6 Chapter 6: Off Sail!

~Buggy POV~

Ha ha ha ha!!

Now, this is how you get members to join flashy!

Moria was looking at me with a surprised expression as he could only sigh in defeat as he must accept the fact he lost to me, "Sigh… damn it! And here I thought I was going to win because I was stronger and older than you are brat or I mean captain…"

Smiling at him I pointed my finger-wagging towards my first mate with a grin plastered on my face as I told him my response that he was quick to be surprised about, "In any other circumstance you would be absolutely correct but you made one fatal error in fighting someone who used to be in the Roger Pirates even if I don't look like it."

Now there was the reaction I was looking for.

He's very surprised what the fuck face when they meet a secret boss character and legend.

I have to rub in the fact that I used to belong to the Roger pirates to him otherwise I might get some problems down the line.

That and I'm using Buggy's natural charisma to my advantage of course.

As he got out from his shock, we both hurried on to his ship as we began to set sail on the island, I placed to Ocean Navel for the treasure guarding the place.

When we were finally far away from Loguetown (finally) Moria then asked me in clear surprise about me being with the Roger Pirates, "Now seriously captain was you really joined with the Roger Pirates no jokes sir?!!"

Ha ha ha!

Looking at his surprised face is funny but I replied to my first mate with a grin, "Yes my first mate Midora I used to join the Roger Pirates as their Cabin Boy with my lifelong rival Shanks."

Moria seems to be eating up what I was saying as I began to tell him my abridged version of my tales and adventures with the Roger Pirates.

The more we discussed the more it seems that he was hook on to my stories about the tale of the Grand Line and the New World what lies ahead.

However, I also made it a point to show him my Haki to let him know what kind of dangers lie ahead when going on this path of a pirate.

One must be strong to live through the hellish path to be a pirate.

I also made it to point out to Moria that we need crew members here and in the other Blue Sea.

Why?

Because there are a few people I want to join under me in the East Blue although I don't know where to find them.

Don Krieg would be an ideal pick with his strategic mind but I'm going to need to curb stomp his mental thinking about military power.

Capone Bege would be another nice addition with Krieg as they can both mobilize our forces with proper training.

Nico Robin and Oliva would be a nice one as well considering the knowledge they have and the possibility to know where to find the locations of the other Ancient Weapons two that I already know.

Although I don't look for non-canon characters to join won't be bad as well maybe taking a visit to Clockwork Island for their technology would be good as well once we have someone that can work with that kind of tech.

Sigh…

There are too many things to think about and in so little time as well.

For now, though I should be busy creating a crew that is well known but also strong in each category since this is 22 years in the past.

I have time to wait and grow strong.

There a lot of things that won't happen for the next few years to happen.

However, I may need to act fast on Robin island in the next two years when her home island is destroyed by a Buster Call, I need strong crewmates to make it happen.

Luckily for me, I have future knowledge of where to find some good Devil Fruits are at however, I need to make sure they belong to each one that is worthy of it.

Like say Kreig with the [Mera Mera no Mi] not a good combination with him but with the [Buki Buki no Mi] he can be a lot more dangerous with it.

But I have time to do what is needed I just need to have some patience and do some flashy plays in the process.

For now, though I should relax a bit and try to find the next members to join as we set sail to Ocean's Navel to see where the treasure in God Mountain is located.

~Third POV~

With the beginning of the Buggy Pirates first set sail on to the island of Ocean's Navel.

Ocean's Navel.

It is a huge pit that water flows into, yet the bottom is dry.

There is a village where the citizens live by the coast and there is also a ship graveyard, full of destroyed ships.

When the village ends, there is a huge mountain where the treasure of the Ocean's Navel is.

The villagers lived peacefully for years in safety as no one knew the secret of the treasure that lies in the Ocean Navel's mountain of God where countless people in the past have hoped to find the treasure that would make their wishes come true.

But when they reached the treasure room, they awakened the treasure guards, three huge monsters that will keep terrifying the islanders for years unless the perpetrators are killed for them to be only quelled.

There were no records of what these monsters looked like by the islanders of Ocean Navel only legends of the descriptions of the monsters guarding the treasure.

That is the destination that the Buggy Pirates were going to seek out the treasure of God's Mountain.

Once Buggy has told Moria the treasures that lie in Ocean Navel's he was immediately hooked on the idea of getting the treasure from the island.

With that, they each took their time taking care of the ship reaching their destinations as Buggy helped Moria train his Devil Fruit to be useful and also try to unlock Haki for Moria.

Buggy won't tolerate weak people in his ship if they can't at least be useful.

Buggy will use everything to his advantage from future knowledge of Manga and Anime.

To use his Devil Fruit of the [Bara Bara no Mi] to the max to his creative ability he can.

Buggy knowing that the strong survive and the weak have preyed upon he knew that he needed to be at the top of the world power.

Knowing that being weak in One Piece is a sin he must win every battle that he will ever face in his life as Buggy the Clown.

There was one way for him to survive in this cruel world as nighttime now comes over the ship he's sleeping on.

Observing the full moon in his room through his window he grins wickedly as he motivates himself, "From this point onward is the day that Buggy the Clown won't be the laughing stock of the world for I will stand upon the top of this world to become King of the World no matter the cost…"

Buggy closes his eyes to finally sleep as he finally says before going to sleep, "To make this world quake in its boots I need to be strong, smart, resourceful and the most important of all be flashy while doing it!"
