An enlarged version of an ape, hairy and ripped. It's heavy breathing and stubborn earthshaking movement is already scary enough. Not to mention its colossal figure was partly eaten away by the dense tree that encase the area. Only it's daunting bright eyes remains untouched.
Crack-
The cliche moment of a crunchy twig breaking into two parts. "Crap-" The eyes of the ape slouched towards the origins of a sound. It seems another meal had just fallen in front of its knees. It started to beat its chest mimicking a gorilla, smacking and gibbering. Soon, a once slow shake started to increase rapidly in both speed and intensity. Its friends had arrived.

A total of 10 brethren arrived at the scene, I wonder how did they make it this far without killing each other? Each looked identical to the previous one (not a racist statement), each holds an identical weapon and an identical face.
They surrounded their meal. Eyeing closely on their every movement and twitches. They raised their weapons in sync, there was an open space for anyone to attack them in those few but precious seconds (Is this some kind of Metroid game from 1986?), their arms crash down like waves forming fissures on the ground. This makes their attackers(meal) hard to maneuver in this terrain.
Their attackers were just as fierce as them, they did not accidentally stumble here, but instead with the intent to slay them for their juicy loot. Which such horrible reaction time one of them eventually dropped. This causes the rest of the apes to rage. Roaring in rage and doing some kind of illusion trick that makes them multiply in numbers (Bunshin no Jutsu?!).
They may seem large in numbers but their extra numbers are easily deleted with area of effect magic damage. Not before long, they fall one after another just like the fall of the titans.
Eddy: (praise) Your detection abilities is superb, to be able to spot a Sasquatch cave with a flick of finger is a miracle.
Emyrs: (his lips curve up an inch) I was just lucky.
Natsumi: (exploded with joy) Look at all this treasure, we are going to be rich!
Sarah: (breaks in) We are on a quest remember? It is not ours to begin with, we should talk about splitting it.
Natsumi: (disappointed) You're no fun, I was enjoying that moment...
Eddy: You guys did the hard work, it is only rightful that it belongs to you guys.
Natsumi: Really?! Thank you, Imagine all the clothes I can buy!
Russell: (at the same time) Really?! All the beautiful wo-
A large fat club slammed down on Russell's head knocking him unconscious.
Alice: (hugs the unproportionally sized club) pervert, die!
Emyrs: (turns away from all the usual chaos) That's very generous of you.
Eddy: (chuckles) I get that a lot. You know, you have very unique team members here. It makes things lively.
Emyrs: It sure does. I always though all teams are like this, I guess not.
Eddy: (casually) Most teams are dead serious all the time. Have you not join a team before this?
Emyrs: I do things alone. I like it that way but I guess this isn't bad either.
Eddy: It must have been tough.
Emyrs: More so mentally... It's getting late. Why don't we rest somewhere near here. The Sasquatch won't be coming back soon.
Eddy: Not a bad idea. I'll set up the fire. Could your team help with the gathering of food and setting up the tents (yes, tents are a thing here)(also include a spell that makes outsiders virtually impossible to find the place they are at [(C)rest zone])
Emyrs: (Nodded) Alright, everyone gather here!
Not before long the kindling was lit and fire started. Smoke raised and hearty stew made. The night was starless but the tents and flame warded the night away. It was a sound and silent night of beautiful dreams. However not everyone was sound asleep, a silhouette slip in the midst of the night to an unshaded area where the weak moonlight was able to reach the sacred land.
Eddy: (laying comfily on the woolly grass) There is no need to be sneaky, I can see you clearly.
Emyrs: I wasn't hiding, there wasn't a need to.
Eddy: (pat a side of the grass, indicating Emyrs to come here) If you say so, what brings you here late at night?
Emyrs: You already know.
Eddy: (laughs) I never knew you are a person you liked to watch an empty night sky.
Emyrs: It's appreciating nature.
Eddy: Right, you know I had always wished to become an adventurer just like you guys?
Emyrs: What made you stop pursuing your dreams?
Eddy: As admiring an adventurer is, I had to follow my father footsteps.
Emyrs: (slightly curious) As?
Eddy: (tease) Make a guess.
Emyrs: (nonchalantly) An intelligent.
Eddy: Close, a political intelligent.
Emyrs: (laid back) Looks like you had other motives when asking us to work for you.
Eddy: No, I told the truth. I needed the silver thorn for my superior.
Emyrs: So it was a side mission.
Eddy: Yeah, that's why I picked your team.
Emyrs: (curious) Aren't you afraid that spilling out all this would lead to bad consequences for you?
Eddy: Is there a point of hiding information to someone who knows more about you than you know more of them? As a trained intelligent, I'm never afraid of consequences, neither good or bad.
Emyrs: Who do you work for?
Eddy: The king.
Emyrs: Aren't you betraying the king then?
Eddy: why?
Emyrs: You just told me your superior without hesitation.
Eddy: It's not like I can hide anything from you.
Emyrs: Fair enough. I'm getting tired, I might as well go to sleep.
Eddy: Aren't you going to banish me? I'm a spy after all.
Emyrs: As long as you don't annoy me, I couldn't careless. (walked towards the shadows before disappearing as unnoticed as he arrived.)
Eddy: (mumble) That's someone you can't mess with. If the king is able to get him to our side, we would be unstoppable in the future.
