Case 2 part 2: CCTV footage
I and Vikram went to AKB bank. It was big, of course it would be because it is the biggest bank in our SUNSHINE city.
It also has the huge security more than any other bank.
I and Vikram slowly went inside. There was a tall and muscular policeman. He saw us and came near us.
"Hi, detective I am the one who called you."
So, this muscular man is Chandra.
"Hi, what happened here?"
"Robbery."
"You said that in the phone."
"Ok, come with me if you want to know"
Chandra took us to the locker room of the bank.
The room nothing but empty police investigating.
"Woooow, the thief must be very intelligent. He did not leave a rupee(Indian currency)behind."<Vikram>
"Are there any clues?" I asked
"Yes, there is"
There is??
Chandra took us to the corner of the locker room and pointed to a watch.
It was an old titan watch.
"Is this model still available?"<Vikram>
"I think it is some sentimental watch of someone." I said.
After a while someone came near us. He was 6 feet tall and little fat. He was very sad.
"I am the manager of this bank and my name is Akhil."
"Oh, hello sir I am ADHITYA and this is my partner Vikram we came here to solve this case." I said.
"Can you please tell me what happened here?" I asked.
We went to the managers room and sat there. The manager Akhil started speaking.
"It was 9:00 at night, I was in my room and suddenly some sounds came from the locker room. So, I went to see what was happening.
Suddenly someone came out of it I shouted. There was some man wearing a mask. He beat me on the face and went out. "
Ohh, he was wearing a mask.
"Didn't the emergency alarmbell ring?"
"No, it did not ring. We also saw it after the robbery but it was on and it did not ring!!"<Akhil>
Ohhh
"Can I get the CCTV footage?"
"But there is nothing in it" <Akhil>
"Just show it"
We went to the CCTV room and saw the footage. It was fully blank. It was blank from 8:00 to 10:00pm.
"So something happened from 8:00 itself." I said to Vikram.
"Do you think some ghost might have done it."<Vikram>
"Might have because there is a ghost side of me itself" I said laughing.
"Where were you at that time?" I asked Chandra.
"I.,.I was in my station the whole day"<Chandra>
"There is a clothes shop infront right?"I asked Chandra doubtfully.
"Yes there is a clothes store"<Chandra>
I and Vikram went to the clothes store to see the CCTV footage.
"Why are we going to look at the stores CCTV when the Robbery was in the bank??"<Vikram>
"If there is something missing won't you ask other people?"
"Ohhh!, so we will ask the store manager if he has the money." <Vikram>
You stupid!!.
"Can you see the CC camera" I said and showed Vikram a CC camera which is infront of the store which is pointing the bank.
"Ohh!!"
We went to the manager and asked him to show the footage.
In the footage the was a white car which went inside the bank at 8:00pm. The man inside of the car came out took his phone and called someone. After 2 min Akhil( manager of the bank) came out and talked to that person. And after 45 min the car went out of the bank.
After the car went the Robbery began.
"Can we see the number plate of the car?"
" No, we can't. It is very far and we can't zoom it" the cctv officer said.
After that we came out of the store.
I get a doubt on that manager.
I went to the managers room. There was no one there.
I took a voice transmitter chip from my pocket and kept it on the chair.
( you think from where I got this transmitter don't you. I am a detective, so I can do anything and have anything)
Suddenly the door flew open.
It was Akhil. He looked a little happier than earlier.
"Why are you here??!"<Akhil>
"I just came here looking for you a while ago."
"Ohhh!!"
After a while I and Vikram went to our house.
"Who do you think is the robber?" I asked Vikram.
He put a stylish grin on his face.
