As the hostile atmosphere all directed to Jake, the person himself was quite bewildered and shocked on how can such a Knight knew about him
Eventually since everything was still unclear of the situation, Bruno who have known Jake for a long time now stood up for him
"This is absurd! There's no way that Jake is a traitor, we've been with him for a very long time and yet he always follows our calls" raged Bruno
"His right! I don't understand... How can you blame someone from my subjects? Please don't throw accusations like that" followed up by King Emperor Ergo as he too had observed Jake and found him quite reliable subject
As for Raguel he just kept silent at the moment as he want to see where this ends
Upon hearing that Pope Basil eyebrows twitched as he turned to them and stated
"Are you doubting our judgement?" He asked
At that Bruno went silent while long Emperor Ergo answered
"If you were to choose which to listen, who would you choose? A words of a stranger or your subject?"
After hearing that question and as if it's words were stuck on his throat, Pope Basil seemed speechless as this question brought him to a pause
But as if to back him up the four royal knights beside him stood upfront and introduced themselves
"We pardon our rude misconduct but if you wanted to know us then we ourselves should be introduced... My name is Nicholas and beside me is Edgar, Mulberry, Sean"

After introducing themselves their leader called Nicholas moved forward as he said,
"My intuition never fails me... I can clearly see his Mana and I found a slight trace of the culprits Mana on him..."
After that another one stepped up
"Then there's nothing to discuss" said Sean as he grabbed the hell out of his sword
As if offended Bruno wanted to step in but was then pressured down by Nicholas aura alone making him kneel due to it's weight
"Learn your place" said Nicholas
Even King Emperor Ergo found himself sweating profusely after feeling up that pressure which was quite unusual for a human being to possess
With that the surrounding crusader knights engaged Jake as they tried to capture him and possibly kill him if he tries to retaliate
After seeing that both the King Emperor and the stupid son of the Duke unable to defend him any longer after being pressured down by a single person that was quite unexpected even for himself, Jake suddenly clicked his tongue in frustration as he swiftly twitched his wrist which caused a most of smoke to surround his hand and form a sycthe
Using this he greatly swung his sycthe as he somehow killed half of the knights while pushing back the others
Of course upon seeing this both Bruno and the king Emperor was shocked as they saw the once silent and observant Jake suddenly turned vicious as he killed his way through like a cornered animal
As for the Pope, he couldn't help but shook his head in disappointment
"Looks like he have shown his true colors... Nicholas!!!"
"Understood!"
As if recieving a instruction, Nicholas immediately turned to Sean, which the latter nodded efficiently and pulled out his sword
Without any words spoken Sean blasted off the ground as he brought down a sword directly towards Jake
Recieving that attack Jake tried to block it by holding his sycthe horizontally but as the sword collided with his weapon, he suddenly felt as if he was trying to carry a loaded car due to it's heaviness
This in turn caused a caved in on the ground as the rocks flew up cause of the pressure
As if taking that for an advantage Mulberry swiftly bypassed Sean in blink of an eye and went low as she aimed for his head
Seeing that Jake eventually tried to dodge it successfully which it did, at the cost of his facial mask that was given to him by Kaido in the past was sliced to half
Soon the mask fell off as it revealed the true face behind the getup
After seeing the Jack's face being revealed, both Bruno and King Emperor Ergo clearly remembered that this guy was a ally of Kaido, and with it's hatred for the guy itself followed by their past with Jake, both of them were having a conflict on what to do
"So this is what your face truly looks like..." Said Sean
"A perfect example of wolf in sheep's clothing" added Mulberry
With that Jack released a mouthful of breath as he sigh deeply before turning to both Bruno and to King Emperor Ergo
"Looks like my service ends here... It's been fun toying with you guys" said Jack with a cheeky smile
Hearing that they have been played for a fool and finally connecting everything that went wrong to him as the cause made sense
With rage filling up inside him King Emperor Ergo clenched his fist as he shouted
"Your the one that caused us to keep failing, your the one who's responsible for the death of Duke Agra, and your the one who responsible for the destruction of the Empire... You were the one... I... I want you dead"
Hearing all of that the once pity that Bruno felt suddenly turned into rage as he glared at Jack as a Dead Man
Of course even thought not everything that King Emperor Ergo said was his fault, he still widely accepted at as no words would ever get through their tough and arrogant skull of theirs
"Then it my fault!" He said as he opened his arms wide
With that both Bruno and King Emperor Ergo even grew furious
But as that happened both Sean and Mulberry once more charged towards jack himself
Seeing that Jack held his sycthe with a backhand and positioned himself right before doing a huge swing
"Death swing!!!"
With a spell being enchanted a huge explosion rung out from that room as it immediately halted the steps of the Royal Knights
Cause of that particular spell both Mulberry and Sean was pushed back by a few block with a clear slight cut on their armor and weapon
Seeing that was the only damage it dealt, jack once more clicked his tongue due to the result and as his frustration grew
At that moment Edgar came in from above as he swept up a slash towards Jack which blasted the latter off his feet and crashed to the door
After landing Edgar quickly pushed himself off as he dashed straight to Jack's perimeter
As a counter Jack eventually swung his sycthe aiming for it's opponent's abdomen, but was shocked as Edgar dived down even below waist height balance
Diving far below than average point, Edgar swung up his sword which once more delivered another fatal blow to Jack
"Razor blade!"
With a swinging sound, followed by the sound of something collapsing Jack was blown back with a huge fatal injury across his chest and blood spurting out
"Gah! Impossible!!!" He muttered as he fell back
But Edgar didn't let up as he slowly walked towards Jack as he swung Jack's blood off his silver sword
"Your reflexes are good, I am quite impressed... It's just that... I'm better"
As he said that he tried delivering a final blow to the head with an intent to kill Jack, but the latter himself wouldn't fall that easily as he stumbled to the side before kicking Edgar to the face with a high kick before dashing away
Of course due to kick to his face Edgar was slightly taken aback bit was immediately covered as both Sean and Mulberry chased after Jack who was escaping them
The kick was strong enough for the current him as he drew back and sheathed his sword, he soon found out that his nose was bleeding due to it which surprised him
"Are you okay?" Asked Nicholas who was approaching him
"Huh? Yeah! I'm fine... Just a little scratch"
"Scratch? Well whatever you say" shrugged Nicholas as he followed Jack's movement through his eyesight alone
"It's a pity... With proper guidance he could have been an excellent part of our knight corps and yet he followed the wrong person" said Nicholas
"It's his decision on following such a person... He should've have known the consequences" retorted Edgar
After hearing that for awhile Nicholas eventually muttered
"Humans are really foolish"

At the same time as that happens as Jack was escaping through the hallway, he eventually saw that the path was blocked by two other royal knights who have been patrolling the area while another two was chasing after him
With a quick decision he immediately stepped unto the wall on his left as he used it as a lever and jumped out of the window with a momentum
As he jumped out he suddenly remembered that he was currently at the second floor of the palace
After sliding down a slope, he quickly jumped off the edge as he headed further down and landed on the brick floor
Very quickly he started changing a spell which made the place a little foggy cause of it
"Lightspeed!"
Unexpectedly a silhouttes suddenly appeared beside him as he quickly reacted and blocked it's attack
With a force so strong Jack was blown back once again as he thought that all Royal Knight's are monsters with their immeasurable strength
As if that wasn't enough another one came from above which forced him to stumble forward before deflecting another.atyavk that was aimed at him
As expected as his vision focused both Royal Knight's from the second floor that was chasing him, jumped down without any hesitation and followed him
But such a thing didn't made him stop changing at all as the fog kept getting thicker
Without a slight hesitation at all Jack tried to run forward and come out as he will blend into the crowd outside the palace walls and disappear from their sight, while at the same time countering any attacks that may come to him
Sooner than expected he started having a hard time dodging both the attacks of Sean and Mulberry as their attacks started connecting one after the other, this in turn caused him to be pressured by the unceasing attacks
With each swing Jack could feel his hands becoming numb from the impact he kept recieving
With a click he suddenly slammed his sycthe to the ground causing dust to rise up as he delivered a surprise attack from the over one after the other
But as this was effective for normal average opponent, this wasn't enough for the two Royal Knight's at all as they kick off the dust and simultaneously brought down an attack towards Jack himself
They may have succeeded in delivering a fatal blow at him when unexpectedly Jack himself disappeared like a mist cloud right at their very front eyesight
No matter how they swing they eventually found out that they can't even hit him at all as if he himself has turned into a intangible existence
Using this fog as a means to cover his escape, Jack rushed down towards the gate in a hurry
But just as he was about to step outside, a streak of light suddenly impaled him to the ground as it hits his abdomen area causing him to cough up blood out of his mouth
Unfortunately such a trick wasn't effective on Nicholas due to his intuition, with that he successfully impaled Jack, but without mercy he raised his hand and aimed once more inside the fog as he fired off another streak of light
"Luminous punishment!"
After that he fired off one after another towards the same direction
As for Jack after relishing his impaled stomach, he suddenly couldn't believe how close he was to escaping when suddenly his leg was impaled too from an attack above him
With a grit he injured the pain all over, but then more followed up as it the streak of light impaled his arms, shoulder, hips and even his other part of his sides
As blood flowed more out of his body, he started to feel numbed all over as his life begun flashing in his eyes
With a laugh he looked up to the distance as he muttered for the only person he followed in all his life, feeling sorry that he was found out easily by his opponent even though he was entrusted by this role for his grand schemes in the past
"... Looks like... My... My service ends here..."
As this his final words another streak of light suddenly impaled him this time at his chest, as it pierced through his heart completely killing him
With his last breath he suddenly smiled happily as he squinted his eyes while blood continued to flow out of his body
With a single sigh Jack breath his last
