The next day.

Kai woke up at 7:30 in the morning so that he can sign up and enroll at the famous University of Tokyo.

He also was planning to look for a dormitory or even a boarding house.

After taking a bath, he checked himself in the mirror, put on his best clothes, fixed his hair and went outside.

After making sure that he got everything with him, Kai went to a bus stop and waited for the bus to come.

While waiting, Kai was scrolling through his phone looking for news and articles of how his former team is doing.

"Kai leaving the team is still the best decision the team made" A news magazine about esports made a headline with the words his teammate had said.

"We don't have any reason of stopping. We don't even have opponents that can be worthy of the word challenge"

"This is too easy"

Kai was scrolling and reading these articles with a frown on his face when one interview suddenly got his attention.

He played the video and a fairly good looking man came into view and spoke some words that made Kai's heart skip a beat. And anger suddenly erupted in his heart.

"Kai, if you are out there. Enjoy your rest. Nobody in this community needs you. That's it, byebye."

Without knowing it, Kai tightly gripped the phone and it almost fell.

Moments later, the bus had finally arrived.

After tossing a coin, he took his seat, turned off his phone and looked at the window enjoying the peaceful scenery.

It was a hot autumn afternoon.

Large black letters filled the entrance, glimmering, stating it's name:

"University of Tokyo"

Looking afar at the letters with the youths filled with vigor and vitality streaming inside the university, Kai felt the vibrancy and hesitated to join them.

With many students passing by, Kai involuntary took a deep breath as he looked around and felt a bit lost.

Kai started looking around and looked for the Visit Admissions Office.

After looking around for five minutes, he was lost.

"Guess I need to ask somene" Kai thought as he approached a cute girl standing in the distance.

"Hey, can I ask you a question?" Kai asked in Japanese.

The girl had a fair and smooth skin, paired with her bursting cheeks, she looked extremely cute. She was around 18-19 years old. She was dressed in a red dress, paired with her white nike shoes.

"What is it?" The girl asked in a cold voice. "All boys are the same. Even a foreigner is gonna try to woo me. I'm done." The girl thought while looking at Kai up and down.

"Where is the Admissions office?" Kai asked while scratching his head, feeling awkward.

"Oh it's near there!" The girl pointed. "You know what, let me accompany you." The girl said before Kai can even say a word.

"Let me see how strong your patience is, I know you're gonna give up on wooing me later."

"Ha, he looks so happy. He just doesn't let me see it, what a cheap trick!"

While walking, the girl was thinking about this crazy thoughts.

She was actually popular in the unuversity, so many boys like him. At first, she was fine with it. But others had completely broken the line like stalking her and forcing her to drink with them.

Because of these incidents, she detest men.

While seemingly lost in thought, the two of them arrived at the office.

"Thank you", Kai said as he pushed open the door and entered the office.

"Sure", The girl said as she stayed outside.

Kai didn't notice it and got a piece of paper and started filling up all the necessary information needed.

After almost ten minutes of writing, Kai stood up and went outside.

"He's so slow!" The girl thought as she puffed her cheeks.

"Maybe he's doing it on purpose. So that it looks like he wants me, but doesn't show it."

At this moment Kai opened the door and looked at her confusingly.

"Go, keep pretending" The girl thought as annoyance crept up to her while looking at Kai.

"You're still here?" Kai asked with his broes furrowed.

"Yeah" The girl answered as she lowered her head in embarassment.

"The hospitality here in Japan really is good! A stranger waited for me to finish!" Kai praised the Japanese people in his heart.

"Isn't he going to treat me to a meal? Or even ask me to walk in the park?" The girl thought.

"Is there anything you need?" Kai asked the girl.

"No, no, I don't need anything" The girl answered.

"Oh" Kai then walked towards the exit of the school.

Seeing him leave, the girl caught up to her and asked,

"What's your name?"

"Kai" Kai said as he continued walking.

"Please wait." The girl said as he catched up to him.

"What is it?" Kai asked, seemingly annoyed..

"Umm... I was wondering, since you don't know this place so well, maybe I can guide you through the campus." The girl looked at her and said with pleading eyes.

"Uh, sure?"

"I have nothing better to do anyways." Kai thought as he followed the girl that was talking nonstop.

While walking around together, the vibrant atmosphere was suddenly broken by a phone call.

"Is that yours?" Kai asked while looking at her.

"Yeah, I need to take this call, sorry." The girl said as she took out her phone and answered it.

"Mom? What is it?"

Even though they had a fairly large gap between them, Kai still can hear words that was coming from the phone.

"That was my mom" The girl said as she lowered her head

"Oh, by the way, can you help me look for an apartment?" Kai asked her.

"Sorry, but I have to go", The girl said as she looked at him.

At this moment, the girl had already sensee that the young man standing before her was not trying to woo her, "He doesn't even look like he's a bad guy." She thought as she looked at him again.

"Oh yeah, what's your name?" Kai asked her.

"Azuka", she answered as her face lit up and became extremely attractive.

"Bye bye" Azuka waved her hands as she disappeared within Kai's perspective.
