced in birse when this person blabbered out nonsense.

"Save your ass. Cut this bullshit already." As he ran, he lifted his right arm and bashed the so called 'zombie' in the face which was already behind Hiro. With their annoying squiggling twitch and twist, here and there, he was also rankled and pissed off by these people pretending to be zombies. He was already near, they didn't even stop their absurd chasing.

So he decided to doughtily teach them a ruthless lesson.
