16 The Interrogation

[Borik and Biggs...? Their names starts with the letter B... Is it possible that one of them is the true perpetrator behind all of this?]

Biggs went over to where Kai and Peng Hu were standing. Looking at Biggs' face, Peng Hu could notice that Biggs had a lot of questions to ask them about the situation. It was best not to answer everything Biggs' wanted to ask since he was a primary suspect in Peng Hu's eyes. Leaning towards Kai, Peng Hu whispered to him some instructions.

{whisper} "Kai... don't answer anything Biggs asks. Let me handle it. If you really need to answer something, don't tell him the whole truth."

{whisper} "Why?"

{whisper} "Do you really consider me as a friend?"

{whisper} "Of course, Pen."

{whisper} "Trust me. I will not betray you, Kai."

There was not enough time for Peng Hu to explain himself to Kai. Biggs was closing in on them. Breathing in, Peng Hu calmed himself. His mind started to switch gear and he was starting to believe that everything would be fine. Breathing out, Peng Hu's manner were full of serenity. He was prepared for whatever Biggs was going to throw at him. Although he didn't interact much with Yuvan, Yuvan treated him very well as if he were family.

"Hello there, Kai and... Pen. Mind if I ask you some questions regarding what happened here?"
