400 Chapter 400: Start Of The New Era

[Sendai, G.E.N.O.S Main Headquarters]

Moving the time back for a bit, while Kaido and Aaron were fighting for their lives, both Belial and Axel were fighting on another part of the sea bedas the faced against each other

As for the water surrounding them, it somehow formed a huge circle around them as they turned into somewhat like an arena just for them

Of course such a possibility was only possible due to Axel's ability to create and break one's own reality, with that he then came face to face agaisnt Belial in a full match throw down

Swinging down his hand, Axel completely releases all the restraints on the side of Belial, thus causing the water on his part to surge in towards the latter like a flood

Due to that Belial immediately thought of a way to get through from this situation as he spreadsout his wings and dash towards Axel direction

Unfortunately Axel thought out of such a situation, thus with a snap of his finger he then warped Belial's location towards the front of the surging waves, causing Belial to be flooded in just a mere seconds

Having the water completely rushed in infornt of his face, Belial was then completely caught off guard as he had the water which weight about a million of gallons fall down on his body

With the water falling on top of him, Belial then repeatedly kept crashing and grinding agaisnt the sea bed because of its weight

At that he then stretched out his claws outward as he punctured the sea bed to serve as an anchor to himself

Following that he forcefully pushed the water away with his mana by releasing it violently all around them, due to its force that he released it had then pushed the water back under his own accord

With that he then zoomed in towards Axel's location in a blink of an eye as he thrusted in his claws towards him

Unfortunately Axel had reacted quickly om that occasion as he tilted his head to the side to dodge Belial's claws, but when he dodged the latter's initial attack, it was then quickly followed up by a spinning back kick straight to his face

Because of that he then slid back by a few steps as he felt his whole face arch in pain cause of that attack, which was enough to make his nose bleed

But after that Belial then became relentless as he charged in once more while striking down his claws, due to that Axel was then forced to fight him in close combat as he flicked his wrist to conjured a solid sword out of nowhere

Not only that but in order to follow the rhythm and speed of Belial when in combat, Axel then forcefully mutated his genes within a snap as he enhanced all of his physical attributes while mixing in some inhumane attributes within it

Some inhumane attributes includes godlike reflexes, strength, reaction, and danger sense, thus raising the level of difficulty on taking him down

Due to that enforced mutation both Belial and Axel himself was then locked on a state of speed battle as they both dodge when their opponent attack, counter when their is opening, faint when needed to do so, and effective outmaneuver during tight spots

As they exchange blows for blows, Belial suddenly noticed by the second that he himself was losing ground as the battle goes on

Just as he predicted the moment he made his strike by slashing down his claws, Axel on the other hand stepped sidewards to dodge his attack and countering with a hard strike towards his joints

In one punch Belials whole arm suddenly got dislocated due to that attack as he gasp in pain from that sudden counter, but before he could get any breather nor scream in pain, Axel immediately spun as he conjured out a tail on his back and slapped it against Belial

Due to that Belial was immediately flinged away like a ragged cloth as he crashed towards the ground before stumbling upon some of the corals which formed algea on its body

As Belial skid over the hard surface, he then forcefully stabled down his footing unto the ground as he glared back towards Axel's way

But the moment he did this, Axel immediately warped infornt of him and gave him a straight knee kick to his face, thus catching Belial stunned on his knees

Gritting his teeth and clenching his fist, Belial then bit on his lips immediately to snap him back to reality and deliver a straight left punch towards his guts, causing Axel to almost vomit his snacks he had eaten in the late afternoon

But before Belial could deal some additional combo from that initial attack, Axel on the other hand quickly warped back to his previous location as he fell on his knee and started clutching unto his stomach which hurts like he'll

"Thats... some foul play...." said Axel while clutching unto his stomach

"Says the guy... who kept mutating his genes to keep up with me... I... am a archdemon, its natural for me to play dirty" said Belial as he held unto his bloody face

Just as they exchanged those words to each other, they then suddenly heard a loud explosion coming from afar as water came raining down from above right after the initial explosion

Seeing that phenomenon, both ofbthem then quickly looked towards the explosions direction as their attention got dragged elsewhere

Back at it after the explosion, a sickening silence then reigned on the surroundings as Kaido stood in the middle of the water surface

On the other hand Haruka who was on shore suddenly constricted her eyes into a dot the moment she saw Aaron slowly and tiredly swimming up to the shore which was the remains of the destroyed port, of course Kaido took notice of such movement as he looked towards the port's direction and slowly advance in his steps

Soon after Aaron reached the surface of the water as he tiredly climbed out of it and pushed himself ashore

With that he then laid out open as he breath in relief while having his whole body arch in pain due to the substantial damage he had taken from his fight against Kaido

But before he could take any breather out of it, he then saw Kaido arriving before him in just a mere second while conjuring a huge iron spear right by his left hand

Seeing that Aaron finally gave it up as he couldn't do anymore with his whole body being as tired as he could be

"So your killing me in the end? Fine... do it! I'm tired of this world, my body can't move, might as well die by your hands"

Of course in reply to that Kaido remained silent over that statement as he clenched unto his spear and slowly rose it up, but before he could launch it, Aaron on the other hand spouted some few words

"I know... that you literally didn't kill Haruka, but who could I blame? I may be a fool to push all the blame on you, and that blame was further supported with the hatred from her death... I blame you for her death... I blame you for everything that goes wrong in my life, I blame you for losing her, I blame you for not protecting her, and I blame you for the future that I never attain with her"

"Most of all I blame you for being her special someone... I don't know why but it must be my reason to life, to give meaning to my life and to move on i would have to blame you... that itself hypnotize me... you could call it petty, jealousy, rivalry, hatred, or disgust... I don't care anymore... let's be done with this"

Hearing that Kaido then inputted strength unto his arms as he threw the spear towards Aaron's direction

With that blood splurged out everywhere as it tainted the ground red and the sea with its reddish color, but instead of dying satisfied, both Kaido and Aaron was quite shocked as Haruka inserted herself between them and also got caught in the attack

But despite Haruka getting in between the throw, the strength that Kaido inputted of his attack was so great that it literally impaled her and Aaron to the ground

With blood dripping out of his mouth Aaron's eyes constricted into shock as he cried out in confusion while reaching out towards Haruka

"Why... why... why? Why did you get in between? Haruka!!! Answer me!!!"

In that moment Aaron then remembered his memories of Haruka's death as he was filled with grief at that very day

But before he could plunged into his grief Haruka then replied

"I thought... I could stop it if I get in between the both of you... but it didn't... nevertheless... Kaido... Aaron... I remember everything... I'm back" said Haruka as she revealed the smile she once had when the three of them were together

Seeing that Aaron was completely shocked as he remembered the old Haruka from that smile and started to shed tears out of nowhere

"Haruka? Your back?"

After saying that Aaron forcefully moved his body, causing the spear to pierce though his body as he moved closer towards Haruka and gave her a hug from behind which he longed for

Following that he started to cry as emotions overwhelmed him

"I knew that smile... your back... your back... its okay if you don't like me back, just don't leave me..."

Hearing that Haruka gently patted Aaron on his head, as the latter gave her a hug from behind

"Dont worry... I won't leave you... we will go together... die together this time"

Afterwards she then faced Kaido as she reached out her arms and slowly touched his cheeks with her fingers

In that moment Haruka used her ability for the last time as she completely revived Kaido's memories including the memories of his past till he was born

Feeling all of his memories getting patched one after another, he then finally remembered his parents, Ayame, his past classmates, and his life in another world

Seeing everything fixed a complex emotion then rushed in towards him as he started crying out of nowhere

Seeing him crying Haruka then was glad that she was able to mend Kaido back into himself as if she had fulfilled her purpose

But soon after Kaido grasped her hands as his whole body shook and said

"Thank you!"

Hearing that Haruka simply smiled back as she replied

"No... thank you... I always believed in you... till now... I'll always loved you..."

With those her last words Haruka finally died in peace as her whole body turned limp, behind her Aaron was slowly losing his consciousness as held unto Haruka tightly and said his final moments

"Its... alright... I'm... satisfied"

With that Aaron followed after Haruka as he died while holding unto her while looking satisfied

At that moment two espers died by Kaido's hands, or in other words two of Kaido's friends died by his hands

With tears silently falling down his cheeks, Kaido then slowly stood up as he mourned for the death of his two friends

At the same time rain started to pour down from the sky as if it was also mourning from the events that had transpired

On another hand upon seeing that the battle was over in another place, Axel then didn't hesitate any longer as he warped away and disappeared from his spot

Of course Belial tried to stop him from escaping, but Axel was just that quick on his thoughts as he got away from the battlefield

With the battle ending in that particular moment, everyone that was involved in the raid then gathered towards the port shortly after as they saw Kaido standing before the corpses of his friends

Seeing him liked that everyone then gave him a moment of silence even by just a moment

In that the battle has completely ended as the G.E.N.O.S organization in Japan has been completely obliterated by Kaido and his group

Far away in the pacific Axel then arrived on the navy battleship as he saw the boats captian and Head Chief Kojou quite busy on trying to contact the core base in America

"Your back?" Asks Head Chief Kojou

"Yeah! The battle ended just a moments ago... what about you?" Asked Axel

"Im fine! Were just trying to contact the core base in America" replied Head Chief Kojou

Hearing that Axel took out a bottle of drink from some place and asked

"So whats the situation?"

"We can't contact them! Our connection to them was completely cut a moment ago" answered the captian of the ship

"Well thats weird" said Axel

"Completely weird! I hope the core base is alright! We've lost the Japan, we can't afford to lose the America core base this time" said Head Chief Kojou

As they said this, this still didn't stop the boat as they head straight towards America after the pickup

Nevertheless theybdint know whats awaiting for them at the other side of the world

[G.E.N.O.S Organization, America Core Base]

Meanwhile as the commotion in Japan had ended, the core base in America was completely in ruins as body of different and numerous people were scattered all over the place

Following that both senator Zack, and doctor Glen can be seen at the side completely having their hearts ripped out from their body

Soon after Zerathras who was holding unto the corpses of Subject no. 000 by the neck, then let's go ofbthe dead man and approached a certain container

Under his force the container then broke apart as his half soul automatically plunged in towards him and was completely absorb by his body

With that another power surge erupted put of him as he successfully found one of the pieces he had lost in the past

"One piece have been found, 10 more to go till ill regain my past self, by then no one can stop me! not the gods, not the living, and especially not the anomalies... I'll completely plunged this world into abyss"

Upon saying that a dark thick energy then covered Zerathras whole body as he completely disappeared on the spot thus leaving the ruined base all alone out in the open

Heya guys! Been awhile! This is the end of the volume 7 and part 2 of this book, after this the book "I'll become a villain in my next life" will be on a completely long hiatus.

The reason for this is because I'll be focusing on updating the book "Assassin  System" and will be released on August

The reason why I'm focusing on another book because the volume 2 of the "Assassin System" and the volume 8 of the "I'll become a villain in my next life" is a complete collaboration between the two storyline

The part three of this book will be all about that certain volume and will only focus on that story plot
