13 Chapter 13
While chilling in the pool Akira saw a quiet drone floating, and directing its camera at him.
'this is probably the Child emperor's toy' he thought looking at it.
the AI or the person that was controlling it noticed his gaze and made an escape.
'did this guy not know that I'm fast?'.
he decided to follow the drone from afar to see if he would discover the peeping tom's base or cave.
'plus i have nothing to do'.
he tracked the drone while using *Time Speed* and *Time Stop* when it goes over a building or an obstacle, after many detours, it went speeding towards a direction that it avoided the whole chase.
"finally the mouse is returning to his home" Akira followed it to an circular shaped building in what he thinks is Y-City.
'this guy is actually very smart and wants to be a hero, i don't think the same but i honestly respect that he isn't arrogant and childish'.
he saw the drone enter from an opening.
"let's teach this kid a lesson" Akira said as he also entered the Child emperor's laboratory, while using *Time Speed* he went to the center of the place where he saw a pre-adolescent boy with light skin, short brown hair, and large amber eyes. His hair often has a cowlick. He was wearing a light blue polo shirt with dark cobalt colored shorts and orange sneakers with white rims, working on some type of machine, he got interrupted by the drone.
"hmm.., you returned did you check the person called Godspeed".
the Child emperor said to the drone.
the drone responded by going to a plug where it connected and showed a large picture of Akira's face.
"search for him in the records to see if he has any affiliation with a terrorist organization or something that might endanger the city".
he saw all the people similar to Akira's face features but he didn't see a 100•/• similarity so he checked all those with 80 percent or above, while this process was going Akira finally decided to show himself because of boredom.
"hey kid, you know it's rude to take pictures and search for personal information without consent, you might be punished for it by the law" Akira said with a mocking tone.
"who are you? what are you doing here?" the child emperor was shocked and surprised, but he quickly calmed down and made all the weapons he had aim at Akira.
"worthy of an S-Class hero, but.." *Time Speed* he appeared behind him and ruffled the child emperor's hair.
"you have to be absolutely confident before making a dangerous decision".
the child emperor's expression froze and cold sweat accumulated on his forehead "you...*sigh* what do you want to do now?" he surrendered.
"what do you mean, you're the one that came spying on me, and you need to pay a compensation for intruding my personal space".
Akira said smirking.
"what do you want to take?" the child emperor removed Akira's hand and back away.
"I heard you had a way to become strong physically and have super reflexes".
"no way, i wouldn't give that say something else" he said resolutely.
"come on you're the one in the wrong here, at least give me something to help the city and save lives with" Akira said determined to take the opportunity.
the child emperor was contemplating Akira's words.
"okay but i will give you a weaker version than the one i used, until i trust you enough" the child emperor said not willing to compromise any further than this.
"hmm.. I'm okay with that and remember to be careful if you want to collect information on someone else" Akira said seriously.
the child emperor was silent as he moved towards a normal looking plate on the wall, he put his hand on it and it scanned his face and eyes before it opened showing a tonic, he picked it up and handed it to Akira and said "this is precious, don't show it to anyone or it will be a problem".
"sure, thanks for the powerup, Bye till we meet again" Akira left the child emperor thinking about his actions.
After that he used *Time Stop* and went to a regular prison for getting a test subject, he choose a normal looking middle aged man.
he went with him to the forest and Akira injected the tonic in the neck of the man, then he backed off, while observing the guy *Time Resume*.
he noticed the guy grimacing in pain and after 15 minutes he stood up looking at his hands and gripping then repeatedly, the guy walked to a tree and punched it the tree got a fist printed deeply inside "well you used it enough" the man got spooked and turned to look back.
the man froze 'let's try this *Time Reverse*'.
Akira applied this around this area and saw the man doing all his previous actions in reverse and the tree regained its original shape (no trees where harmed while making this chapter) and the tonic refilling itself, "hahaha this is amazing".
he then stopped using *Time Reverse* and activated *Time Stop*.
and picked the tonic using it on himself he began to feel pain so he accelerated time, "huh, finally I'm stronger than the average human, i have a test subject, let's use him fully" Akira proceeded to use the tonic 2 times on the man and he resumed time.
"ahhhh..*cough* *Thud*" the man screamed, coughed blood and fell on the ground dead.
" what a pity it can't be used twice" Akira said while accelerating time on the fresh corpse making it disintegrate (Thanos snap).
