Note: The template does not make him overpowered. He will start as a Daemon. That means he won't have ultimate skills right off the bat. He ain't the type to just accept whatever is thrown at him unnecessarily. Though worry not he won't be nerfed... Well, technically his power level would be peak Ultimate class as of now.

A little bit above of what he was before falling to Devil's Slumber.

The template is basically telling him beforehand that he'll receive these skills at least. To receive all the skills of Guy Crimson he has to evolve his race.

Other than that depending on the plot, I'll add more skills to his arsenal but those will be earned.

Worry not for he'll evolve soon enough...

and Cale is peak Ultimate so you can probably figure it out

but as I am a good author ... Cale is around Arch Daemon level in prowess.
