Lilith was wounded for the first time.

But rather than the wound on her cheeks, she was more concerned by the Holy Power that seeped through it, entering her body. It was like poison to her, eating away at her very essence.

Lilith jumped back, trying to gain distance. She then used a part of her mana to cleanse the power that was damaging her from the inside.

"Quick response, but still too slow." Gawain's voice echoed behind her.

Feeling a powerful threat to her life, Lilith forcefully ducked. Due to her sudden action, the seams of her skirt burst, creating an open cut up to her waist.

As she ducked, Gawain's sword passed right above her head, cutting a part of her hair away. Lilith swept towards Gawain's feet, but even when she hit his armor, it didn't budge an inch.

"It's useless," Gawain claimed as he raised his sword. "With all the treasures of the church with me, you can't beat me."
