7 That Song

"What song are you playing?" I asked Lucca as he was reading the script. It's been days now since that stuff happens in my room but Cupid and I are good we still hangout and I forgot about my confession.

We were in the music room practicing our lines. "I don't know yet," he answered. "You didn't let me see your practice because you don't have a song to sing?!" I ask shocked as I hold his shoulders.

"What the hell," I said as he looks at me. "What's wrong with that?" he asks and I look at him angrily. "You're having a live band and you don't have a song to sing! What did your band say?!" I ask he just smirk saying, "We like impromptu songs to sing, It's exciting and it gives us chills." he said and laugh.

He sat down next to the piano and start singing.

He started singing and it sounds freaking good to hear in my ears. If you're just here in the scenario my Mom was so right, He can make you fall for his voice.

(Cupid left as he heard their laughs as his fist clenched while walking into the hallway, Little did he know Terrence saw him listening on the door.)

"You can sing?" Terrence suddenly asks out of the blue, damn it, he heard us. "I'm not that-" Terrence didn't let me finish. "Your a freaking good singer! We were looking for a girl singer because our singer runs off." I was stopped and look at Lucca.

"She's not singing Terrence," Lucca said and went back on reading the script. "What the hell Lucca this is our chance to have approval in having a live band!" Terrence insisted.

"Wait what happen to your live band?" I ask. "It was canceled out because of lack of members, our girl singer left the band and if you join us-" Lucca cut him off. "I told you Terrence she is not singing!"

"Are you freaking crazy?! What do you think this band is all about if we won't notice her talents! She is the answer to our dreams! We've been working hard for decades to have a live band and now it's near on our reach and we won't do it?!" Now I can feel their intense pressure because Terrence is yelling so is Lucca.

"I'll sing Lucca." Lucca looked at me like I was forced on doing it. "It's my decision and this would also be a thanks for you holding the role of the shadow I appreciate it." I smiled as Terrence kneel in relief.

"W-Were doing the live band," Terrence murmured and cried, Lucca, is crying too. I know he just said that I'm not singing because he respects my decision but deep inside he needs that help from me but he respected me more than achieving his dream to have a live band.

"Stop crying now Lucca you'll look ugly as fvck." he just smiled and wipe his tears. "I own you big time." he smiled and winked at me.

Now I'm at Lucca's mansion because we're doing an overtime practice here but Terrence didn't come. There are a bunch of men in black in the living room lining up.

"Boss!" they all said in sync that I have almost forgotten that my friend here is a Mafia Boss. "You also have a visitor today Boss, He's in the living room." Lucca looked at me. "Go to my room, I'll just discuss some stuff from a client." He said and I nodded.

The guards just let me pass until I reach Lucca's room where I feel a lot safer. I looked at the photos from his table and saw him together with Cupid. Also when they're still a baby, They were good friends since before I came.

I jumped when I heard a knock from outside so I went to the door and see who is it.

"Y-Yes?" I ask at their maid as she was holding a tray with food in it. "Boss ask me to send some foods in his room." I just nodded and let her in. "If you don't mind my lady are you and the boss going out?" She asks and immediately shakes my head. "But the boss doesn't usually bring girls in his room," she said.

"We were just going to practice about something." she just nodded and give me candy. "Your still young but if it's for our boss happiness at least use this," she said and left the room.

Lucca came inside and look at me. "What?" he asks because I was looking at him with tense. "Uhmm the maid gave me a candy, she was talking about your happiness, are you into sweet things?" I asked and he walks towards me. "What candy?" he asked and I open my hands.

"It was a chocolate flavor." I smiled as I squish it because it is squishy, I guess this might taste good.

"What the fvck!"
