[Toneri's POV]
"This... The ability to move the moon!"
I remember this! The reason why Toneri wanted to obtain the Tenseigan was that he wanted to use it to control the energy vessel inside the moon and use it to drag the moon to the Shinobi world and destroy it!
This... Now that very power has been introduced to me...
I'm... Scared. I'm scared I might accidentally drag the moon to earth killing a lot of people.
I immediately went out of the warehouse in quick haste and observe the moon outside
I looked at the night sky and saw the moon. For some reason, tonight it looks exceptionally beautiful.
I don't know if this is an influence of becoming Toneri, but I seem to be very attracted to the moon. I can't help but admire it every time I blink.
I snapped out of my daze and looked at the moon with an enhanced vision of the TenseiGan.
"..."
Thankfully, the moon doesn't seem to be moving or any anomaly affecting it.
Then suddenly, the realization hit me.
Oh yeah... Fuck I'm an idiot
"I just realized... Does the moon in this world even have an energy vessel?"
I sighed at my pure stupidity. Without the energy vessel, I can't do shit like moving the moon...
"Hah... I should continue my Jutsu training. I also want to try activating the Tenseigan Chakra Mode again and experiment with the Truth-seeking orbs."
After that, I went back inside the warehouse.
But, I would have never known that these eyes of mine are more powerful than I thought. Even capable of... Moving the moon... Without the energy vessel... In the future.

"President Go, please let us see Toneri's information"
Currently, Choi Jong-In and Baek Yoonho are in front of president Go GunHee asking for Otsutsuki Toneri's information.
Both of them received the news of a new S-Ranker and went to the KSA Branch where Sung Jin-Woo and Otsutsuki Toneri were evaluated.
But disappointingly, Toneri already left and did not leave any evidence of his traces.
They just got some information from the spectators and the evaluator.
They learned that the S-Rank Hunter is a young man named Otsutsuki Toneri. Age is 22. The most distinct feature of his is his pale-white skin, white hair, and ice-blue eyes.
At first, they were suspicious about the person's appearance. But soon speculated that perhaps he has albinism turning his hair white.
And now, both of them are competing to recruit this new S-Rank.
"I'm sorry you two, but that is a violation of one's privacy." President Go GunHee said while smiling
Hearing this, both Choi Jong-In and Baek Yoonho's face faces dropped
"Hah... Fine. He'll get his proper evaluation in 3 days like Jin-Woo, right?" Asked Baek YoonHo
"That is correct. You two can just wait until then. And before you ask, no I don't know his current location. Your only option is to wait for him."
After saying this, the two S-Rank Hunters bowed and exited his office, leaving president Go GunHee alone.
As for Go GunHee,
He received a report about some monster ant corpse washing up shore near Japan.
It was, without a doubt, the monster ant colony settled in Jeju Island.
"More monster ant corpses are washing up... They might have tried to swim in the ocean. What could have caused their attempt at immigration?"
While thinking this, at Jeju Island, the monster ant queen had just laid a new egg that is has a faint bluish glow inside of it.
Only one thing is in the mind of the monster ant queen.

[General POV]
It has been 3 days since Toneri went to the Korean Hunters Association.
During this time, he had done nothing but improve his chakra control and improve his ability to use the Tenseigan.
He wasn't going to waste a single minute doing something other than improving his abilities. Of course, he also eats. But for some reason, his body doesn't need to eat 3 times a day but instead only two, well... He wasn't complaining. At least he gets to save money.
Toneri also thought of buying a new house to move in after he is done with the final evaluation. He already knows that he will be S-Rank because the reply he got from the female evaluator was the same reply Jin-Woo got.
And now, after 3 days, he was finally going to the main branch and finalizing his abilities.

Just like 2 weeks ago, many reporters once more swarmed at the entrance of the Korean Hunters Association main branch.
5 men in black suits are standing firmly at the entrance door, not letting a single soul in.
The reporters, however, did not give up. All of them stayed up all night to research Toneri. Basically stalking, but legally.
They found out some minor information about him, his name, height, weight, age, appearance, and even his date of birth.
(A/N: I swear, reporters are creepy as hell)
Besides that, no other information about him is present. They even asked the Japanese hunters association if they know anything about him. After all, his name alone was undeniably Japanese.
Some made fake articles about him being a spy from the Japanese. While some speculate his real identity as he seems to have no past at all.
Even the Korean and Japanese government is scratching their heads. There is no information about Otsutsuki Toneri in their records.
It is as if this person appeared out of nowhere...
Back at the present...
The reporters are not giving up about entering the facility, even though they know that they will not be able to enter it, they're still quite persistent. Meanwhile, the 5 men in black suits are standing firmly at the entrance.
Suddenly, a white-haired young man appeared out of nowhere in front of the 5 men in black suits.
This shocked all of the people present, even the 5 men.
They did not know how this white-haired person appear in front of them out of nowhere.
The white-haired person looked back at the reporters exposing his beautiful pale face to the whole world with the use of their cameras.
Seeing the white-haired person's face, all the female reporters, as well as the viewers that are watching at their homes, saw his face for the first time. All of them looked at him with jaws opened and a blush spreading from their faces. Moreover, they could have sworn they saw his ice-blue eyes shine.
And at this moment, somehow, all females (and some men) that saw him only had two words in their heads
'HE'S BEAUTIFUL!!!'
The white-haired person, however, turned his back and walked towards the door of the Korean Hunters Association
Seeing the person approaching them, President Go GunHee went out and meet him.
"Mr. Toneri, I presume?"
Toneri looked at him and replied
"That is correct."
Hearing this, President Go turned sideways and opened the glass doors
"Please follow me inside."
After that, he escorted Toneri inside and headed towards the advanced evaluation room.

During their walk, President Go would occasionally look at Toneri and observe him. He was trying to figure out Toneri's temperament and understand him
But to his disappointment, no matter how much he observed Toneri, he can't seem to understand him. Everything about him was so... Enigmatic...
"I have to say Mr. Toneri, I did not predict that not long after Hunter Sung Jin-Woo's appearance, another S-Rank would also appear shortly after."
"It also took me by surprise too, president Go. I had a late awakening you see..."

A late awakening. Just like the name implies, the person who is described as awakened late are generally people who had a hard time adapting to Mana that is in the atmosphere. So, it took a long time for their abilities to be awakened.
(A/N: I don't know if there are any late awakenings in Solo Leveling, but let's just say that it does.)
Outside the evaluation room, a red-haired person along with an orange-haired person is waiting near the door of the evaluation room with hands folded.
Finally, they saw the face of Toneri and immediately started making speculations about him as well as predictions of his powers.
But, similar to President Go, they did not manage to see anything.
'What's happening? Is he able to suppress the mana around him?' Secretly though Choi Jong-in
'This person... He's strong... I can feel it by instincts' Baek YoonHo also thought
Then, all of them entered the evaluation room. As for the 2 S-Ranks that also went inside? They too want to know Toneri's abilities and hope to recruit him.

A person wearing a black suit while holding a clipboard met Toneri and the others
"Hunter Otsutsuki Toneri, it's nice to meet you" Greeted the person
"Likewise." Toneri Replied
"Before we start the evaluation, we'll confirm your abilities to assign your class. What kind of abilities can you use?"
Toneri secretly thought
'Should I tell them about my Tenseigan or just the Tenseigan chakra mode?'
Finally, he decided on what to show.
What happened next shocked all the people in the room. It was exactly like their reaction 2 weeks ago when Jin-Woo summoned one shadow soldier
The young person in front of them suddenly got engulfed in cyan-colored flames. But what is strange is that those flames seem to be made of mana— no it's not exactly mana, but something similar to it.
Eyes widened, the evaluator spoke to Toneri to check if he is okay from those flames
"This?! Are you okay, Mr. Toneri?!"
"Mmm, yes. But it's finished yet."
Then, nine black balls appeared behind Toneri and started to form a circular pattern.
President Go GunHee spoke to him, confirming if he is similar to Jin-Woo
"Is this perhaps your true power?"
Toneri loomed at him and pondered whether he should show other jutsus, but in the end, he just settled with this
"Yes. But there is more to this form."
"What would that be?"
"Well, for instance..."
Then, Toneri pointed in one direction and asked the President
"Is it fine for me to use my power here?"
Hearing this, President Go replied with a smile
"Yes, of course."
'Alright, sorry for this.'
He then looked at the other side of the room and raised up his hand.
One truth-seeking orb went to his palm and Toneri secretly thought.

He grasped it and suddenly, a big golden sword of pure chakra was formed.

However, to the people who were with Toneri, all their faces turned pale. What they see was a sword made out of pure and chaotic mana, but for some reason, Toneri was able to hold it.
Toneri then looked at them and smiled while moving his mouth without releasing any sound. But to them, they clearly knew what these mouth signs meant
"S-O-R-R-Y"
Then, Toneri moved his hands and only made one swipe. Suddenly, golden slice marks were seen present in the direction Toneri swiped.
There were no sounds as the slice was so clean, it did not even need to make a single rumbling sound.
Seeing his power, the sweat on President Go GunHee's face increased. He then looked at Toneri who was going back to his original form.
Baek YoonHo's eyes widened and couldn't help but scream internally
'That power...! That was an incredibly destructive and powerful power!'
As for Choi Jong-In, he too is eye-widened
'Toneri... What are you...? A human or a monster?'
Toneri then spoke to them
"How was it? I call that transformation 'Tenseigan Chakra Mode'."
Hearing that he was finished, the four men snapped out of their dazed state and looked at Toneri
The evaluator spoke to him
"A-ah, y-yes. Congratulations Mr. Toneri, you are now officially an S-Rank Hunter."
He then took out a card from the clipboard and handed it to Toneri
It seems like they already prepared the cards beforehand...

Meanwhile, while Toneri is busy checking his new I.D, Choi Jong-In and Baek YoonHo are pondering whether to recruit him or not.
It's clear by his power that Toneri is not that weaker than them. His power might be above them.

"Hunter Tone—..." Both of them yelled at him, with full spirits and trying their luck
But they were interrupted by his hand that he raised. He then spoke with a poker face
"I'm sorry, but I decline the invention"
Then, Toneri spoke to President Go GunHee about some additional details about him and his abilities, leaving the two staring at him with blank faces.
He explained some of his abilities. Of course, he hid some important details, he did not want to reveal all of the cards up his sleeve.
Then, he went and walked towards the exit.
But, he suddenly remembered what happened to Jin-Woo when he opened the very doors in front of him.
He did not want those blinding and flashing lights harming his eyes (though his eyes are MUCH stronger than that of a human's). So, instead of opening the doors, he disappeared from his spot, leaving the people who examined him with blank faces
'There goes the other storm...' All of them thought
- Outside -
[General POV]
The reporters waited for the new S-Rank Hunter to show himself from the doors, but sadly, after half an hour, he never went out
"What's going on?! Why isn't he coming out?!"
"Is he still under evaluation?!"
"Why are they taking so long?!"
Suddenly, Woo Jinchul went out the exit doors wearing a black suit and black glasses and explained it to them
"The S-Rank Hunter, Otsutsuki Toneri, has already left half an hour ago after completing his evaluation."
He then walked back inside like morbid happened, leaving the reporters with their jaws dropped.

[Toneri's POV]
Now that I'm officially an S-Rank Hunter, I can finally earn some money.
I should go raid some dungeons right away and earn some money and get a proper house. I'm getting sick of this warehouse... Many rats would occasionally come by me here...
'I have around... Maybe a month or half a month? Before the Jeju Island raid, I still have enough time until Jin-Woo comes out of the Demon Castle Dungeon.'
And so, I left to clear some dungeons.
