60 "Mito-San" - Chapter 60

Marcus was walking in the street thinking about his plans, as he was walking he noticed a familiar woman in the fish-market, as he noticed the woman he smiled and whispered to himself.

"Mito Freecs, the woman who looked over the "Gon" when "Ging" was not there for the "Gon" itself"

Mito was so valuable for the "Gon" himself that the latter even considered her to be his mom, because of that in the case tape when "Ging" spoke about his mother the "Gon" even did not listen to him to finish about it.

Marcus remembers how he was wondered who was the mom of "Gon" when he was watching the series.

As Marcus was looking at the Mito, the woman itself turned her head towards himself and looked at himself with emotionless-gaze

Marcus broke his gaze and started looking at the "sea" again, he did not want to be seen as a stalker anyway.

After that, Marcus walked to the cart that Mito was working and spoke.

"Do you work here a lot"

After Mito heard Marcus she smiled and answered.

"Yes, sir are you going to buy ?"

Marcus thought a little bit then shook his head. He had no cash on himself and the people here in the fish-market worked with cash.

After that Marcus spoke.

"No, I am just here to wander this island, it has a good view, are you a local here"

Mito nodded but looked uninterested after she heard that Marcus was not going to buy anything.

Marcus noticed this behavior from the Mito and spoke as he walked.

"Ah, the hunter exam will start soon, I need to inform people"

As Mito heard what Marcus whispered to himself at least pretend to do so, she spoke with a high-pitched voice.

"Sir, are you have any connection to "Hunter Exam"

Marcus thought

"Gotcha !"

and answered.

"Yes, of course, why do you have a desire to be a hunter ?"

Of course, Marcus knew that Mito Freecs was not that kind of girl in any way as he knew her from the anime itself but he just still said anyway.

Mito laughed a little bit and answered.

"Hahaha, Of course not I was asking for a person I am close too"

Marcus knew that person Mito was talking about was "Gon" but he of course did not say this fact to her face

At that time Mito spoke again.

"I know this is a little bit weird but that person I am talking about is just a kid and he wants to enter the "Hunter Exam", I spoke with him about how dangerous is the exam is but I could not propose a good deal for him so he still wants to join the exam."

Marcus smiled and spoke.

"Is there is a particular reason that he wants to enter the Exam ?"

After Marcus asked this question, the eyes of Mito wavered a little bit and showed a little bit of sad-expression, then she spoke.

"It is because of his father, his father left him when he was baby then he went to do what he wants as a hunter and now Gon just wants to become a hunter like him and search for him, for stopping him from this dream I proposed a different kind of promise to him."

Marcus knew what Mito said to "Gon" but he asked nevertheless.

"What did you promise to him"

Mito showed a mountain with her point-finger and spoke.

"In this mountain, there is a swamp in this mountain forest inside of this swamp a monster lives in but it is started to became a legendary, this monster I am talking about is "Lord Of The Lake", the father of "Gon" which the kid I am talking about caught, I said the "Gon" that if he catches it I will not say anything about him to enter the "Hunter Exam"

Marcus nodded and spoke.

"That is good then."
