32 32. Future Plans

Entering his room Lucifer let out a sigh of relief, even though he knew that he doesn't need to worry about getting his identity as not the previous one exposed he was still quite nervous but everything went fine.

Dropping down on the bed he called his system.

'Hey System'

'Will the item extraction would be painful as mentioned in the novels?'

[Yes host, even though it won't be that painful, you will still experience some light amount of pain]

'Got it, Is there not any other way to get the items without feeling any pain?'

Lucifer wanted the system rewards as soon as possible, he isn't afraid of pain but afraid of the phenomenon which happens once the protagonist gains their rewards currently he is in his grandfather's manor so it's better to not raise any suspicions.

The manor he is in now is located at the back of the grand hall. His grandfather lives alone in this manor as his grandmother died a few years before he was born due to an illness she was suffering from as she was a non-awakener.

Lucifer got up and called the maid telling her that he is going to sleep and not to disturb him for sometimes and also asked her to get him a laptop and accessories for him.

Lucifer hopped on his bed and lying down he ordered the system.

'System do what you said and extract system guide, database, and 7 Primal Sins'

He excluded the race-changing card as the system advised him that he shouldn't extract it yet, so he just followed the system's advice.

As the system's sound rang Lucifer's sight went dark.

*knock knock*

"Come in"

Stephen said and the maid whom Lucifer instructed earlier entered the room and repeated Lucifer's words to Stephen.

"Hmm"

Hearing Lucifer's demands Stephen frowned a little.

His grandson suddenly asked for electronic accessories sudden was unexpected for him.

Lucifer mainly busied himself in the training and reading the books related to the academy but he never showed any curiosity towards these things.

"Ok provide him with all things he needed and Joseph"

"Yes master"

"Arrange someone to install the monitoring applications on Lucifer's devices"

"Yes master"

Even though Lucifer was a shut-in introverted type of guy he wasn't worried at all but now since Lucifer demanded these things he was worried that Lucifer will go down the path of being an otaku or so people refer them to.

But anyway it's something his grandson has demanded he must fulfill and it's also good that Lucifer indulges in these things a little.

Lucifer looked at his status with a smile on his face, his new skills has been assimilated and he was also able to gain proper information on the system and its functions.

And looking at the strength of the system according to the introduction it would be a lie if he say that he isn't surprised.

The main function of the system is as follows:

1) Appraisal: Ability to appraise anything in this world unrestricted of the levels.

2) False Possession: Can manipulate the mana of the host as well as the functions of the host's body if the required permission is provided.

3) Analyse: Can pretty much analyze anything in a matter of seconds.

This skill combined with database skills is simply OP.

This feature can analyze anything be it books or skills and with help of a database, it could properly store it in Lucifer's brain and help him gain knowledge regarding anything easily.

Lucifer just has to analyze all the related books and can master any secondary occupation.

This is truly OP but then also it has some limitations.

That is his level of restriction and power.

If he isn't strong enough and tries to absorb any knowledge way above my league my brain will get fried.

So Lucifer needs to use this skill carefully.

4) Universal Find: Can find anything present in this universe in a matter of seconds.

'This can be very helpful for me in the future when I could get my hands on the treasures that are important to me and never appeared during the plots.'

This skill can also help him keep tabs on someone from lightyears away and this can be counted as one of the best features of the system.

5) Accelerated growth: This is the best feature of the system, it grants its host the power to earn anything he desires with a little effort.

This is the true cheat of Lucifer but this skill is also limited to his prowess and level, if his level is not enough and his strength doesn't reach up to the mark then he wouldn't be able to continue to learn.

The system also has other features which are quite minor and also has an inventory that can only work for unextracted items from the system like his race-changing card or equity contracts which his inventory holds.

'Speaking of race cards I'm quite happy that I followed the system's advice and didn't rush to choose my race and extract it.'

Racecards are special items and it is better to use them after awakening, different races have different ages of maturation i.e. when they awaken.

Hence if Lucifer changes his race to another which requires higher age of maturation before awakening then he will have to wait for the coming of the age once again.

Hence if he awakens and then changes his race then due to the effect of the card he wouldn't have to wait for the coming of the age.

Lying down on the bed Lucifer kept thinking about the future.

He closed his eyes and using his database skill he went through his memories thoroughly, he was able to access all the memories of his and previous ones without missing any minute details.

He started to sort out his memories and also delete the unnecessary memories from his brain.

The plot, characters, and opportunities of the protagonist he began to sort out everything and started to prepare plans for his future.

And began to note it down in his mind:

1) Leave this mess of a family

He doesn't want to have anything to do with this family.

After the death of Stephen and leave of Emma the difficulties, it would face from other families and powers are unimaginable.

And in the hands of Ares, the position of the family would keep falling and at the end of the day, only the protagonist would be able to save this family.

So leave before anything happens.

2) Get all the opportunities of Michael:

Lucifer doesn't want to involve himself with the main cast but he will be a fool to not take advantage of his future knowledge.

This is now the real world and his knowledge of the future will not be of any help due to his involvement so it would be better to take everything of the protagonist as soon as possible.

What will happen when Michael becomes weak?

Who cares he has the system to babysit him and if he is unable to solve the crisis which endangers my life I would take care of the villain by me.

'To collect the artifacts he would need the assistance of an influential organization so it would be better to use Morrison Family's resources to collect them.'

Till the time he is in the family Lucifer can ask his grandfather to collect these resources but how should he explain to him how did he know about them?

'Seems like I need to get some acting skills'

3) Changing his race
