Finding his mother going over some paperwork in her office, Tom walks in and takes a seat across the table she's working on.

"Look who's back! Just in time for me to give you some training." She says, pertaining to the stack of papers on her desk.

'I knew she would throw her work at me...' Tom thought as he ignored her and got into the subject he came for. "We need to talk about Asgard."

"What about it?" She asked with a raised eyebrow.

"I'm going to go there this summer to ask for training, and If they accept, I'll be spending a lot of time there studying, so we need to set up a way to contact each other. With Dormammu most likely coming to attack, I need to be here to help when the time comes." Tom explains his plans.

The room grows silent as the Ancient thinks over everything Tom has said.

"You've thought about the consequences of revealing ourselves to Asgard?" She asks, knowing they would want to learn where he got his skills.

"Well, we have two options. I could go alone and lie, saying that I'm an orphan that learned through books passed down from my dead parent, or you could come along and we can try to make an alliance between Asgard and Kamar-Taj." Tom explains.

"Hmm, both have there pros and cons..." She says with a hand on her chin. "I said that I would put my faith in you, so which do you think is the best option?"

Hearing her question, Tom couldn't keep the smile off of his face.

"I think an alliance between Asgard and Kamar-Taj would be for the best. As you've said before, Odin is much softer than he once was. I don't think he'll try and concur us or something violent as long as we don't attack them first." Tom explains his train of thought.

Thinking it over for a moment, the Ancient One nods her head, agreeing to Tom's choice.

"Okay, when do you want to go?" She asks.

"I have to finish somethings up before we can go. We also need to set up a way to communicate too."

—————————————————

Weeks passed and Tom took care of the things he had to do before making his trip to Asgard.

First, Tom attended and spoke in four more of Lord Blacks rallies.

With each one he went to, the crowd grew bigger and bigger as word of him being there spread throughout the wizarding world.

As soon as they heard of Tom's support of Lord Black, many of the other candidates knew that they wouldn't be winning the coming election.

If any of them thought they had the tiniest chance of winning, they were either delusional or mentally disabled.

Tom Riddle's backing is the strongest boon any candidate could have. It's worth more than any amount of money a donor could give.

Second, Tom started working on his books and curriculum for the Transfiguration class he'll be teaching at Hogwarts when the school year starts again.

Books for 1st through 7th years were compiled in his mind out of everything he has learned and read about Transfiguration.

A large portion of the 7nth year book also contained many chapters about conjuration, but in a more simplified manner than it's been taught until now.

When Tom had everything compiled into folders on his inner worlds computer, he put everything together in a writing program and then used a spell to have a quill write out the physical books.

With one physical book for each year, Tom went to a publishing company and had them start printing.

The company didn't need any sort of negotiations, as Tom was a big enough name for them to do whatever he asked.

To make his image even better in the eyes of the public and help out those with low income, Tom cut out his share of the money for the sales of the book, which in turn cut down the price students needed to pay for the books.

Because of Tom's status, the publishing company also vowed to only charge enough to pay for labor and supplies used to make the books.

They were hesitant at first, but just having a set of books by Tom Riddle published in their companies name is a major benefit for their business.

Lastly, Tom and the Ancient One set up a way for them to communicate.

Tom altered the mark he gave to his followers and put it on himself and his mother.

It does two things.

One, it allows them to communicate mentally with one another from any amount of distance.

With the Ancient One's help, they were even able to make it work from across the universe and between dimensions.

Tom quickly upgraded his follower's marks to work the same way as well.

Two, If the person allowed it, the other could know their exact location. It even works across the universe and through dimensions. Kind of like an interdimensional GPS.

Tom wanted to keep his privacy, so he was the one to add the consent part to the GPS.

With that everything was taken care of and Tom could finally leave for Asgard.

Before leaving though, Tom spent a week on vacation with Druella.

Both of them will be busy in the near future, so they wanted to get some time alone together.

After their short vacation, Tom packed his things in advance and found his mother waiting to leave.

"Ready to go?" She asked.

"Yeah, I'm excited to see Asgard!"
