[Toneri's POV]
It's been about a week since I came to this world.
On the first day, I still did not accept everything that was happening. One moment I was working, then in the next I'm in a comic.
And not just any comic, I'm in a comic where in the future— powerful guys called 'Monarchs' will come and trash the earth.
Then, I just sorted out everything. I organized my thoughts and made plans for the future. Nothing will happen if I'll just be in a daze after all. I need to become strong as possible if I want to survive the calamity that will befall this world shortly.
So, after two days, I collected myself and decided to First; find a source of income. Second, find a way to make an identification card. Third, become acquainted with the main character. And finally fourth, become strong as hell to protect myself.
I still vaguely remember the contents of the manhwa. Shortly after Jin-Woo's debut as an S-Ranker, he went inside the Demon Castle Dungeon, in which he will grind levels and gain some new shadow soldiers.
After his grind, the Jeju Island raid will commence and his fame will soar.
So my plan is simple. Become a hunter and rise to the top.
In this world, once you awaken your powers as a hunter, you can no longer gain or lose new skills. You are stuck to what the world had given you. That's why some people are destined to become S-Rank and some are forever E-rank, well... Aside from the Main Character of course.
The first thing I did we find a secluded location where I can test out the Tenseigan's abilities.
I went near a port and saw a warehouse with only crates and shuttles inside of it. And most importantly, no humans in sight.
I decided to pick this location for my training and a temporary shelter.

Okay, so it's been a week since I started figuring out the Tenseigan's abilities.
And sure enough, I have chakra reserves comparable to the size of the moon. Literally!
(A/N: For those who don't know, when Madara became the Jinchūriki for the 10-tails, his chakra reserves became the size of the whole planet.)
The first thing I did was activate the Tenseigan's full power which lets the user be covered with chakra greatly increasing my speed, power, strength, durability, and reflexes.
As for the ability to use both attractive and repulsive forces, I say that it's pretty damn op.
No wonder Pain uses the Deva Path as the best path, its abilities are simply amazing.
One thing IS bugging me. And that is... Whether I can use Chibaku Tensei. A giant fucking rock that can either attack or seal something. With a size that can reach the same as the moon.
Well, since I'm in an urban city, I don't want to test out the Chibaku Tensei just yet. I'm not going to commit mass genocide just to test my abilities.
I did, however, make a simple trick by using both Shinra Tensei and Banshō Ten'in which lets me hold an object in place in the air for a long period of time. But the downside is that after I use this, I won't be able to use both the Shinra Tensei and Banshō Ten'in for the next 10 seconds because of the cooldown.
As for the Jutsus, for some reason, the instruction on how to use them are already implemented in my mind. So, I think I'm good at that department.
"Alright. Now for the important matter— money. As of now, I only have around 240,000 Won which is equivalent to around... 200 US Dollars, I think?"
"The only thing that can come to my mind is to register as a hunter and earn money. But without an identification card, I won't be able to do it."
"As for the identification card, how am I gonna exactly do it? I can't just say that 'I lost it', right? Moreover, I don't have any citizenship in Korea nor any country here so that will make me mighty suspicious."
It won't be that easy... Right?

I looked at the new identification that I got with my picture, name, gender, date of birth, and nationality

Yeah, I made my nationality Japanese. Why? Because my name alone speaks for itself.
I also told some random bullshit about my mother being Japanese and my father a Korean, making me a halfy. But my father died inside the gate and my mother got in a car accident. This way, they would believe that I am a local that got left behind by two parents.
Sure they were suspicious of me at first, but with the help of something I call 'Genjutsu', I was able to manipulate them to sympathize with me. And so, I got my I.D
And with that, it's time to register myself as a hunter.

[General POV]
The storm that shocked many people two weeks ago finally died down in the KHA.
Since the time Sung Jin-Woo got spotted in this particular branch, many people swarmed here in case of seeing him once more. But alas, he never came back.
'Finally... The peaceful environment is back...' Thought the person behind the counter as he scrolls down the company computer
'But who would've thought that person turned from E-Rank to an S-Rank because of an accident inside the dungeon...'
Then, the door opened, and a white-haired young man wearing a black hoodie and dark jeans entered. Everything was unusual about him, from his pale-white skin to his ice-blue eyes. Everything was just so... Enigmatic.
The receptionist looked at the young man stated at him
'Haven't seen this guy before, must be a new guy'
The young man opened his mouth and was about to say something but the receptionist stopped him and said lazily
"Go to that direction and wait in line if you want to be evaluated" he said while pointing at a room.
The young man nodded and walked in the direction the receptionist pointed his finger at.
He then sat in one of the chairs and waited for his turn in the Evaluation Room
"Next person! Please come in!"
Said a female voice inside the room
The young man sat up from his seat and headed inside the room, still keeping that 'Enigmatic' air around him.
The receptionist took another glance at the young man and thought lazily
'I wonder what rank that guy will get...'
- Inside the Evaluation Room -
[General POV]
After entering the evaluation room, what met the eyes of the young man was a giant black sphere and a control panel with a person operating it on the side
"State your name please."
The female evaluator asked
"Otsutsuki Toneri"
The young man replied
The female evaluator checked the company computer for any records of the young man.
'Otsutsuki... Otsutsuki... There are no records about him. That means this is his first evaluation.' Thought the female evaluator
"Alright, Mr. Toneri. Place your hand on the black crystal and wait"
'I wonder if this thing can sense my chakra...' Secretly thought Toneri
Then, yellow light started emitting from the dark crystal ball.
But, to the evaluator's surprise, an 'ERROR' appeared on the operating screen
'No way... It can't be... Isn't this a little too soon?!' The female evaluator panicked.
Just 2 weeks ago, the storm known as 'Sung Jin-Woo' went by them. Now, another person came, and the same 'ERROR' that appeared during Jin-Woo's evaluation showed itself once more!
She then checked it again, and the same 'ERROR' appeared. She tried again and again and again and again... But it just kept showing the 'ERROR' message
'I can't believe it.' She then looked at Toneri and said with a low voice "Another... S-Rank?"
The female evaluator immediately calmed herself and looked at Toneri
'So this guy... Makes the 11th S-Rank... Seriously, first Jin-Woo and now another one?'
She then walked towards him and handed her hand out
"Mr. Toneri, please come this way"
Toneri just followed her out of the evaluation room
- Outside, Main Hall -
The white-haired young man and the female evaluator stepped out.
The receptionist looked at both of them and asked lazily
"Huh? Why are you guys outside? Is his evaluation finished?"
She then smiled and secretly thought
'I wonder what their reaction would be this time?'
She then looked at Toneri with a smile and said with a voice just enough for the people to hear
"Mr. Toneri, since our machine cannot measure your power, please come back in 3 days. So we will be able to fully analyze them."
The receptionist, who heard her speak, dropped his jaws in utter disbelief
And all of the people who were also about to be evaluated looked at them and said in Unison
"WHAT?!"
Toneri ignored their scream as he remember the exact same scene that happened in the Manhwa.
He then made swift movements to exit the building and plan to come back in 3 days.
Meanwhile, the people who saw him leave still had their jaws lose
The receptionist looked at the female evaluator and asked
"This... Is it true?"
"Yes..." She replied with a tired tone
After this day, a new storm once more... Appeared.
- Hunters Guild Office -
The guild master of one of the famous guilds in Korea, the hunters guild head, and the one titled 'The ultimate Soldier' Choi Jong-In
Just 2 weeks ago, he and the head of the White Tiger Guild, Baek Yoonho scouted a new S-Rank Hunter to be part of their guilds, but to their disappointment, he rejected them blatantly
Suddenly, a phone call resounded in his office. he picked it up and listened to the report.
After hearing it, his eyes immediately widened, and the 'disbelief' is visible on his face
"Another S-Rank?! So quickly?!"
He then left and headed towards the location where the new S-Rank Hunter was evaluated
- Korean Hunter Association, President's Office -
Go GunHee also got the new information and rubbed his temples.
He sat up from his chair and looked at the world outside
"Another one... Huh... What made these S-Ranks appear?"
Although he said that, he was actually quite delighted for the new S-Rank in their country.
It is worth to note that the more S-Rank hunters a country are, the more powerful it is.
- Outside -
The news of a New S-Rank hunter in Korea spread fast around the globe. The netizens were greatly shocked about South Korea's new S-Rank Hunter.
Not too long ago, Sung Jin-Woo appeared as the new 10th S-Rank Hunter. Now, another one showed up!
"Is South Korea producing many geniuses?!" Shouted people online. From Facebook to Instagram and Twitter. The talks were only about Toneri.
Some admired South Korea for producing two S-Rank Hunter in under a month.
However, some Japanese people frowned and said online
"His name is obviously Japanese! Why would he be in South Korea!"
"Why isn't Toneri registered as a Japanese Hunter? Isn't he Japanese?"
"Why did he leave his country and go to another?!"
Most of these posts were seen by Go GunHee and he just rubbed his temples as he read them. He was gonna interview Toneri and ask about this too.
- In the port warehouse -
Meanwhile, while the whole country is shocked by Toneri's appearance, the man in question is currently training himself by activating different types of Jutsus
"Maybe I should buy a phone"
Toneri has no way of knowing what is happening online, oblivious of his fame spreading.
[Toneri's POV]
I practiced a bunch of Jutsus that can fit my fighting style. Ranging from Taijutsu to Genjutsu, I tried powers that Toneri had in the movie.
Not much is known about him aside from being a descendant of Hamura Otsutsuki. He also vowed to protect the Shinobi world while he was on the moon after their battle.
Then finally, new information entered my mind while I was testing the Tenseigan
I studied the new information and a sweat bead dropped from my head as I spoke slowly
"This is... The ability... to move the moon."
