2 I have a system

After spending a few minutes being excited, Lushan decides to calm down and get serious. After all, he knows from reading countless lightnovels that carelessness will get him killed.

The first thing he does is check his surroundings. He sees trees, foliage and other things which all lead him to the conclusion that he is in a forrest. As for his current position, he is in a small hollowed out area within a tree.

The only things within this hole are the remains of his egg and a giant centipede that he presumes to be dead.

After making sure theres nothing else in the hole and he's safe to check things out he excitedly says in his mind 'status'.

He doesn't know if anything will happen, after all not all reincarnation lightnovels have a system, but he hopes something happens, so he said it just in case.

After waiting a few seconds and nothing is coming up his excitment starts to dwindle. 5 seconds, 10 seconds, 30 seconds. Theres nothing.

Just as he was about to give up he hears a noise in his head.

Seeing his stats show up within his head, Lushan can barely hold his excitment. He calms down before thinking about his current stats.

'So i'm a centipede, only a common one though. Where's my supreme godly bloodline at' Lushan thinks.

He notices that there are titles, which he imagines can be gotten by achieving a certain criteria which will then give him a buff of some sort. There are also system points, so he thinks there should be a shop of some sort in order to spend them.

Another panel shows up within his mind showing him the options where he can purchace things from.

After spending 10 minutes searching around he thinks to himself 'Okay, so I can buy anything I want from the shop and there doesn't seem to be a limit. There are even houses and other weird things for sale.'

After he was finished with the shop he decides to ask the system about the details on what titles do and how to get them.

<"Titles are special things that give buffs relating to the title, for example a king would have the 'king' title and it would boost his carisma and command effectiveness. Titles are gotten though completeing missions or achieving certain criteria. The criteria for titles are hidden until the host has completed it. Titles can evolve by meeting another criteria">

Titles work just as he thought they would, though he didn't imagine that they could evolve, but it also makes sense as otherwise there would be way too many titles. The rest of the things in his stats he already knows and can guess what they are, bloodlines should boost his power and they can be bought from the shop. As for skills and abilities he thinks skills are specific to his species and abilities are things that aren't.

He notices he already has an ability and judging by the name he can already imagine that its his main cheat ability, but he decides to check what it does anyways.

He was a little surpised at his wood attribute as he is a centipede so it should be poison only, but the then realises that the wood attribute probabily comes from the forest part of his species. He also see's that there is an affinity level next to them and wonders if they have any special effects.

'Stingy much' he thought.

The only thing left for him to know is the cultivation realms and how he increases his cultivation realm, as he thinks that because he has a system he should be able to increase his cultivation by killing things like in other novels.

<"If the host would like to increase his cultivation then he can eat things and absorb the QI within it and turn it into essence. Essence can be used to increase the hosts cultivation or increase his system points. The host can also choose ratio's when selecting between cultivation and system points">

'Damn! Again! Its basic information like cultivation realms, I shouldn't have to purchace things like that.' He argued to the system, but he recieved no response.

After finding the information about increasing cultivation, he decides to take a break and have a nap. After all he was just born and spent a lot of effort in order to break out of that egg.

He thought he was going to have a quick 1 hour nap but he instead slept for over 10 hours as when he hatched it was becoming night and its now morning.

The first thing he decides to do is eat. He was just born and has also slept for 10 hours. Due to looking around his hole last night he already knew there was a centipede body, probabily his mother.

But due to him having a human mind and being extremely hungry, he decides that he will eat the centipede carcass. Afterall its already dead and is a free meal.

He walks over to the body and finds it to be more that 5 times his current size, though it was still small it was much bigger that him!

Due to him being in the body of a centipede he had to spend over 15 minutes just figuring out how to eat, after all the body of a centipede and a human are very different. But just as he was about to start eating he recives a notification.

He immediatly said 'yes, please do'.

Immediatly after saying yes the body directly infront of him starts to rapidly compress into a ball of white light, which then flys towards him and is then absorbed into his body.

<"Ding! The host has absorbed 15 essence. Please choose between system points (SP) or cultivation">

After seeing that he got 15 essence just like that he knew how the ability worked now. He once again looked at his stats and sees that he needs 10 points in order to increase his cultivation to the next level. After giving it some thought he says '10 points into cultivation and 5 into system points (SP)'.

After saying that he notices that he suddenly feels an unknown strength flowing thoughout his body, it made him feel cool and relaxed.

After the feeling within his body faded he decided to have another look at his stats.
