15 Monster
"And what would that be?" Nat asked.
"It's a lie detector!" Tony beamed. They set Adrian up to it. Tony and Nat sat across from him.
"Okay, first question. How many times did you brainwash Aj?" Nat asked. Adrian smirked.
"Wouldnt you like to know." He laughed but his laugh quickly turned to a very painful expression.
"Oh, did I forget to mention that if you don't answer us with the truth or the answer we want it injects you with acid? Must have slipped my mind." Tony shrugged his shoulders.
"You never cease to surprise me Stark." Nat laughed.
"Once! It was only once, then you guys came!" Adrain said. "Now make it stop."
"Thank you, and it will in about 3 minutes." Tony smirked him and Nat getting up and leaving.

Tony, Wanda, and the super-soldiers stood outside Aj's door. She was still screaming to let her go. After getting the info from Adrian they knew they just needed Wanda to resurface a core memory.
"Ready?" Tony asked turning to Wanda.
"Yup, see you in a bit, Tony." She said, she and the other boys walking into Aj's room.
"Aj?" Bucky asked. Aj quickly stopped yelling and stared at him. His heart broke when he saw she had no idea who he was. "Start Wanda."
"Let me go!" She screamed again. Wanda walked up beside her and started the quick process. "What the Hell? Ahhhh Stop!" She started screaming in pain. Bucky couldn't watch as his sister laid there screaming in pain.
After about 15 minutes the screaming stopped and Aj's eyes closed. Bucky and Steve shot up from where they were sitting as they saw her eyes close.
"She is just sleeping." Wanda gave a little smile before leaving the 2 boys alone with Aj.

"Hello?" Aj asked opening her eyes. She looked around to see she was in her room at the tower. She looked over to see Steve and Bucky asleep on the couch. She tried getting up but was stopped by the handcuffs. She looked at them and realized they were made especially for her, she couldn't use her powers at all. Memories from the night before crowed her mind. She started crying at the memory where she tried killing Bucky.
Steve woke up to see her sitting on the bed, crying. He got up and sat down next to her. He unlocked the handcuffs. He wrapped his arms around her and pulled her closer. She cried into his chest.
"Am I a monster?" She managed to say through tears.
"Allie-Jane Barnes, you are the sweetest, kindest, person I know. You light up a room when you walk in. You never fail to make me and others smile. You know exactly how to cheer someone up. I read that monsters can't be beautiful meaning you could never be a monster. You are-" He was cut off by Aj's lips crashing onto his. He sat shocked but quickly melted into the kiss deepening it.
"Ew, come on." They heard a voice from the couch. Steve quickly shot away from Aj blushing. Bucky laughed walking over and enveloping Aj in a warm hug. "I missed you Doll," Buck whispered.
"I am so so sorry." She said tears forming again.
"No no no, you are not to blame," Bucky whispered stroking her back. "Oh an Steve, hurt her I kill you, I do not care that you are my best friend."
"Y-yup Buck." Steve stuttered making Aj laugh.
"There's that smile I was missing," Buck said smiling back

The 3 of them headed to the kitchen to find the rest of the team. As soon as they got into the kitchen Aj was enveloped in a huge team hug.
"Guy's I can't breathe." Aj laughed. Everyone let go.
"We can't choose which movie to watch, how about you pick," Clint said running to the couch.
"Sure." Aj giggled.

"Loki! Brother! Did you hear the good news! They got Aj back and she's okay!" Thor said bursting into Loki's room.
"She's okay?" Loki asked looking relieved.
"Loki, do you still have feelings for her?" Thor asked noticing Loki's behavior.
"Ha! You think I like that mortal, never." Loki scoffed but quickly turned his head away.
"Are you sure? Because ever since we came back you haven't left your room, and I heard you crying last night." Thor said his voice getting quieter at every word.
"Look, Thor! I never had feelings for that girl! And even if I did I do not deserve her! She would be better off if she had never met me! I am the God of mischief for God's sake!" He continued to yell, tears forming in his eyes. "Hydra already broke her enough she doesn't need me breaking her even more! I know for a fact that She's better off with never seeing me again!"
"On that note, you are coming with me to see her," Thor said.
"Thor no!" Loki yelled but Thor picked him and carried him to the Bifrost.

It had been one of the best nights in the tower. They had all watched movies and talked.
"Heya Stevie!" Tony batted his eyelashes causing Steve to roll his eyes. "Have you finally asked Aj out?" Tony asked causing Steve to blush and Aj laughed.
"Aj!" She heard Thor yell. She got up and ran to give him a hug.
"Thor! What are you doing here?" She asked smiling up at the really tall blonde.
"I came to see you!" He boomed. He went and sat with the rest of the team while Aj went and stood in front of the group her back to the door.
"It's so nice to see you, Thor," Hope said.
"Brother! Come in!" Thor boomed looking behind Aj.
She froze and so did everyone else in the room. She clenched her fists at her side. Her eyes started glowing blue. Frost started forming around her skin. The frost crawled up her arms and started covering her entire body. She whipped around looking Loki dead in the eyes. He showed no emotion.
"Hello there." He said causing her more anger. The frost quickly turned to ice causing a few gasps.
"You think you can come back here like nothing happened and say 'Hello there'?" She yelled, her hair started floating in the air. "You made me happy! Then you tell me you don't love me and that you never would! You just left! I was hurt!" She screamed causing her to start lifting off the ground.
"Don't you think I would take it back if I could," Loki said in a hushed voice. Aj searched his face for lies but all she saw as hurt. Her powers stuttered (If you know what I mean?)
"You liar!" She screamed ice-cold tears streaking down her face.
"I really like you Aj! Trust me if I could take it back I would but I can't." He said again very hushed. He was vulnerable and he didn't care. He was hurt and upset and he regretted ever hurting Aj. At this moment he didn't want to be mean or rude or argue, and he didn't care that Aj was yelling at him, he just wanted to leave her be and stay out of her life even if it hurt him even more.
"Why are you even here? To hurt me more?" Ice was forming on the ground under her as she got more upset. At this statement, Loki vanished and the last thing Aj saw was the tears in his eyes and the regret and hurt on his face.
