Unload the cash using trucks

Alexander looked up and glanced at the boss, seemingly understanding something. He said, "Oh, do you think it's a bit less?"

Then, Alexander reached into his pocket again. To the astonishment of the onlookers, he pulled out another stack of cash, weighing about ten kilograms, and placed it on the ground.

"The thing about me," Alexander began, "is that I have a lot of money."

And with that, he produced another ten kilograms of U.S. dollars. "I happened to pass by here today and thought this factory was decent."

Again, Alexander took out another ten kilograms of U.S. dollars. "So, I was considering discussing its acquisition with you."

Yet again, he produced another ten kilograms of U.S. dollars. 

The boss, staring at the hundreds of kilograms of U.S. dollars on the ground, was frozen stiff.

Who is this man? How on earth did he fit all that money on his person?
