Honey's (P.O.V)

the hotel still looked the same and dazzling as I remember the lobby was full of so many people. That's when my heart was in my throat I almost choked when I saw that face those blue eyes and dark hair. Why was Adam here he was wearing a suit I've never seen him in a suit before he looked amazing and so grown his hair was combed neatly. And I thought Devin looked good in a suit. He was talking to a man and Scarlett was standing next to him with an orange dress that was short and a fur scarf over her shoulders. Then I took another look at the man Adam was talking to he looked so familiar with his blonde hair and perfect smile. that's when I remembered it was Kevin. He didn't change much since las I Remember just looked older and grew a mustache and beard. I stopped walking causing Sofia to wonder why I didn't want to get any closer. "Is that Dark scorpion and Scarlett? Why are they here?" Sofia asked the question on my mind. "I had no idea they would come I'm so sorry Honey do you want to leave?" She asked but why was I afraid to face them. The old Honey is gone I'm no longer beneath anyone. I knew if I entered this industry I would be seeing a lot more of them and so I need to get use to seeing them more. "No let's go." I said pulling her hand towards the hall entrance. Every step I took was a drum ringing in my ear I watched as he turned his head and looked in our direction his smile slowing fading as he stared at me. I held my head high and continued to walk until we were now right in front of them. "excuse us you're in the way." Sofia said to Scarlett. Scarlett stepped a side, their eyes followed us as we walked past them. "wow they look amazing specially the one in black who are they?" I heard Scarlett say before we stepped into the hall the doors swing open as everyone in the room with hundreds of people turned. My heart was beating so fast it was going to jump out of my chest. We walked in "My son is here I'll right back wait for me at the bar and don't move." Sofia said pointing to the bar. I walked over and stood there uncomfortable at this whole thing "can I get you anything to drink?" The bartender asked "no I'm ok thank you" I said. I looked around and saw so many famous people but what was Adam here wasn't he with stunning one the rival company? Steve caught my attention as he walked around shouting he was the birthday boy reminding everyone they where here for him. Sofia wasn't joking when she said he was a narcissist. "You look different." A sudden voice said beside me and there Devon stood with his neatly combed and dashing suits holding a champagne class. He smiled at me making my face heat up. I haven't seen him since that day I got fired and before that awkward kiss. "And by different I mean Devine." I could tell what face he was making because I was too scared to face him. "Can we talk about what happened?" He suddenly said. What was there to talk about I just wanted to forget it even happened. When I looked up I saw a bewitching smile and daggered eyes walking towards me. It was as if the soul left my body and goosebumps covered my entire body. "Who might this be?" Michelle asked. My hands and legs shook just gazing into her vicious eyes. Analyzing every inch of my body. "Have we met?" She asked sipping out of her champagne glass. I looked down shaking my head. "Please excuse me." I said walking away in a hurry. The more she started at me it was like she was feeding off my perturbation. She was the definition of evil and psychotic. I needed to leave before she figured out who I was. " there you are come I want to introduce you to some friends." Bradly appeared out of no wear wrapping his arm around my should he was already tipsy, and the night had just begun. He pulled me to some people introducing me as the star of the upcoming movie we were filming. I smiled and greeted everyone as they congratulated me. I walked away shortly and found myself near the bathrooms it was the quietest place without anyone to bother me. I was overwhelmed with everyone and seeing Michelle was the cheery on top of my anxiety. "You think I wouldn't notice you Dumbo?" I head Adam's voice behind me I turned around. "You think just by getting a make over you're a different person now?" He held his eyes on me. "What does it matter to you?" I said to him. "I don't care...I just wanted to tell you that you look ridiculous acting like you belong with them and this whole revenge scheme is hilarious." He walked towards me. Thunderstruck and speechless how did he know about my revenge plan?

"What? Surprised I know about your childish game?... you better quit before you get hurt." He said, and he was now inches away from my face. I looked in his icy blue eyes. He was truly a scum of the earth. One minute he was chasing me and now he was disparaging me. "You and your boyfriend will not have a happy ending. I will take my son from you and destroy the pampered prick." His eyes grew dark as he towered over me. "I would like to see you try...he's my son and no one will take him from me." I said turning on my heels to walk away. But he pulled me back. "I'm no done talking" he cupped my face in his hand. "I loved you once but...but you chose him over me you're the mother of my son, so I will not let anything happened to you, but I can't say the same for him." He squeezed my face. Then released it. I looked at him as he walked away. I watched as Scarlett ran to his side. What has gotten into him? he was acting stranger than usual. I turned around, I was face to face with the wicket witch as she smiled at me. " I knew I saw you somewhere." She walked towards me and I took steps back. "Your e that fly that keeps buzzing around my Devon aren't you?" She smiled. "I'm nothing to Devon please understand that." I said to her. "Why are you so frightened I'm not going to hurt you silly." She smiled. "Looks like my last threat didn't works did it when I held a gun to your head" she laughed. "I told you I would kill you if you didn't stay away from Devon but don't worry I'll let you rot in jail instead, that's a better punishment." She said I looked at her confused. That's when she suddenly punished her own lip cutting it to bleed and started scratching herself all over she screamed at the top of her lungs. "PLEASE STOP IT I KNOW YOU LOVE DEVON I'll STAY AWAY STOP HITTING ME!" She screamed before throwing herself to the floor. I looked around as everyone gathered around rushing towards her. "Michelle what happened?" an old man grabbed her in worry. "I'm sorry I didn't know you love him but why beat me up?" She cried as she curled in the old man's arms. "You dare lay a hand on my daughter?" The older man said as he held her. How was she not an actress she was amazing at it. I froze in complete terror as I stared at the psycho that started beating herself just to frame me. I looked around as everyone gave me horrible looks. Devon stood there as well and looked at me as if staring at me. "Daddy I didn't do anything she just attacked me and told me to stay away from Devon." She cried. "Security! call the cops and arrest this wench." The old man huffed in anger. Sofia came running to see what the commotion was about and once she saw me she covered her mouth. "I didn't touch her." I said looking around for an alibi, but no one witnessed what happened. My heart was pounding as Bradly also looked shocked as if I was a monster. "You hit my daughter and deny it?" A short very large woman came. "I didn't touch her please believe me." I pleaded but she slapped me so hard my ear was ringing. I held my cheek and felt tears running down my cheek. I was so humiliated and couldn't do anything to justify my innocence. "She threatened me for days daddy saying she would kill me if I didn't stay away from Devon" she cried holding the old man. "What a foolish woman to beat and threaten a member of the Flinn family and the heiress at that." I heard from the crowd. "Where the hell is security?" Her father shouted. Then two security officers came out the crowd. "Please stop Honey is not capable of such acts." Sofia spoke up. "She would never do such a thing." She said. "Miss Marshall step aside or you too will be arrested." Michelle's father, Mr. Flinn threatened. And I could see Sofia grow scared. "What is going on what is with all this ruckus?" An elder mans voice said from the crowd and everyone stood aside giving the old man access.
