[A fat man dressed shabbily as Batman crashes through your bedroom window. He takes out a Batarang and throws it into your leg. You scream in pain and collapse on the floor.

"Where are they?!" The fatty bat shouts in a deep and raspy voice.

"What?!" You ask in confusion as you nurse your bleeding leg.

"Where are the STONES?!"]

After making up his mind, Bruce left the compartment, but sadly he didn't know where Hermione went, nor does he know which compartment Harry Potter is in.

While strolling through the hallway of the train, Bruce reaffirmed his decision.

He would get close to Harry Potter and his group and do his best to secure a position as leader of the group. If Bruce plans to create the Justice League, then why not start early and swoop up the most powerful wizards, starting with the savior himself, Harry Potter.

(A/N: I know many of you would rather the MC stay away from Harry and not become a follower. And I agree partially. I agree that following Harry around is over done and lazy writing. However I don't plan on doing that. Harry will become a subordinate of his fairly quickly and a future member of the Justice league. Also, Bruce will be out of Hogwarts a lot. I plan on having him complete 1st and 2nd year in his first year. Then during harrys second year, Bruce will be going to a DC related area. I don't want to spoil too much, but I know many of you would drop if I didn't explain this.)

This would also help mold him into the leader he would need to be later on. If he wants to run a world protection organization in the future, then some practice and an early start wouldn't hurt.

Maybe he could even save Dumbledore and have him join as well, but that would depend on how things progress.

He remembers reading about some people believing Albus Dumbledore was some sort of evil mastermind, but he has one thing to say to those people.

Are you crazy?

Dumbledore had dealt with two dark lords and although he may have made some mistakes or could've done things differently, one man can't be expected to save everyone and have the time to micromanage everything to perfection.

Sadly, some things slip through the cracks or reluctantly have to be done.

He knew his choice would set him on the opposite side of pretty much all Slytherin students, but they only make up 1/4th of the student body.

Although Slytherin purebloods would have more resources and money, compared to the houses that are predominantly muggle-born, Bruce doesn't need anything they could offer.

He has more money than he'll ever be able to spend and recourses can be bought or taken with a bit of time and effort.

What Bruce needs are subordinates and allies that would help him in his future endeavors. He lives in a dangerous world and precautions need to be set in place for the inevitable world-ending catastrophes that are to come.

Darkseid

Anti-Monitor

Nekron

Eclipso

...

The list goes on and on.

That's not even including any would-be Wizarding dark lords that could come up after Voldemort is killed for good.

His current best option is to handpick the best wizards and witches and obtain their loyalty. The best way to start down that path is Harry Potter.

If he can get Harry Potter on his side then the rest would follow in their hero's footsteps. Though, Bruce is looking for quality over quantity, so he would only recruit those who meet his criteria.

He just isn't sure if Ronald Weasley would fit that criterion. Though, children can be molded and taught, so maybe Ron isn't a lost cause just yet.

After searching for a good couple of minutes, Bruce hears a familiar spell being cast in one of the compartments he just past.

"Sunshine, daisies, butter mellow, turn this stupid fat rat yellow!"

What followed the spell was a quick zap and a high-pitched cry from what sounded like a small animal.

Looking through the compartment door's small window, Bruce can see the first meeting of the golden trio taking place.

"Are you sure that's a real spell? Well, it's not very good, is it? Of course, I've practiced a bunch of spells myself, and they've all worked for me. For example..." Hermione says condescendingly as she sits across from a skinny and small Harry Potter.

Harry looks like he's not being fed properly. Children may not notice, as they don't focus on these things, but he certainly does.

Hermione points her wand at Harry's broken glasses and the boy tenses. That's not a good sign either. Children that pull back or tense in moments like this are usually abused in some way.

They know what's coming so they prepare in advance. Truly sad.

"Oculus Reparo!" She calls out with a quick wand movement, repairing his glasses as if they were good as new. The tape holding them together even disappeared.

"That's better, isn't it?" She asks as Harry took off his glasses, staring at them in wonder.

*knock knock*

Suddenly, a knock was heard that drew everyone's attention.

"Oh, Merlin. Not another one." Ron mutters as he hopes the next entrant isn't like Hermione, who he's already starting to dislike.

"Ah, here you are Hermione." Bruce says as he opens the door and steps inside. "Have you found the toad yet?"

"N-No, I got sidetracked..." Hermione replies.

"I can see that." Bruce gestures to her wand. "Showing off, are you?"

"I am not showing off! I-I was fixing his glasses..." She says unconvincingly.

"Surely..." Bruce replies with a knowing smile. "Hello, I apologize for my friend. She's a good person, but she can be a bit pushy sometimes. I'm Bruce Wayne. Nice to meet you."

"Yeah, we could tell... Ow!" Ron tries to say something mean, but Harry kicks him in the leg. "What was that for?!"

"I'm sorry for my friend as well. I'm Harry." Harry says as he extends his hand towards Bruce, who takes it and gives it a quick shake before separating.

The other two in the room follow along and introduce themselves as well. Ron with a chocolate frog halfway down his throat and Hermione as she stared at him in disgust.

"It seems like we both have it rough..." Bruce whispers to Harry as he takes a seat beside him.

Harry answered with a small bout of nervous laughter. He has only known Ron for half an hour, yet he couldn't help but agree with Bruce's statement.

After some small conversation, Neville's toad was completely forgotten about and the group was starting to make friends with one another.

Harry offered the literal cart of snacks he bought, and Bruce offed his muggle snacks they bought before coming.

"Muggle snacks?" Ron asked with a bit of curiosity. "Are they any good?"

"Yeah, you want to try?" Bruce asks and received nods all around.

Harry wasn't allowed snacks at home, if he could even call it that, so he was curious what the snacks Dudley would eat tasted like as well.

"Alright, let me go and get them. I left everything in my and Hermione's compartment." Bruce says as he goes to leave the compartment.

"Wait!" Harry says as he gets to his feet. "I'll help you carry it all."

"Sure, come on!" Bruce calls out as he enters the hallway with Harry Potter following behind him. 'Hmm, this could be a good opportunity.'
