5 I have already forgotten our previous grievances

The students of Aizen's Imperial Magic Academy looked at the ten-or-so-meter tall fireball with great terror in their eyes.

Perhaps, even an Elite Instructor at their school isn't capable of casting such a large fireball. One should know that, in order to be qualified as an Elite Instructor at Aizen's Imperial Magic Academy, one should at least be a 4th-Rank Mage!

What does this mean? It means that this Acknowledged Janitor is comparable to that of a 4th-Rank Mage! Maybe he's even a 5th-RankedMage!

In Myriad Kingdom, there's no Fifth-Rank Mage except for their principal!

An existence comparable to their principal turns out to be a measly janitor.

They instantly knew the trouble they brought to themselves, therefore the defacto-leader immediately slapped the student who threw a spell at Claude in the head.

"Mister Jani-No, Senior, we were wrong!" The defacto leader knelt down. Everyone behind him followed-suit and knelt down as well.

The students from Myriad Kingdom's Magic School looked at Claude in astonishment. Although they don't know which rank Claude is currently in now, but looking at the expressions of the students of Aizen's Imperial Magic Academy and the size of the fireball, he must be a high ranking mage!

Vaun who acted arrogantly in front of Claude earlier wanted to slap his previous self to death! He has a rich family background, so he was frequently surrounded by high-ranking people, with Mages being one of them.

However, even the 3rd-Rank Mage in their family isn't even close to comparable to this Janitor in their school.

Seeing that they backed down, Claude nodded. With a wave of his hands, the ten-meter-fireball and the raging heat that comes with it disappeared.

When they saw this, they heaved a sigh of relief.

At this moment, a man dressed in all black looked from afar, "Interesting. Who would've thought that Myriad Kingdom's Magic School hid such a horrifying existence comparable to the principal. But why reveal it now? And to students at that? Is this perhaps... a warning?"

...

When the students of Aizen's Imperial Academy Left, everyone gathered around Claude.

"Wow, I didn't knew you were so powerful, Mister Janitor!"

"Right! Even those Aizen Students were so scared that they wanted to pee!"

"You looked so cool, Mister Janitor!"

Claude smiled faintly and shook his head, "Basic operation. No need to be at awe. One day, every one of you can do it as well."

"Really!?" Everyone felt excited.

However, Vaun who was more knowledgeable was flabbergasted.

Basic operation?

One day everyone can do it too?

Stop jesting!

The act of growing a fireball to such a size is something even his father, a Third-Rank Mage, cannot do. Let alone these students who had just started their journey.

Finally, after a long moment of hesitation, he plucked the courage and walked towards Claude. He himself knew that such an existence should not be offended.

Claude naturally noticed this so he watched with interest.

"Senior, please forgive my previous offense!" Vaun bowed on the ground and slammed his head a couple of times.

Even an existence like his father had to bow before this man. So it was natural for him, an insignificant person, to bow on the ground.

Everyone was surprised at first, but they quickly knew Vaun's worries. After all, even those Aizen students had to kneel on the ground, let alone Vaun who directly offended Mister Janitor.

"Stand up." Claude smiled, "There's no need to bow down. I have already forgotten our previous grievances."

Although he said this, he didn't do anything and simply smiled.

The students of Myriad Kingdom's Magic School noticed this, and they felt their mind buzz from Claude's words.

No need to bow down?

You have already forgotten your previous grievances?

Then why are you not helping him stand up if that's the case?

You clearly want him to bow longer!

Vaun also noticed this but he wasn't angry at all. Powerful people are often eccentric and act in ways that normal people like them could not comprehend.

...

After that farce was over, he didn't go back to the gym to watch the Inter-school competition. Instead, by the urging of students, he reluctantly hung out with them and discussed about Magic.

With his vast Intermediate Magic knowledge, the students felt as though they were enlightened. The things they couldn't do before, they can do after they discussed it with Claude.

Anyways, when he finally escaped the grasps of those knowledge-hungry students, he wandered around the streets of River City.

Before, aside from going to work and buying food, Claude didn't leave his house at all. But now that he has 'sufficient' power, he can go around the city without worry.

It was also precisely because of that that he had so much savings.

"I wonder what I should buy." He thoughtfully said to himself as he glanced at the stalls, "Buying a weapon doesn't seem to be a wise choice since I'm already a Mage. Whatever, I should just buy whatever piques my interest."

After roaming for over half an hour, Claude didn't find an item that piqued his interest. Partly because the items that did pique his interest was out of his budget.

As a janitor for the Myriad Kingdom's Magic School, his salary is pretty high compared to normal people, not to mention that he's paid daily. But still, that didn't give him the luxury to buy anything he wants.

"Although, I'm curious why my Copy System hasn't been triggered yet. I've been roaming around for half an hour yet it hasn't triggered once."

At this moment, he took a cursory view at a shabby looking stall.
