Hearing the idea implemented by Chrollo, everyone agreed without asking much.

"In that case, are there any other questions?" Chrollo asked everyone.

"What if there is a disagreement between people? Will we have the minority obey the majority?" Franklin asked thoughtfully.

He did not want the Troupe to be plagued with division. Although he looked tough, Franklin was very thoughtful about things like this.

"No, this will easily lead to instability and cause a division within the team…. How about we just flip a coin for all problems between members?" Chrollo said after thinking for a second.

"How interesting… this will leave all decisions up to fate. A perfect fifty percent chance for all disputes to go our way." Loki commented with a smile.

Chrollo, hearing this, also smiled a bit. Franklin also thought for a while and finally decided not to say anything. He personally couldn't find any problem with this.

"Are there any other questions then?" Chrollo asked once again for confirmation.

After a second of no one answering, a smile bloomed on Chrollo's face again.

"In that case, the Troupe is now set up… To give us a symbol and an existence to the outside world, I plan for all of us to get spider tattoos on our bodies. With there being thirteen of us, we can use numbers from zero to twelve on the spider tattoos, which will represent our number." He said somewhat happily.

It could be seen that the official formation of the Troupe had raised his spirits quite a bit. Seeing this, Loki was also a bit happy. It could be said that Loki finally had a group he could resonate with in his second life. Although he had been alone for much of his first life, this did not mean he enjoyed it.

Loki was determined to make up for all of his failures, and this included his social life. What was the point if he continued to live isolated.

"Could I ask you to give us the tattoo, Machi?" Asked Chrollo.

Hearing this, Machi nodded a bit and quickly pulled out some needles. Seeing this, Chrollo quickly removed his shirt and got into a better position for the tattoo.

"You said you wanted the number zero, right Chrollo? No… you should be called Captain now, right?" Said Machi preparing to start.

"It's all the same. You don't have to worry about it too much…" Said Chrollo with a light smile.

"Then do you want the tattoo on your back?" Machi asked to reaffirm.

"That works… You guys can also choose your favorite number." Chrollo said while looking at the others.

The others didn't speak but looked at Loki first. It was obvious that they wanted to let him choose first. Seeing this caused the corners of Loki's lips to turn upward.

"Since you are zero, I suppose I will choose number seven…." Loki said lightly.

Saying this, Loki subtly glanced toward Franklin. In the original version, the one with the number seven tattoo is Franklin, but now he is taking it for himself.

"Ah?! Why did you choose number seven, Loki? I thought for sure you would choose number one!" Uvogin asked curiously.

"Hmm…. Did you know that seven has the highest probability of occurring when you roll a pair of dice? I like to keep my odds stacked, I suppose…." Loki said with a laugh.

"I don't get it…? I wanted you to be number one…" Uvogin said, scratching his head.

"Whatever… I'll choose number one then…." Nobunaga said casually.

"Eh? You're going to be number one, Nobunaga?" Uvogin said with some shock.

"Yeah, so what?" Nobunaga asked, annoyed.

"In that case, I will be number eleven. This way, in terms of numbers, you will always know I am double you! This can also be carried over to abilities of course." Uvogin said with a sly grin.

"What kind of logic is that idiot!" Nobunaga yelled as the two began bickering again.

Hearing the two start to fight again, the others all collectively rolled their eyes.

"In that case, I guess I'll choose number six," said Franklin.

"Give me number two then…." Feitan said as he stretched out two fingers.

"Then I'll take number three," said Machi, who was tattooing Chrollo.

"I like the number nine, I suppose." Said Pakunoda after a little thought.

Just like this, eight out of the thirteen members had been fixed.

Except that the original number seven was taken by Loki and Franklin was now number six, everything was the same as the original.

"By the way, Captain… Do we have a name for our group?" asked Uvogin curiously. Uvogin wasn't completely used to calling Chrollo the name Captain, but he didn't mind it too much.

"Of course we do. I thought about it a long time ago; let's call it the Phantom Troupe…." Chrollo said with a smile as the breeze blew away some of the dust around the area causing a small dust tornado.

Loki who heard this smirked a bit. It was obvious that he knew what the name was in advance but he also knew how important it was for a good name for a team. It brought a sense of belonging and also strengthened the recognition they would receive. Having said that, Loki had to admit that it was a really good name.

Hearing this, no one opposed the phrase Phantom Troupe, and all came to like it quite. After the brigade was established and everyone confirmed their numbers, Machi finished tattooing spiders on everyone's back.

By the time they had finished this, the sun had already set completely. Taking advantage of this, the group of people left towards the outside of Meteor City.

As they approached the edge, they had to be a bit more careful as many members of the mafia were camping around it, and they didn't want to make any commotion as they left. This was mainly because the mafia loved to recruit these people with no identity to work for them.

This can also be seen from the way the Zoldycks hired a maid from Meteor City as well. In fact, whether it is Killua's mother Kikyo, the butler Gotoh, or the trainee Canary, they all come from Meteor City.

This small blockade, however, was useless in the face of the newly formed Troupe, and they were able to quickly leave the outer rim of Meteor City.

In this way, in 1986, the Phantom Troupe, the future name that would strike fear into many, was officially established in a small buffer zone in Meteor City before leaving for the outside world.
