20 Almost!

"It was an honor seeing you again Lucca and Anne after you did a huge hit in the Live Band the past four years." The principal said as Lucca and I smiled at him.

"It was an honor Mr. Principal to sing for the crowd again," I said as he smiled at me.

"If you don't mind can I ask what song will you be singing?" He asked as Lucca and I looked at each other.

Because honestly we never planned a song that we will be singing.

It's not because we're doing an Impromptu but it's because we don't have that kind of idea about what song or theme rather will we were about to perform on the stage.

"How about a song of realization? Like what did you learn these past four years? " The principal suggested which is a good suggestion.

"That's a great idea!" Lucca said and look at me as he waits for my answer.

"It's okay for me too, Anyways not to mention Mr. Principal but have you heard about Cupid Salvajes? " I asked.

"I never heard about him since then, He drops out of college and I heard he's working as a waiter from some unknown bar." I was shocked to hear that news from him.

"Well, I guess the Cupid Salvajes that we once knew is gone for a long time. " He added.

As we said our goodbyes and closed the door I look at Lucca and he's not even that shocked at all.

"Do you know that this would happen? " I asked Lucca because based on his reaction he does know a lot.

"I didn't know that he would throw his life and given up already. " Lucca said and look at me.

"Do you wish to see him?" he asked as he looks at me with his gentle eyes.

"I need to see him. " I said and was about to walk when he holds my hand.

"Please don't, just give me more time until the show. " I look at him and he is pleading with me like a dog.

"I need to know now Lucca, what's your problem?! " I asked and grab my hand.

"16 years ago! An abduction occurred and 50 children were reported missing." he started.

"What the hell are you saying, Luc-"

"16 YEARS AGO!" I stopped and look at him. "There was a girl I wish to be friends with, she's alone and lonely, she's someone I wish to be with!" He clenched his fist and slammed it on the wall.

It made a huge bang sound as his hands started to bleed.

I saw Terrence a meter away from us and he was stunned too.

"That girl, Is you, I killed those kidnappers and let Cupid help me take you to the hospital and call the police. "

I was frozen hearing that from him, So what Terrence said was true.

"I want to be with you, But since then Cupid was there beside you. I was afraid to be your friend because of these hands! " he's shaking as he looked at his hands like he wants to cut them off.

"Is as dirty as ever!" he shouted and slam the wall as blood starts to fall from it.

"I was there the whole time," he added.

"Now you know the truth will you please look at me now? " he asked as he kneels from me.

"You are the greatest friend I ever had Lucca, You're the type of guy everyone wishes for I'm happy to call you my friend so don't cry anymore okay? I see you, I can see you, Lucca." I said as I wipe his tears.

I saw Terrence smiled at me as he bows down and disappears from my sight.

That day Lucca cried like a baby. He did great hiding those feelings for a long time.

Lucca was there the whole time with me, But the whole time that I was away all I think about is Cupid.

'Did he even miss me?'

"I love you. " Lucca said while crying as I smiled and hug him tightly.

"I know Lucca, I know. " I softly said and kiss his head.

When Lucca calmed down he went home as Terrence was left behind.

"Thank you for releasing Lucca's pain," he said and bow down at me like I'm some sort of royalty.

"It was nice of you taking care of my Boss after all this year. " I smiled at him as he rides the car and waves goodbye at me.

Tears started to fall from my eyes as the rain began to fall.

"Anne," He called but I just cried and felt that there's an umbrella above us since I was not wet by the rain at all.

"I'm so stupid and naive for not noticing Lucca's feelings at all!" I said and started sobbing.

"I just wanted to be with everybody! I miss them all, I miss Lucy, I want to see Cupid at all cost! I want to hear his answer after all these years! I want him to hurry! I'm in pain now and it hurts me a lot! " I said and hugged my knees.

"I just love and miss Cupid, Hurry Cupid..." I whisper in the air as I felt cold hands that lift my cheeks as a soft and minty lip touched mine.

I opened my eyes wide as I can and saw Cupid kissing me.

He stopped and looked at me as he smiles.

"I missed you," he said as he smacks me on my lips. "And my answer on your confession is... " I was frozen from the last words he said and all I can remember is everything went black.

I guess everything today will just be a delicious dream.

I wish it was real though...
