14 Paisley's Plan

Everyone in the dining room gasped in surprise seeing how the young duke shyly served their young lady Erella. One of the servants tried to pinched herself to see if she was dreaming or not. When she felt pain, that was the time she realized she was not in a dream.

"This is not a dream, Jane. I'm really seeing the young duke trying to feed our young lady."Michelle who pinched herself earlier whispered to her friend beside her. But her friend didn't hear her. She was still stupefied. The same with the others with their eyes and mouth wide open. They couldn't believe that the most terrifying young man in the kingdom was feeding their young lady. But their surprise intensified when they saw the young duke smiled with his cheeks turning redder. They could really see that he was satisfied when the young lady took the food he was feeding her.

While the servants were busy thinking if what they saw, were real or not, Erella's two stepsisters were greatly jealous of her. They were darkened with envy. They wanted to be in Erella's place.

'Damn! Why she is always the lucky one?!' The two stepsisters thought. Their anger intensified more when they heard Erella's complaint.

"Geez! I can eat by myself, Max! I am not a kid!" Erella stated while pouting her lips like a kid. Max suddenly felt dejected. He looked at Erella with puppy eyes, begging her to let him feed her more. He really wanted to feed her because he was enjoying doing it.

Erella heard more gasped from the people around. She forgot that she was not in the von Heinlein duchy estate. She looked at them. She saw their faces were greatly shocked. Suddenly her face turned red beet. She felt embarrassed.

'Surely, these people will think I am really a kid.' Erella thought hitting her head in her mind while saying the word "BAKA"(stupid). She wanted to act mature despite her young look because she didn't want them to think that Max was a cradle-snatcher. Surely people who didn't know her would think she is a ten-year-old girl because of her bodybuilt, well in fact she's already a sixteen-year-old girl. She flinched when Max wiped the sauce on the side of her mouth. She wanted to tell him that she was not a kid and she can do it by herself but she stopped because she didn't want to add more embarrassment to herself. She thought wrong because the servants' minds were full of the bright smile that the young duke showed. Erella looked at Max who was still dejected. She could not bear to see Max dispirited self so she gave in. She let out a deep sigh and said.

"I give up! Just do whatever you want."

Max's aura suddenly felt warm. He smiled more brightly and happily fed dessert to Erella. Graciella and Audrey became more jealous. They really wanted to kick Erella out of the dining room but they restrained themselves. And tried to focus on their meal. Baroness Paisley who saw how affectionate the young duke was to Erella, convince herself more to pair up one of her daughters with him.

"Ahem." Baroness Paisley coughed to get the attention of everybody in the dining hall.

"Your Grace, I would like to ask if you can prolong your stay here in our estate for at least a week? I want to spend more time with my lovely daughter before she will go to your estate." Baroness Paisley said then took her handkerchief in her pocket and wipe her tear to show that she was emotional to think her younger daughter will be away from them. Originally, Max and Erella will go back to the von Heinlein duchy after three days when they get the approval of their engagement from her. But it's not enough time for her daughters to execute their plan to seduce the young duke. So she needed to persuade the young duke to stay in the estate for the whole week.

'My lovely daughter?! Duh! lovely daughter your ass!' Erella thought rolling her eyes upward. She wanted to contradict her stepmother but she stopped herself when she saw Max looking at her. She thought that maybe Max will think badly of her if she will contradict her stepmother so she just kept quiet and let Max decide for it. But she hoped Max will not agree with her stepmother.

She didn't know that Max was looking at her because he wanted to know what will be her decision. If only him, he didn't want to stay in this place. He wanted to go back to his estate and make Erella happy. So when Erella didn't talk, he thought she was agreeing to stay in her home for a week.

"Very well. We will stay here for a week." Max answered the Baroness.

'NOOOOOOOOOO!' Erella screamed in her mind that she didn't want Max's decision but her face shows calmness. Baroness Paisley smiled secretly.

After the meal, she took her two daughters and brought them to her room. She told them her plans to make the young duke fall for them. Graciella and Audrey agreed instantly to their mother and were excited to commence their plan.

"Remember this girls, boys are boys. Even though the young duke is terrifying, he is still a boy. Surely, he will choose either one of you. So do your best to seduce him."Baroness Paisley said looking at her daughters with voluptuous bodies. She told them this because she already experienced it before. She was only a maid with two daughters. And she didn't want to stay a maid forever so to make her status higher, she seduced the Baron, Erella's father. But the Baron has only eyes to Erella's mother. Even so, she still tried her best to seduce him. She only had a chance when the madam of the Astley estate died and the Baron intoxicated himself with the alcohol. She used her body to sleep with Erella's father when he was drunk. And because of that, the Baron who was virtuous took the responsibility and married her. But that was the only first and last that he slept with Paisley. He didn't care about her at all. Paisley didn't mind about it, the important thing for her was she achieved her goal to have status and money. Paisley returned to present when her daughters answered her.

"Certainly mother!"They answered with a grin on their faces.
