Chapter Fourteen: I can’t keep on switching with you.

After rolling out of the way before the cylinder could reach him, Xash lifted himself off the ground with a frown plastered on his face. Despite the fact that he was trying not to hurt Jim, yet he still tried to hurt him. Xash was really annoyed as he started walking towards him with his fist clenched tightly.

Xanny immediately rushed towards Xash In an attempt to stop him, but Xash had pushed her to the side.

"This is not the time to act heroic Xanny, let me deal with this brat." He said without even turning to look her.

Meanwhile, Xanny was holding onto her chest as she felt Xash's hands touch her breast as he pushed her to the side.

'His touch is so soft… Hell! What am I thinking.' She immediately snapped out of her thought as she looked towards the direction of the two boys who were just a few metres apart from each other.

The huge man who was whacked to the side by Xanny seemed to have sustained a few injuries and upon seeing Xash walk towards his boss, he wanted to act but Jim signalled for him to stay down.

"It seems like our older brother is starting to wise up. I wonder what got into him to decide to fight me. No matter what you do, you'll always end up losing to me. Or perhaps is it because you have an ability now? You think you're strong with that weak fire ability of yours. You must have sold your dick to some goddess in exchange for it. Ahahah!"

Xanny frowned as she listened to Jim taunting her brother. She wanted to do something but she knew Jim's ability. She can't take the risk knowing how drunk Jim was. He was acting out of hatred towards Xash, and if they're not careful, they might end up dying in his hands.

She was avoiding getting close to Jim but she was more worried about Xash who was fuming with anger at the moment. Jim's ability was strong, everyone knows that, if Xash is to get any more closer to him, he won't be able to do anything and would be as powerless as a statue.

'Xash!' She wanted to call out but was fearing he might act out and attack Jim. She decided to watch what was going to happen now that he was yet to act and was still standing in one place. Then if anything was to happen, she could just use her telekinesis to push the two apart from each other.

Xash stood in the same position, not acting. He was having his own secret conversation with the system stuck in his mind.

'Can't you help me out Tate, just this once, please…'

'I already helped you out once, why do you need my help again?' Tate walked away from the chair and sat on the floor of the dark room. Although there was a torch-like item that was lit by Tate, allowing the two of them to see the room clearer.

The walls of the room was pitched black, and the ground also looks hard and black. Both places were made with the same material but Xash didn't know what it was made of. The room was rectangular in shape and there doesn't seem to be an exit or entrance no matter how hard he looked around.

He could hear the words that were said by Jim. It angered him so much that he wanted to kill him. But he couldn't because of Jim's ability to be able to stop any living thing, including beasts, standing at arm's length to him.

From the memories of the former villain whose character was replaced by him, Xash learnt of how Jim had been maltreating him since he was a kid. Not only him but his mother and brothers hated the former villain so much. He was even able to convince the three girls who weren't from his own mother to treat the former villain as an outcast.

Xash could feel the hate and sorrow that the former villain had for his dad, Jim, and his step siblings. According to the novel? the only person he cared about was his twin sister, but she was soon separated from him as she was sent as a spy to infiltrate the protagonist's faction. But unfortunately, she was caught and was killed by the protagonist. That was why the former villain had decided to have his revenge by killing the protagonist but he failed as he was also caught having sex with one of the heroines.

Xash wasn't going to make the same mistake as the former villain did. In this novel, he must win no matter what.

'Can't you just help me? Use your negativity ability to get closer to Jim, then I'll take control and strip his ability away.'

'What if you fail? What if you can't strip his ability and he frozes you like a statue? Do you realise how risky it is for me to switch control with you. This novel world will get damaged if I keep on swapping control with you.'

'You know what Tate, forget about it.' Xash replied as he saw three girls approaching Jim from behind.

The three girls that was coming towards the boys were none other than the three daughters of the Megan family. They all looked identical to each other, with the same type of dress and the three of them having the same hair colour.

But there was still a distinguishing difference between the three of them if you were to look closely. Ri has a mole on her face while the other two have none. Ki is the tallest and prettiest among the three while Di have big eyeballs compared to the rest.

In each of their hands was a short-sword. Their mother was from the family of an ancient swordsman. She was skilled in swordsmanship and had taught her three daughters how to fight using swords and other weapons. So apart from the abilities they had, they were also skilled in using multiple types of weapons.

Jim turned towards the girls who were walking towards him and sighed as he realised why they were here.

"Father demands for everyone to meet him at the dining hall right at this moment." The tallest of the three girls, Ki exclaimed.
