48 Chapter - 48 : Gray's Main goal

While all the awakeners around the world were training hard for the upcoming World Tournament some people were having some bad thought .

Red Hawk leader Gray was planning on getting his revenge against Zel who had beaten him and ruined his reputation but he also has other plan which nobody knows.

Gray secretly made a deal with Demon worshipper that he will work for them but they will have to provide him with blood pill .

Blood pill which are only made by the demon worshipper using the blood and soul of other living being which includes humans.

The stronger the person and monster used for making the blood pill the stronger the effect is , the blood pill provides immense strength to the person taking it .

The government of all the countries have made an agreement that if it is found that one has a relationship with Demon worshippers than they are to be killed without mercy by all .

In a dark underground inside a small common looking house ,two person were going walking into the secret tunnel, one was Gray with his full armour and the other was dress in full black with a hood covering his face .

Gray could not tell the face of the other party as it was dark and covered but he was shock that such a big underground hideout of demon worshipper were so close to them and they had no idea of it .

They walk in a room where two people were sitting next to a table and watching them .

The one who brought Gray knell down and on one knee and said "Hail demon God" towards the other two ,the two nodded their head and wave his head signalling the one kneeling to retreat .

It slowly turn around and went out of the room , Gray who was standing did not move at all as he could tell that the two sitting were more stronger than him.

He master his strength to say " I know you two are stronger than me but I want to tell you my condition first".

The other party did not respond only one nodded his head indicated him to continue.

After getting the respond he said " I will work for you but not as a mindless slave who will listen to every order but with my own actions ,whether to accept or not and you will have to provide me with the blood pill you guys are so proud of to me "

The Demon worshipper agreed with the demand of Gray as they knew that it is better to have him be a spy than to have other as he had been in the city for his whole life and know all about the city and powerhouse of the city .

The Demon worshippers agreed to his demands and gave him the blood pill which they have recently made.

Gray was looking at a red pill on his palm with a strong killing aura , he never thought that one day he will join the demon worshipper who he hated and become the enemy of the other awakeners but deep down he was happy for unknown reasons.

The blood red pill had a strong smell of blood coming from it and a strong aura around it , he was told by the black cloak demon worshipper that this pill was made by using the blood and soul of hundred Types of beast and the main ingredient was an SS rank awakener blood and soul.

After giving the blood pill ,the Demon worshippers told Gray to give some information about the powerhouse in the city and told him to spy after them and inform them about their every move .

Gray agreed to it and left the underground room with the blood pill.

After Gray left the underground the one sitting on the right side suddenly said " Why did you stop me from killing him when he made such a big request and why did you accept it ," .

The one on the left respond ," If we did not accept it he was ready to fight us to death and now is not the time to make any mistake," because if we fight we might exposed this hideout which will led to more trouble."

The one on the right said angrily," if we both attack he might not get any chance to retaliate and .... ".

The one on the right cut him by saying," what if he had something which might not kill us but it will surely make the one we are searching for come in to check it than what will you do ".

The other party was silence as he knew that their main goal was to find the identity of that person .

Ok enough of it we will keep looking for it from the dark and put some people good at hiding to follow Gray in the dark and report what he does ....

Gray who did not know that he was being followed return straight home and he went to his treasure vault to take the best item and equipment to fight Zel .

After changing to his new dark purple armour and black venom saber he got out of his house, he suddenly stop outside the door and look at the person,

Kurt who was leaning on the wall looked at him and said to him with sadness in his eyes ," Do you really have to do this ,why can't you just let it go ,".

Gray look deeply at Kurt and said ," It's too late for me to back down ,I hope if I don't come back from this you can either be the leader or disband the guild ," after saying it he pass by Kurt who was already infront of him.

Kurt wanted to say something but just as he was about to say ..Gray said something which suprise him when he turn towards Gray he was already gone.

Kurt stood their with tears falling from his face as he look at the sky ," How can you do this i know you can let it go but you just have to go deeper into the darkness and for what just to be label as a traitor ," as he thought to himself.

Zel who was looking at his sisters playing in the courtyard he suddenly left a familiar aura releasing on purpose to let him know.

Zel who was sitting slowly disappeared without making any sound .

Gray who was looking at Zel direction while he release his aura to lure suddenly heard a voice from his left side ," I'm here so you can stop it".

Gray turn his head towards the voice ,he saw Zel who was sitting looking at him.

Gray knew that Zel was very strong but he had just released his aura only for a minute or so but Zel was already here looking at him this shock him.

Zel look at Gray and said ," why don't we go outside the city to play or else other will protect you like last time .,"

Before Gray could say anything he was quickly teleport outside the city and it was in an open field.

After Gray compost himself he saw two people in black clothes suddenly came falling down .

Zel look at Gray who also had puzzle expression which prove that these two were not with him.

The two person were also shock as they only saw that right after Zel and Gray had a small contact they disappear from their eyes and the next second they were falling from the sky while Zel and Gray were standing opposite to each other.

Zel look at the two spy ," who are you and why are you following him ," as he point his hand towards Gray.

Gray also look at two spy ,than he thought to himself that they were spy from Demon worshippers.

Gray was about to say when he saw the two spy suddenly take out a red pill from their clothes with the aim to eat.

Gray shouted," They are members of the demon worshipper and they are about to eat the blood pill which will increase their strength." while saying he turn his head towards Zel who was not there.

Even though he might be arrogant but he still care about the innocent people and he joining the demon worshipper was to get more information about them and their hideout but he did not think that they will place a spy for him .

when he was about attack the two spy he was stop in his track as Zel who disappeared was holding the hands of the two spy with red pill in his hand , he look at Gray who just said that they were members of demon worshipper.

Zel have heard about them from president Wil but had not made them personally, he look at the blood pill which had a strong bloody smell coming from it .

He looked at the two spy and ask them what does this pill do but the spy's did not respond only stare him with angry..

Gray who was on the side explain what it was and how it was made of .

Zel took the pill and ask the two where their hideout was but before they say anything Gray on the other side said everything he knew about them which made the two spy to cut their own hands to attack him so as to silence him.

But how can Zel allow them , he tap lightly on the ground where two shadow chain appear wrapping the two spy holding them on the spot.

After he got the information about the Demon worshippers he finished off the two spy as they will not say anything.

Zel turn his head towards Gray and ask if he wants to continue.

Gray knew that if he fights Zel ,he will surely die but still he decided to fight.

Zel saw that Gray was not going to back so he simply had a deal with Gray that he will change his appears and be free but he will have to stop coming after him or any of his family or else he will kill him mercilessly.

Gray wanted to reject it but Zel pressure him so in the end he accepted it as he also did not want die .

Gray wanted to die a warrior dead like the warrior who will fight for the people and die as a hero against the beast not like this and it was his goal so he gave in .
