The middle-aged man's startled cry immediately woke the young woman sleeping beside him before she sat up while pulling the sheets for cover in fright. 

"Hello, mayor," Maverick Cohen greeted with a grin before he said indifferently, "I see that you are enjoying quite the life in your position. Does your wife know about this?" 

"Who are you? What do you want? And how did you get in here?!" Mayor Enzo interrogated sternly, completely ignoring Maverick's question before he bellowed, "Men! Come in here at once!" 

"Well, never mind about your wife. I didn't care anyway," Maverick Cohen shrugged before he said, "Don't bother. Your two bodyguards have already been knocked out cold, and the room has been insulated, completely soundproof. Nothing gets in and out of this suite."

"Just what do you want exactly?" Mayor Enzo questioned with a frown, seeing that he was in no position to make demands and can only listen.
