4 Training

After what Hail's father had told him he had a feeling that freiza knew they would attack him which is why he sent him with the saiyans he now had a heavy resentment towards frieza,so he began training every day hail always thought freiza was arrogant because he never trains this gave him the opportunity to over take frieza and become the ruler of the universe or even god of destruction.

Hail starts getting ready to go to another planet that has higher gravity because there is no way he'll get any stronger staying on the planet as hail is about to get on the ship he is stoped by zarbon "lord hail where are you going?,without troops"

"Zarbon where I'm going does not concern you but if my father asked tell him I'll be back in due time" hail said with a cold aura which makes zarbon shudder "yes sir" hail gets in the ship and fly's to an unknown planet that has very high gravity hail scans the gravity level on the planet and is shocked to see how high the levels are the readings show that the gravity has 200x the gravity of planet vageta hail is afraid the ship won't hold up on the planet so he just parked it outside the planet before he enters the planet he scans the planet for life forms he finds only two and they are much stronger then he is even at full power so he goes into his final form (base) as soon as hail reaches the atmosphere of the planet he is instantly pulled down to ground 'Damn this gravity is insane!' While thinking this he try's to get but but ends up doing a half push up 'if I can't get up I'm going to have to do this over and over again' hail then does another half push up and falls back to the ground.

After about 3 hours of repeating the same thing he managed to stand up and even jump a few times hail gets back on the ground and starts doing push ups he find out that he was able to do twenty before he got to tired.

Meanwhile-

"Where is hail zarbon?,ive Been looking for him all day and have not found him"

"W-well he sa-"

"What you knew where he was all this time zarbon" frieza said with a hint of anger

"H-he said t-to t-t-tell you he would be back in due time" 'hmm this must mean he went to train'

"Well where has he gone?"

"He did not tell me where he was going sir"

Back to hail-

"Phew now I can run a jump around on this planet,nice being a frost demon,though not what I wanted to be" hail starts doing sit ups and jumping jacks.you could see his mucles bulge a bit after training in intense gravity for a week he was already stronger then frieza in his minimal form but he planned to stay on the planet for 5 years which gave him more then enough time to get ready to kill frieza when he goes to namek he plans on allowing Goku to obtain ssj before he kills frieza.
