29 Girlfriend

"Do you think this is funny?!" My father said as he slaps me in the face as I can feel my cheeks being numb as he looked pissed at me.

Do you think you'll succeed in treating people?!" he asked as I nodded. "You don't need to slap him, Dad, We all know how hard-headed he is and now he's acting manly just for that girl," Laven said as I smiled at her.

"Yeah your right Sis," I said as she rolled her eyes. "You pissed me off." She murmured. "But son the underground world will bring you trouble in the near future if you continue to pursue that dream of yours." Mom said as she handed me some ice.

"I know but still I love excitement," I answered as my Mom sighed and looked at Dad who is now glaring at me. "You know that I'm pissed off right now right?" he asked as I nodded. "Do you want to change that much just for that girl? Aren't you tired of chasing her?" he asked as I smiled sadly.

"I'm tired of course," I said as they all look at me like they are waiting for me to say something more. "But I'm not giving up on her," I added as all of them sighed in sync.

"Well, then your my son after all, and the last thing we could do is to support you." I smiled at my dad as he smiled at me back.

"Make sure to give me a lot of grandkids." I chuckle and nodded at my Dad.

"So you're going to start your practice?" I nodded as an answer. " What song are you going to sing this time?" Laven asked because she was there the last time we perform on stage.

"I don't know either," I answered because Anne and I haven't decided on a song yet so is Terrence, He's not yet home and I heard that he's with Lucy.

"Terrence is not around too right?" Laven added as I nodded. "Who is he with?" she asked because nobody knows that Lucy is gone all they know that she has some business to do so are her parents.

"He's with Lucy," I said as she smiled. "That jerk, He always makes a move first with those sisters," Laven whispered but I can still hear her. I know that my sister likes Lucy and she's pissed right now. "Why don't you try looking for a man to marry Laven?" I asked as she glared at me.

"Why are our children like this?" My mom asked as I felt bad about it.

"Guess we have some strange kids," Dad said as Laven rolled her eyes. "Does your school bully you?" I asked Laven as she turned her eyes away from me.

"No way is it true Laven?!" Dad asked. "Yeah, I kind of have a lowkey life in school," she said as she looked at me. "Don't even try messing that life for me." She looked like she means what she said.

"Why would you do that dear? And when did you find out Lucca? You didn't even bother telling us!" Mom is now making an angry face. "I had her investigated by Terrence and I heard about her being bullied in school I didn't take action and let her do her thing," I explained.

"You're a daughter of a Mafia boss! If your grandfather heard about this your class will be found dead in no such time." Dad said this is true because the real fight is with Grandfather.

"Then don't tell anything to him." She said. "What would you not tell me?" My Grandfather asked as all of us felt like the lightning strike at our point.

"I heard about your degree Lucca," he started as he looked at me in the eyes. "Do you think this stuff is funny?" he asked just like my grandfather. "Killing people at the same time saving their lives? Don't you think that's way too insensitive for your place?" he asked again as I gulp.

"And where is your bride?" he asked again. "Did you cut your mouth? Why can't you answer my questions?" he asked again as he looked pissed.

"I'll have her in time." he smiled as a young girl appears behind his back. "Just like what I've thought, My grandson is such a slow turtle in Love," he said as he introduces the young girl.

"This is Aphrodite, She was supposedly Cupid's wife but he rejected the offer so I bet you won't reject her right?" he said.

I cannot say no to Grandpa, not even a chance, "Uhmm hello is Lucca here?" Anne asked as he appeared in this kind of situation.

"And who is this girl?" Grandpa asked as all of us went mute. I forgot that I invited Anne today because we are having a practice.

She looked at me and smiled. "I'm Lucca's Girlfriend." She introduces herself as she went near me and kissed my chicks, This might be a dream.

"Oh, I guess your not that slow anymore huh, I will take my leave now with Aphrodite but where is that Lucy you introduce the other time?" he asked as he looked at me like I was safe this time.

"We broke up," I answered.

"Good for you then since you have this girl now," He said as he left.

"You okay?" Anne asked as I nodded.

"Why would you do that?" Laven asked as I almost forgot that they are still here.

"I just thought that Lucca might be in trouble that's why-" Laven didn't let her finish.

"Well, your making things much worst!" Laven shouted as she runs into her room.

"I don't know what made her upset like that," she said and look at me.

"But I will be happy enough to help you, Lucca." Anne is smiling at me that makes my heart flutter.

I know that she's still into Cupid but I know deep down her there still a tiny percent that I can make it through her heart.

"And lastly I finally decide what to sing!" She's so happy right now and that's all that matters to me.
