Nen Ability Explination
Alright, so it has come to my attention that a lot of the readers don't seem to understand Soren's abilities and think his is limited, or that he was being Nerfed, but none of this is the case.
Soren's Hatsu has two main functions, and these functions are strength multiplier, and aura transmutation into the 5 elements, Fire, Water, Earth, Wind, and Lightning.
When Soren's Hatsu is active, his body becomes shrouded in a red cloak with fox ears, but no tails are formed and this form is known as his base state, and his base state only increases his physical abilities by about 2 fold, making him able to open the first gate of the 7 testing gates of the Zoldyck's, Soren also can transmute his aura into the 5 elements to deal elemental attacks similar to Jutsu from Naruto, but without hand signs.
The 9 tails, or the 9 limiters were never locked away and can all be used at will, but Soren knows that using the limiters without the physical capabilities to properly wield this power will ultimately kill him, so his main goal is to increase his bodies physical capabilities and durability so that he can withstand the power boost that comes with opening a limiter. An example to put it in perspective is sticking a "hot dog (Soren's body)" in the "microwave (power multiplier)" and turning it on "high (opening 9 limiters)", the "hot dog (Soren's body)" will explode as more and more "heat (power)" is fed into the "weak hot dog (Soren's body)"... But if you "char (temper)" that "hot dog (Soren's body)" it can continue to absorb the "heat (Power)" until you decide to remove it, and now you have a "nuked hot dog (Overpowered Soren)"
To put it simply if it wasn't already made simple (I can't tell as it made good sense to me) The stronger and more durable Soren's body becomes, the more power it can handle, and these drawbacks that I talked about where some of you overlooked the key part of "without proper training" will no longer exist as Soren will one day be able to infinitely use all 9 limiters without worrying about death.
Now, if you still don't understand the concept behind his Nen Ability, I'm sorry, but I don't think there is a way to dumb it down anymore... I tried my best so people can stop saying his Hatsu is bad when it's ligit one of the most OP Hatsu abilities to ever grace HxH, and I don't see you guys trying to make it better, though one person said add a healing factor, and that might be in the future.
NEW** The reason his Nen Ability falls under the Specialist category, is due to its uniqueness that no other Nen ability can have.

Soren's body is inhabited by a Nen spirit beast, he is basically a Jinchuriki. I left hints in the Hatsu chapters when referring to the 9 tailed fox that acted as a medium between Soren and the Nen of the world. Soren can be considered an Enhancer, Transmuter, Conjurer, Manipulator, and an Emitter all in one with a high resonation between the classes, so he falls under Specialist.
