Second exam? #2

After walking in the forest for a while, Gen already picked some spices up that he remembered reading about.

'Hmm.' Gen thought.

When Gen came back he saw Gon and Killua already waiting with the three pigs.

Gen picked up his pig and shared his spices with Gon and Killua.

Then Gen went and started roasting his pig. After roasting the pig Gen picked it up and put it on a plate. Then he sliced the pig up in good slices. After he a chopped some cucumber and put spices on the pig.

'Now it's done.' Gen thought.

Gen walked over to Gon and Killua.

"Do you guys need any help?" Gen asked.

"Yeah yeah." Gon said.

"How should I put these spices on the pork." Gon asked.

"Just sprinkle the spices over the slices." Gen said.

Gen took his pork and went to Buhara and Menchi.

"Hmm this one looks good..." Menchi said.

Menchi took bite of it.

'This is delicious.' Menchi thought.

"Hmm, it's alright. You pass." Menchi said.

"You pass too." Buhara said while gobbling.

After that Gon came too.

"Its good too." Menchi said.

"You pass." Menchi and Buhara said together.

Next Killua came.

'Its almost as good as the first one.' Menchi thought.

"You pass." Menchi said.

"You pass." Buhara said too.

"Pst..." Leorio said how did you get so good food.

"Oh... I have some leftover spices share them with Kurapika then you should pass." Gen said.

"Okay." Leorio said.

"Kurapika. You pass." Menchi and Buhara said.

"Leorio. You pass." Buhara and Menchi said.

"I'm full now." Buhara said.

"Yeah me too." Menchi said.

"The exam ends now." Menchi yelled.

"Only these five people pass." Menchi said.

"What?" One man yelled.

"That's unfair." Another yelled.

"Hey this isn't funny." Another said.

"I don't wan't to let mere Gourmet Hunter to intervene with my hunter exam." Another man yelled.

"That's your own problem." Menchi said.

"That said." A powerful voice came from the sky.

"It would be excessive to only pass five contestants." The voice said.

"That's the symbol of hunter association. " One applicant yelled while looking at flying ship.

"Is it someone from selection committee?" One asked.

A man jumped out of the ship.

"Who is that geezer?" A random man asked.

'Analyze.' Gen thought.

'Holy shit.' Gen thought.

'But Nen?' Gen thought.

'The same word comes again.' Gen thought.

"The chairman of selection committee." Menchi said.

"He is in charge of the hunter exams. Chairman Netero. " Menchi said.

"Well I work behind the scenes." Netero said.

"I only take action when there is issue like this." Netero said.

"So Menchi. You only passed few contestants." Netero said.

"There is still three exams coming so we need more applicants." Netero said.

"Hmm well how about this." Netero said.

"You will do another exam, but you have to participate in the exam." Netero said.

"Okay." Menchi said.

"Next will be boiled egg's." Menchi said.

"You five can come with me Netero said.
