Overall, a good translation of "I'm Hollywood" so far. The story is of course wish fulfillment, but the author put forth a lot of research into the story. The successor "Hollywood Hunter" was better with regards to technology, finance, and military development, but I think that "I'm Hollywood" handled relationships a bit better by keeping the protagonist single and having him behave more territorial. Both are fun reads, but expect the story to get bogged down on occasion by too much focus on box office or stock numbers. The translator should set up a private Discord server or such to get feedback or to discuss the story with readers.
I'm not sure what to expect from this translation. The original novel is no longer available on the Qidian website, so I don't know if the translation will just be a repost of prior translations (much of it MTL) and stop at chapter 194, or if it will continue to the point where the original story ended. The author ended up rewriting the story.
