9 Chapter -9: Age of Magic

Zel did not know anything as to what he had cause, he was happy that he got to meet his family.

Zel parents took him to their old house were they use to live, which was a midium size house with three bedroom, one kitchen and two bathrooms.

After they reach home ,Zel mother viola went to the kitchen to prepare food for them to celebrate the arrival of him, Zel father took Zel to his old room which was reconstructed into a new room as his old room was already destroyed.

Zel parents had search for him during the black day but did not find him, they had no Choice but to go to the temporary shelter as they were force by the army.

Zel got to his room which was new as all of his things were destroyed and had to throw so there was nothing much left after the room was destroy, his room had an unused bed ,a desk and a chair, cupboard and a book shelf ,it was quite simple in other words but he did not dislike it at all.

while he was looking at his old and new room, his sister came to his side and pulled him , Zel look at his cute sister who was pulling him to go somewhere,

Zel allowed his sister to pull him to the sitting area were they watch Tv.

Carlos was sitting on the couch watching news on tv ,his sister lily pull and told him to sit on the couch next to his father and went to help mom in the kitchen, Zel did what his sister told him.

Zel sat on the couch and start watching the news on the tv which shows about about a newly developed mana canon which can blow a big crates around 3 meter in diameter.

Soon the smell of food started to spread from the kitchen, few minutes later Zel mother viola look out from the kitchen, "every one dinner is ready come and eat". After eating my parents took me to the sitting area where they ask me how he lived and so on ,they also told him the changes that had happened while he was missing.

The world had changed so much that it is normal for them to go and hunt monster and beast outside the wall ,they exchange the corpse of the monster into money as the monster corpse are use for meat, weapon materials and experiment.

The people go to the wild to find materials like mana mine and other new metal ore and to hunt monster which can be sold for a lot of money.

There is also mercenary groups who will do any kind of work from killing beast , collecting materials,escorting people and even killing fellow human if the price is right .

Most of these mercenary groups are criminals who had awaken and use their power only for themselves, they did not even help during the war against beast, instead they increase the victim's by killing and looting people.

All the people around the world found new metal ore which was more stronger and mana conductive than the metal use before ,with these new metal and the people who had awaken power of Blacksmith ,they create a new weapons which was far better then other ,as it was more powerful and is able to kill monster more easily.

When the government from all around the world found this they started hiring the blacksmith with high salary and status , providing them with more privilege than most awakeners.

The government also use modern technology and new metal to make weapon like guns,canon , missile etc which can be mass produced but their powers were not as strong as the weapon made by the blacksmith and enchanters.

The awakeners are also categories in to four main type,

1) Physical type

2) Magic type

3)summoner type

4) Beast type

1) Physical type :

These group of people have stronger strength than the magic and summoner type, They can use skills like physical enhancement and other skill which can increase their power and strength, they also have at least one affinity, mostly earth and metal which they can transform their hand or any part into rock ,iron etc.

2)Magic type:

These group of people uses their mana to make fire, water, earth, wind, lighting etc they usually have only one type of element but some people use two type of element .There are also some rare people who can use upto three elements they usually try to hide themselves as it will draw unwanted attention either good or bad.

3) Summoner type:

These people can summon beast and elemental spirit to fight for them ,but they have to make a pack with the summon beast ,the stronger the summoning the higher the change to fail in making pack with it .They can also tame monster from outside but it is not easy .

4) Beast type:

These people can transform into beast or monster like tiger, fox, and other beast of which they have awaken. They become stronger as they transform into beast ,one can transform only his hand or even all his body although it will be human shape , If they truly master this skill they can transform into the exact beast and they can use the full strength of the beast.

Zell was sleeping on his new bed while he was digesting the news he got from his parents, he would have never dream that all the world had changed while he was in an unknown place . Zel wanted to move his family to a bigger and better house as he had the money but his parents refuse as they had a lot of good memories in this house.

They did not want to move even though it was near the wall , as the powerful people live in the centre with good environment and good security, all the rich and famous people rush to live in the centre or near the centre as they will be protected by the strong awakeners who live there, when a monster attack them.

Since his parents did not want to change he did not force them .

Zel who was on his bed took out the awakeners card and check it , the card has his name on, his age was 26 and below his address there is a class written on it, on its right side physical type is written ,he saw it and smile a little because he can use all the other three type but he did not want to correct it as he was too lazy to go and correct it .

Zel when to sleep after it ,on the next morning he woke up wash his face and went out to exercise as it had become his habit even if the system does not give attribution. Zel quietly open the door to go out but when he was about to go out he heard his mother coming coming out. Zel mother look at Zel and said,"where are you going this early in the morning" Zel look at his mother, "mom I'm going out to excercise " Viola look at her son, she could see that her son was not lying so she told Zel to come before breakfast.

Zel said ok and when out ,he ran for 1 hours and came to a park which he saw while running around. Zel search or a quite place and started to excercise like doing push-up,squad,etc while he was doing his excercise the people who were coming to the park to work out saw him ,they were looking at Zel as he has a good body with fine muscle which is not too much to make him look big but not too little to make him skinny .

Zel finish his exercise he walk out of the park leaving the people who were watching him and went home, after return home he took a bath and when and had food with his family, and spend all the day with his parents and sister.

Zel gave 100 million to his parents but his parents refuse to take it but Zel force it to them , he knew his father Carlos will not take it because of his pride as he was the father but he gave the 100 million as advance investment for my sister college and his food .

Carlos did not accept it but Zel mother persuade him to take it. Carlos took it by saying that he will not use any for himself.

Zel parents took Zel and lily for shopping as he did not have any dress except for the dress he's using which is his father's old clothes, Zel use his money to buys all the things as he has money even with his parents complaining.

Zel also bought a new mana car which is far more better then the old car ,the car uses mana stone instead of petrol and diesel ,this car was for his father, at first Zel wanted to buy a jet but his father Carlos refuse to take it so he bought the mana car for him for 10 million.

Zel return back with his family by the newly bought car , although Carlos act as he does not like the car but they could see that he was really happy with the car he got.
