2 Chapter 1.1 Wrong place, Right tools

Waking was slow, We heard voices and words, ones that We did and didn't understand.

Wait, what? How did We both understand the words and not understand the words? Also what's up with this We shit!

Then like a snap, it all came together. Memories, thoughts, and feelings of a child. A lifetime of a four year old fused and mixed with our, no, My mind.

My name is Sekai Nosheka Okuno which when swaped around a bit reads "shaker of the many worlds" learning this was one of my greatest achievements. I am an orphan that lives in the Village Hidden in the Clouds, my goal is to become the most kickass ninja there is, but I can't say that out loud or the matron will give me dish duty.

How did I know this? It doesn't make sense!

"Sekai, come down here the food is almost ready!" I was quickly snapped out of it by the Matron's voice calling me. "Yes ma'am I'm moving!" I said, more instinctively than out of any want to actually respond.

Taking a second to catch my breath I look into the mirror to study myself. I looked... well I didn't look regular let me tell you that.

I was smaller than you would think being 3'2 with grass green hair and wierd yellowish brown eyes.

Wierdly enough I had a slight bit of muscle on my arms which I wondered about, before memories caught up and I learned I actually had an unusually low amount of muscle on my arms but a higher amount on my legs.

To say it looked wierd was an understatment, but another part of me nearly immediately dismissed it as normal. It was odd, to have a part of you that was already used to this but he had left the Matron waiting for long enough. He just had to get downstairs and act until he could get alone and gather his thoughts.

So I did the smart thing, I went downstairs and did what was natural. It was wierd when people would ask me something or when they would tell me something and I instantly knew either what they were saying or what they asked.

Like the matron asked if I was doing well in my studies I knew that I was having some trouble with spelling, or when one of the kids talked about how he could beat me in a race I knew that he had never beaten me in a race the 15 times we had done it!

That was another thing, walking and moving in general was incredibly easy, I felt I could outrun my 12 year old self, and in a 4 year old body that means something!

The tradeoff seemed to be that I was less flexible and my hand eye coordination was way off.

I did however learn some information about the world. Turns out the world is similar to One Piece in that the latent chakra in everything means children and adults alike are usually able to live a life far longer than regular and do semi superhuman feats with almost casual ease, and that was just the regular civillians!

Other than that he learned that chakra had a larger effect on the general populace than the show would suggest. People here had varying hair, skin, and eye colors along with some wierd developmental features.

I remember seeing a kid with webbed fingers, one with slits along his arms, and even one with eyes on his hands, although his memories told him that the last one was a family bloodline and the eyes had the potential to turn into a dojutsu.

Heading upstairs after breakfast with a lie that i was going to do some stuff I went upstairs and did the thing that I should have done the moment I woke up, I meditated.

Now meditation was a semi regular thing for me as I originally needed it to move and manipulate Will, and I continued practicing after as a way to think.

'Ok, so it's pretty obvious what happened, and i don't care enough to ask why, so the question is what do I do with it?' thoughts rushed throufh my head.

I thought of this before, Naruto was always one of my favorite until shippuden fucked it up, now what to do.

Then the thought came, and latched on.

The one I always hated was the lack of variety Naruto used, which was something I could fix... and I also wanted more Fu... both a which are things I can fix.

'Welp, thanks for the lovely time Kumo, but I have a badass to make, and a ship to build!'

I was excited, until reality slapped me upside the head 'how will I get there?'

Then I heard a sound that changed my life.

*ping*

My eyes snapped open as I saw, floating infront of me, was a small blue nearly translucent box.

*Welcome Player, due to your previous actions you were given a new life with a guide.

Due to previous experience it was decided that your guide would take the form of a game, to start the tutorial, please say "status"*

'oh... Oh...OH OK!' The thoughts came into my big brain, almost immediately followed by 'AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA'

Luckily my body was ahead of the curve "Status" and like that the blue screen disappeared and two new screens took it's place, the first of which read.

*Name: Sekai Nosheka Okuno

Hp: 575

Cp: 562

Stats:

Str: 13

Dex: 7

Agi: 15

Con: 10

Int: 10

Wis: 12

Luk: 10

Elemental Affinities: Unknown (unlock either by trial and error or by using an item)*

Huh, all in all, not too shaby for a 4 year old, what's up with that agility though?

From my memories I knew I was fast, but that is just rediculous, although that can wait for later, for now I should probably focus on the other box.

*These are your stats! they make up every bit of your character.

Name: the name you are most known by

Hp: Health points, your health measured, if this resches 0, you die! formula for this is the average of Strength and Constitution × 50

Cp: Chakra points, the amount of chakra you have, if this reaches 0 you will be afflicted with the "chakra drained* effect, it's not a fun effect. The average of Strength, Constitution, Wisdom and Intelligence × 50 = Cp

Str: Strength, how strong you are, contributes to how much you can lift and how much you can put in your inventory

Dex: Dexterity, your general flexibility, contributes to how fast you move, your hand eye coordination, and your flexibility

Agi: Agility, how fast you move, it also factors into your reaction speed

Con: Constitution, how much you can take, contributes to pain tolerance and Health points

Int: Intelligence, how much knowledge you have, also contributes to memory and processing

Wis: how well you can use what you know, also contributes to Chakra points

Luk: Luck, how lucky you are, contributes to drops and critical hits

To continue, say skills.*

This is interesting, very VERY interesting if by interesting you mean completely awesome! Seriously, I was fine just being reborn, but mow i get the most ovp power in the fuckin multiverse!

Quickly getting myself together I continue with the Tutorial "skills"

*Skills

All : Active : Passive : Hybrids

You have no skills*

*Skills are abilities that do things, they are either an action you can take or a trait of your character.

They are split into three catagories, then split further into three more catagories, the first three catagories are Active, Passive, and Hybrid while the other three are Physical, Mental, and Chakra

To continue the tutorial just say "perks"*

Well, I suppose that's fair seeing as I have done nothing, and the classifications are pretty all encompassing, next! "Perks."

*Perks:

I quickly put a hand over my mouth to stop my squealing, this was a dream, hell it was greater than a dream.

but to be honest the more I saw of this the more I got angry. I have all these things, that make my goal easy as hell...

BUT I WAS IN THE WRONG VILLAGE!
