"Hey, hurry up!" A blonde girl shouted at a young man her age while waving her hand.

"Calm down, we just got here." The young man casually replied while looking around in curiosity.

After several hours of travel, they finally arrived at Lingon Airport, which is located in the United States of Saherta, or more precisely, the city of Yorknew.

"So, where should we go first? Since there's still a week before the exam, we can relax a bit here."

"Hmm, we need to rent a room and eat. Tomorrow, we can walk around the city; how about that?" The blonde girl replied.

"Okay. But today it's your treat, okay?" The man nudged her gently with a chuckle.

"No way! Last time, it was me, so now it's you!" Her cheeks puffed up, clearly annoyed.

"Hahaha, just kidding. Alright, let's find a nearby hotel first." Ives laughed. He often teased this sweet girl.

"Good. Let's put our stuff down and find a good restaurant!" Biscuit grabbed the key and rushed to the hotel room.

After showering and changing clothes, they left the hotel and headed to a nearby restaurant.

At the restaurant.

"Is that all?"

"Yes." Ives nodded towards the waiter.

"Okay, I'll be right with you." The man nodded politely and then took his leave.

"So, what do you think about Yorknew? This is your first, right?" Ives started the conversation.

"It's so magnificent. I never thought humans could build skyscrapers like this." Biscuit rested her chin on her hand and smiled sweetly. In her opinion, this dinner could be considered a date.

"Wait until you see Glam Gas Land. Compared to Glam Gas Land, Yorknew pales in comparison."

"Hmm, I've never heard of it before. Is that place far from Yorknew?"

"Yeah, at least two hours by subway," Ives nodded.

"I see... By the way, have you found where the exam will be held?" Biscuit changed the subject.

"From the tips and information I got, the exam is held at the city's University." Ives nodded. It might be ridiculous to hold the Hunter Exam at one of the Universities, considering it is generally a physical exam. However, considering that Netero had just been inaugurated as the President of the Hunter Association three years ago, it's expected that some of the system implemented by the previous President was still in place.

"I wonder, what kind of test will we face? Is it just a question-and-answer session? If so, this Hunter Exam will be easy." Biscuit held her chin.

"Not necessarily. I believe the physical exam will be the main test, so prepare yourself."

"Hmph, I'm always ready!" Biscuit replied with a smug smile. "Compared to you, I train my body harder. You're the one who should prepare yourself. Don't fail and lose to me, hehe~" She said with a teasing smile.

"It's nice to see you full of confidence. But by the way, if possible, don't overdo your training; you might turn into a roided-out monster." Ives teased back.

"What are you sa-"

"Shhh~ Don't scream; everyone is watching." Ives immediately covered the young girl's mouth with a small smile.

When Biscuit felt the eyes of the restaurant guests on her, she laughed awkwardly and apologized.

"It looks like our order is ready. Let's eat."
