Hunting Madness

Peace at long last had been acquired at the close of World War II. Ruins pockmarked Europe and much of the world, tensions rose along the Berlin wall, and the terrible power of nuclear fission had been put on full display. Yet the nations could now take a sweet breath of peace, albeit in ignorance of a greater, other-worldly threat. At this time Alexander Neil found himself finally free of the red tape and choking bureaucracy that was implicit with government employment. As a private investigator Alexander would soon find himself accepting an initially innocuous case. Yet the investigation would yield no answers, only producing questions at an exasperating pace. Perilous curiosity will be what drives Alexander into the mystery of a malignant cabal and dangers that threaten both madness and ruin upon humanity.
