Albion casually glanced at the wares on the street in passing before he suggested, "Why don't you start introducing the first estate before we arrive?"

"Very well, Lord Sum Ting Wong," Lord Donatello nodded willingly.

If he has the opportunity to promote his estate's good points, he'll have a higher chance of selling his estate to Lord Sum Ting Wong.

"I have a total of three spare estates; the first one, which we are heading to, is the cheapest out of the three. However, Lord Sum Ting Wong shouldn't look down on it."

"Why not? Do you think I'm poor?" Albion nonchalantly replied.
