HxH: Eternity

In the middle of the forest, a black-haired girl was sleeping.

"Mom, turn off the lights; I don't want to go to school!"

With the sun coming up, the girl who didn't have enough sleep slowly opened her eyes.

However, before she fully opened her eyes, she rolled towards a tree to escape from the light.

*bang*

Even though she had banged her head into the tree, she remained unmoved, still wanting to sleep. 

*Ding*

"Shut up" 

Finally, the sleepy head started to get annoyed because she could no longer sleep.

*Binding*

"Binding? Are you going to do some bondage play with me?" Without even opening her eyes, the sleepy head made a dirty joke.

"a what system?" Slowly opening her eyes, she saw a light blue screen filled with words she was too bothered to read.

"Ah, I must be hallucinating again… " Looking away from the screen, she saw a large river with no end in sight.

"Did someone kidnap me?" She was finally confused; she didn't live near a river. At least not a river this big.

*growl*

As she got closer, she started to feel hungry, so she decided to try spearfishing. After all, how hard could it be? She had seen people do it on those survival shows thousands of times.

So she found a nearby stick and went to the river's edge.

After waiting for a while, she saw something moving, so she threw the stick with all her strength; it moved so fast that even an ant would have been able to dodge it!

Unexpectedly, it still hit something; However, it didn't do much as the stick bounced off the creature and went into the air.

Usually, this would be fine, as the stick was heading upwards and relatively slow at that. However, a tail half a meter in diameter and 2 meters long slapped the stick with such strength that the stick flew at the girl at a speed that seemed to break the sound barrier.

Luckily, the sleepy head just so happened to sneeze, causing her head to lower just enough that the stick went over her head and pierced the tree behind her.

"Hm? What's with the breeze?" She hadn't noticed that she almost died.

"What a big fish!" Looking at the massive fish staring at her through the water, she felt the urge to poke it with a stick.

However, just as she was about to look for another stick, a giant crocodile ate the fish, which was the size of an anaconda, with one bite!

*Tick Tock*

"Wow, I wish I had some marshmallows. I heard that crocodiles like them!" She felt it was a pity she couldn't feed it; she really wanted to see how it would eat a marshmallow. Obviously, she didn't realize that the animal that likes marshmallows is an alligator, not a crocodile.

"Why won't this thing go away?" It's unknown whether it was her low attention span or the fact that the crocodile went away, but she started to try to swat the light blue screen in her face away.

"Hm, so this screen is a thing that allows me to copy 'talents' from people?" Perhaps because the light blue screen removed most of the words and increased the font size, the girl finally decided to read it.

"It even has a panel with me on it!"

"Can you shut up!" She shouted towards the place where the noise was coming from. However, she didn't notice the 'Tick Tock' was getting closer.

"AHHH!" Turning around, she saw a featherless gray chicken with all its body parts extended and standing on two legs.

*shing*

Her head fell off, cleanly cut by the creature's talons.
