Of course, Nathan wasn't lucky enough for everything to all blow over. The local news reported on the robbery and the ungrateful blabbermouth he prevented from getting shot sold him out in front of everyone.

"It was the craziest thing," he confided to the reporter. "The would-be robber didn't even get the chance to say anything. He took one step in the door and this guy in the corner at the ATM suddenly sprang into action.

"I didn't see anything until the gun was kicked to near where I was and he asked for help tying the robber up. It happened in the blink of an eye. I don't think anyone saw what actually happened; it was all too fast.

"Somehow that guy knew the bank was about to get robbed and took him down without any help. Then he didn't want any of the credit! I asked him if he was the guy from that viral video—you know, the Amazing Skeleton Man?—but he didn't say anything.
